Property Ratings at North Hills at Town Center
steer clear of this complex. Lived here for 7 months, could not move out fast enough. There is a cockroach problem management is aware of but cannot control. the community is very sketchy. It was way over priced for the consistently unsanitary state of the community. Beware and choose any other place. Note: management had been the same through out my time there.

This place is very nice and clean. Affordable apartments with a new modern feel. Micah made the whole process super smooth and was very helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10. I would definitely recommend moving into these apartments.

I've lived here for over 7 years and rarely visit the rental office. We decided to transfer to the upgraded apartments and Alphonso was awesome. We clicked the first day we met. He was upbeat and most of all followed up to ensure the process was seamless. Thankfully it was!

I have been staying here since 2012. We used to have a very good staff at the leasing office (Tom & Rachel for years) and maintenance staff who attended any maintenance request as soon as you request them. They used to change AC/Heater filter twice a year. Never had issues with AC/Heater until the new Management Bainbridge took over. After new Management Bainbridge took over - Office staff keeps changing every few weeks - including property manager. They increased the rent saying it is going to be a gated community - but Gates are never working and open all the time. As soon as you enter the community using the entrance near Sheetz, there is a very big pot hole. I have complained it couple of times in the last 1 year and they have not fixed it yet. They said they will fix it after the construction of leasing office is completed. It has been close to 2 months that new leasing office is ready, but the pothole is as it is. Maintenance: It doesn't matter whether you walk in to office or call or raise request online. Maintenance staff will not address your request and when you again and again remind them then only they will address your request. Today they did pressure wash the building and so much water clogged and even entered the apartment. Called and raised a request for cleaning up at 11AM, office staff informed that maintenance staff will arrive in few mins to look at it. No one came until 3 PM. Called them again and they said someone will come soon and attend the request. Maintenance staff came over and started doing clean up and in some time left without completing the work. He did some cleaning outside the apartment and left. I had to call them again and some one came to attend it at 5.30 PM and took care of it. Totally irresponsible behavior and don't care about tenants. Upon asking they say that, this is not an issue attended by maintenance, pressure wash team should have taken care of it. Is it tenants responsibility to find out who should take care of the issue. Totally irresponsible staff and maintenance team. I had recommended this community to many of my friends in the past when we had the old management and stopped recommending since last couple of years and would not recommend anyone going forward.
I have lived at Millbrook Green Apartments before they changed over to North Hills at Town Center for 10 years. And it was not because of them caring about me as a tenant I just don't like moving. They are the worst ever every year they increased my rent by over $50 also when I finally did move they charged me $400 carpet and the window blinds damage mind you they never once replaced either the whole 10 years I lived there. They have changed management over and over and you can't keep track of who works there it is sad because they make it seem like they care but don't. You can't find anyone who has been there more than a couple of years your neighbors will keep changing and only move in for the special and then when the renewal comes around it goes up sky high and you see them moving. You have to be careful with the area because neighborhood kids walk thru all times of day and night in big groups to the Sheetz Gas Station in the parking lot and you don't know what they are up to. They offer no amenities they used to include cable but stop doing that. They have a gated community and most of the times the call box is not working or a line of cars try to race in with your car. I suggest find a better updated apartment complex to stay with so you won't have to keep moving.
Terrible!! Lived here two years, management is constantly changing and yet each is worse than the last and takes no responsibility for past errors towards residents even when errors with missing paperwork are ongoing. The gates don't work the majority of the time. The clubhouse, laundry facilities, gym, office center, and access to the pool were destroyed in a fire in March. No one seems to be doing anything to repair any of it but residents are still getting increases in rent to renew leases. The office is horrible. Often misplaced things. Maintenance is great when they are informed of issues by the office and are actually sent to the right building (rare). Pest control are hard to get to arrive and ineffective. The bug issues are nasty. Had hoped this management would be better than the last but due to the previous management misplacing the paperwork showing I am not renewing my lease, this manager wants to still charge me an extra months rent plus 350 for a month to month fee for their error. Three times employees have walked in without knocking. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!
Rent is too high for gates that do not work, no amenities (don't be fooled by the pics there hasn't been anything here since March 2017) thin walls, trash in hallways, garbage always overflowing, bugs enter your home, noisy children everywhere because they have no outlet as there is no playground, no open pool, no clubhouse. The apartment size is nice, however for all the issues it is not worth the money. They need to adjust pricing.
Rent is too high not to have sense of privacy and peace of mind. Do not move here!

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review, but are sorry to hear that your experience has been anything less than exceptional. We would like to set aside some time to discuss the aforementioned items with you in further detail. Please contact the rental office!
Let me tell you what I hate about this apartment: NOTHING! The layout of our 2 bed/2 bath apartment is the most well thought out floor plan of any apartment I have ever rented. Two large soaking tubs, the biggest of the two is in the master bathroom. The counters in the bathrooms are taller than most typical bathroom counters, which is perfect for adults, and for families with small children who require you to keep things up and out of reach. The rooms are spacious... So much room for activities, NO BUNK BEDS NECESSARY!!! Our balcony is large and perfect for hosting (It can hold a large table and 4 chairs) and sitting out and watching storms roll in. The kitchen has so much cabinet space and drawer space, I have a couple empty that I haven't decided what to do with just yet. The closets are extra roomy, and there's even an extra storage unit outside our front door that locks. It's perfect for storing bikes. The pool is nice, and the fitness center is average, but the property also has a community car wash. It's a single car covered area that has hoses and a vacuum. You supply your car soap/cleaner, they supply the water at no cost. Vacuum use costs $0.75. For the amount of space we have, we're getting an amazing price for rent. Honestly, this is the most I've ever felt at home in an apartment. I absolutely love it. Millbrook Green Apartments is WONDERFUL!!!
I really enjoy these apartments because they are spacious.
I currently reside at the affordable Millbrook Green Apartments. I absolutely LOVE the fact that my water, sewage, trash, and cable are included. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone that has a car, rides the bus, has a pet, loves most of their bills bundled in one, sitting by the poolside, and a nice clean welcoming environment!
The apartment complex of Millbrook Green is very convenient. Not just with the location, but the amenities! Cable, water, and trash are all included. The apartments itself is very beautiful inside and out. For those who don't own a washer and dryer no sweat, they also have a laundry room. Oh, and the maintenance team is wonderful. The food disposal in my apartment was broken and without saying, after inspection when I got home it was working. All in all Millbrook Green is awesome I'm renewing my lease for the second time.
