When I moved in I was nervous to move into an apartment and Lydia and Carmella made the process seamless with their kindness and professionalism. They were amazing. Communication is never ignored always prompt and a very nice community of people along with fantastic maintenance workers.

Greetings, We are happy to hear you had a positive experience at North Lane Apartments. We value your input and encourage you to let us know about your future experiences with us.
As a prospective tenant I set up an appointment for a showing of an available apartment. Ultimately I drove 40 minutes to the site for the viewing to be told that no units are actually available and will not be for 90 days.

I truly appreciated the time you took out of your busy day to visit North Lane Apartments, unfortunately I did not have an apartment home with the washer & dryer for your time frame. Please note that I was glad to update you with the next apartment availability at my sister property, but you kindly declined, I am so sorry I wasn’t able to fulfill your special requirements. Thank you for your review & best wishes in your future home!
From my experience if you don’t have any problems you’ll be fine. Our hot water leaked to the first floor on multiple occasions which maintenance had to come up unannounced. Our hot water heater was replaced with an oversized heater which made us not able to close the closet door. The floors are very thin which made the tenant below us complain about our 2 yr old daughter making noise. Also when I told management there was drugs being dealt near children she did nothing. So, if you are looking at this as an option please do extensive research on all the reviews, like most people do when looking for a place to live.

I am sorry that you were not happy while you were a resident at North Lane Apartments. Our team take pride in our responsiveness when a water leak is reported and we dispatch our maintenance team immediately to address those types of issues. Additionally, we received some noise complaints about your apartment and I am pleased that you and I had an opportunity to discuss it. We very much appreciate your tenancy and wish you great luck in your new home!
I think it's overpriced for no amenities. You can go a few miles down the road and get an apartment for the same price but with access to an in unit washer/dryer, gym, pool, and club house. Also, there are a LOT of centipedes in the apartments.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback knowing that there is a wide range of apartment choices in Conshohocken. One of the main reasons why we are so successful at North Lane is because we are a genuine community and not a collection of individuals. Additionally, we have also formed strong relationships along the way with many businesses and the locals in this area. Some of our residents moved here because of a personal referrals by other residents. Why? The most common refrain is that we provide professional service and offer very well appointed and updated apartment homes. We are also within close proximity to the shopping malls, major highways and we value, care and respect every resident at North Lane. Please note that The Galman Group is continuously adding more updates, not just at North Lane but to other communities owned and managed by the group. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, feel free to stop in at the office.
I am a satisfied North Lane Apartments resident. It’s a practical choice for me because it’s about 6 miles from where I go to school (Villanova University), and it has all kinds of amenities in close proximity (e.g. supermarket, barber, restaurants, stores, etc.). Furthermore, the personnel here are warm, welcoming, and personable. Lydia and Martin foster a culture of friendliness and hominess, which I greatly appreciate in a residence experience. I would highly recommend North Lane Apartments, especially to students of Villanova or other nearby schools who are in need of practical and satisfying choices for off-campus housing.
Definitely not worth what they charge. There are no amenities and the grounds are covered with dog poop. I'm glad I was only there a year, but because of that they keep 1/2 the painting fee from your security deposit. Don't even know what they charge dog deposit and rent for since they still kept part of the security deposit for damage from the dog. They also wouldn't pay to have my mail forwarded after I moved. Overall like I said, stingy.
Three years ago I moved into my one bedroom apartment. It's located in the very peaceful Conshohocken borough. I was drawn to this area because it reminded me of a time gone by, when people took evening strolls after dinner. Neighbors knew one another by name. It's also a place where different cultures embrace each other.
