The hamlet of Coram, with its strategic location along Middle Country Road, is an active community centrally located in the town of Brookhaven. Coram retains a small-town charm and familiarity, perhaps owed to the dozens of local and well-established independent businesses in the area. Residents in Coram have no shortage of local shopping, eating and additional services to productively occupy their free time.
A key advantage to life in Coram is its location next to major roads and highways. Commuting to and from work, potential traffic aside, proves convenience for residents because of this unrestricted access to important roads. A mix of low- and mid-rise apartments coupled with single-family homes means there’s something for every renter here.

Property Ratings at North Isle Village
Since the new Management Company took over a few years ago, the office staff is friendly and responsive. My unit is bright, very spacious and lots of closet space. the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are a bonus. Been living here for 4 years, no complaints.
This place is horrible, garbage is overflowing, you can’t get ahold of anyone no matter how many times you call. And some of the tenants are really load and nasty
I moved in a few months ago. Reading these reviews about the office staff is certainly a turn off. Basically, if you treat people with respect, you will get their respect in return. Half the times I had to go to the office for something, there was someone screaming at the office staff (I mean SCREAMING). I would never be able to do that job and listen to this day in and day out. Understandably, for people to reach a frustration level about something to cause them to take the time to go into the office about it, they are at their peak of aggravation, but taking it out on the office staff seems unfair. The safety reviews I've read is cause for concern and should definitely be addressed at the Board meetings; a consensus can rectify anything. I'm still learning the ropes here, but if I have a problem, I won't be taking it out on the office staff unless they are the cause of the issue. I used to manage 55 men on construction sites in the city; never heard of anything as disconcerting as what I've read here.
Do not move here! People are extremely rude some neighbors are absolutely disgusting. Kids running around everywhere unsupervised by parents breaking things that shouldn't be broken. It's disgusting how people do not watch there children and what they are doing. Do not move here I regret it everyday can't wait for my lease to be up !
I did not enjoy my experience living in this place, and have nothing good to say about it. Besides being run down, staffed with the most apathetic human beings on the planet, and controlled by swindling landlords, I feel it's my duty to state how unsafe this place is, and to issue a warning to anyone who's considering taking up residence in one of these apartments, so here I go: My first day there I saw a man dumpster diving. When he noticed me watching him, he took off. I saw him doing this multiple times after, and believe it's important to remind everyone to never leave any compromising personal information in the trash. One of my neighbors was a hardcore party animal and threw weekly parties that would spill out onto the lawn. There would be a dozen people drinking, smoking pot, and having fist fights directly under our window at 3 am. The cherry on top of that sundae was when I saw the complex's security car do a u-turn to avoid confronting them one night. It was then that I realized that the security guard was only for show and would never be there in a time of need. My neighbor directly below me was unemployed with way too much time on his hands, and was also a giant creep. He learned my schedule and would be outside watching for me every single night when I arrived home. He made me very uncomfortable, and was so obvious that friends and family who came to visit would constantly remark on his creepiness. One sunny Sunday morning I was taking a stroll around the apartment buildings. Luckily for me I just happened to have my brother's huge, viciously protective German shepherd dog over for a visit, because I believe I wouldn't be here to write this review if I'd been alone. I walked close to a seedy old van with a naked man hanging out of the sliding door. This man was aggressively staring at me, and I didn't notice until I was right next to the van. The dog, bless his heart, spotted him and went into his predatory attack stance. I whipped out my phone and dialed 911, and we turned and ran. Unfortunately the van sped away too quickly for me to get the license plate, but I'm still here to tell the tale. While I hate to leave such a negative review, I feel like my safety was constantly at stake living here, and I do not recommend anyone live here alone, or at all really. There's a reason why the rent is dirt cheap for these apartments; it's worth it to pay a few hundred more a month and live in a safe community.
Lived here for 3 years... Community is nice, quiet, landscaping is ok. Outside pool is nice... The lady who works in the office is the nastiest, most unprofessional, unhelpful, witch of a women. She cares nothing about doing her job well, or helping those that need it. The company should also reconsider the hours they have their maintenance people working. It makes no sense to have the office and maintenance people working bank hours. Mass majority of people work 9 -5 so why does the office close at 5 most days? They will lie to you and tell you X maintenance people will be there to work between 9-12 but will say that to 3 other units so only 1 out of the 3 actually get the work done during the time requested. I would give this place a 4 out of 5 but the office personal are so frustrating and so ignorant that they get 1
Live in two bedroom apartment good space , painting job when you move in is horrible, kitchen is old and cabinets are old and gross and people working in office are extremely rude and nasty and so unprofessional. Indoor pool isn't even open in winter makes no sense. Otherwise quiet area to live in
Hi need and new appartment appreciate that because you sent me this email thanks you so much.!
We moved here originally into a 2 bedroom upper, which, while spacious, and comfortable, was somewhat in need of an updating (specifically, the kitchen.) The bathroom wa updated after a couple of years, and they did a fantastic job. I understand that as apartments become vacant, they are nicely updated. When my daughter moved out, we downsized to a one bedroom, which is appreciably smaller than the 2 was. It was, however, completely updated. The apartment is good for 2, the office staff is terrific, and maintenance is spot-on. We're pretty happy here.
I found the village to be very decent. I like the floor plan for the 1-bedroom apartments better than the 2-bedrooms. The prices are fair. The neighborhood seemed very pleasant.

does this place ask for credit ?
My wife and I have been tenants here for a number of years now. We recently downsized from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, now that it's just the two of us. All things considered, its a good place to live. It's not the least expensive, not the newest, and maybe the apartments aren't the most spacious....but the place is very well cared for, maintenance is quick and spot on...snow removal is immediate...No vermin infestations at all...It may have its faults, however minor they are, but what place doesn't? It's a good value in most respects We really do like it here, and we're going to stay here. Theye deserve to have a few nice words written about them.
