They don't care about tenants
These people do not care about their tenants at all. Poor quality cabinets and walls. The ceilings leak and they don't even patch it up correctly or follow up. No one is ever available if you need anything, they tell you to go handle it yourself. No maintenance person on site. They charge you for anything they possibly can. Garbage blows everywhere from the dumpster and no one cleans it. I was told to contact a locksmith after they lost my units mailbox key. Just absolutely horrible management!!

Worst management
Do not rent apartment in this complex. Every other apartment has a leak issue. And management doesn’t do anything about it. They just ask you to keep the journal when and how long it was leaking
