Stay away
Property managers are useless. Walls are thin. Kitchens and bathroom appliances are decades old. Overpriced.

Terrible
Tenants are picky, annoying and will complain for noise or any small disturbance. Very annoying place to live.

Solid First Apartment
I've lived in this apartment for a few years now, and this is the first apartment I got when I moved out of the dorms. The units are large, and overall well maintained. The square footage you get compared to the price you pay is a great value on the East Side. The building is quiet with a mix of students, seniors, and families. There is also a manager who lives in the building. I've had a few maintenance issues, and while everything major has been fixed, there have been some issues that have not been attended to no matter how many times I follow up. The thing I love best about this apartment is the location. The thing I like the least about this apartment is the parking. There are very few parking spots and a long waiting list to get on it. Street parking usually isn't an issue, but I do get parking tickets now and then.
