Property Ratings at ENJOY * EXCEPTIONAL * LIVING
Pros: mostly quiet, great location, large bedrooms, pet-friendly, prompt response for maintenance requests, mature landscaping, mostly families and couples so not a lot of loud music or parties, pools are open and clean, showers/sinks have ample hot water, grounds are typically clean. Cons: OVERPRICED, old buildings with poor insulation (high energy bills to keep cool in the summer), not pedestrian friendly, not ADA-accessible, thin walls, outdated/inefficient appliances (both in-unit and shared, such as laundry), trash bins overflow with trash every week 1-2 days before it's picked up by the City, marijuana stench from several units. A note: do NOT apply for a unit near the pool. Trust me. All summer long you will hear kids screaming during the day and teens/adults partying at night with loud music.
Honestly, my experience here has been wonderful. My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year now and the apartment complex is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and has a beautiful scenery with a lot of well-maintained plots of grass, trees, and flowers. The best thing to wake up to is the gentle chirping of birds residing in the plethora of trees at the property. The apartments, while generally a bit small for my taste, are nice and well kept. The best aspect of this apartment complex, though, has been the staff. The entire staff here, especially Rose, have been amazing. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The only reason we have to move out is due to our family needing a bigger home that the one we currently reside in. However, we are definitely going to miss this complex.
We are so happy to live here. Not only is it in the nicest part of town, it is vvery quiet and the landlords are very helpful and understanding. The property is kept and maintained very clean. The rent is reasonable and there is plenty of parking and garages available. The apartment is spacious, they are pet friendly and have single level units. I would recommend these apartments to everyone, we are hoping to be here for the next 5-6 years.
