Great Management and Maintenance
Just want to give a shout out to Veronica, and her Maintenance man! They go above and beyond for this place! Very friendly, out going, respectful, and on point! Maintenance is super quick to fix things the right way! Ive had a couple of requests and repairs done since moving here about 3 months ago, and every time they are quick to respond and resolve! Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to the betterment of this property and community! Y’all are very much appreciated!

They are nice people and take care of the property really well.... We just moved into a 3 bedroom and we absolutely love it!!!!

Just want to let ppl know my husband and I live here iat NP Apts when we came in to apply the manager and all we met was very helpful , explained all so we understood , process was fast we got in and got going it's a quite place ...just saying Apt is very spacious , lots of room

Its ok when i stayed there in 2015-16
I lived there from 2015-2016 and never really had to much of an issues but when my roof cave in one time and they offered me a 2bd place instead so i took it..other never really seen the cops here and it was always a quit apartment..if it got bad past 2016-17 its because management just let anybody move in to that place

Do NOT rent from them!
Do NOT move into these apts! Mgt will do nothing abt the violence, except make excuses abt the walls being thin. I haven't had AC for almost 2 months, but I have a window unit, lol. No screens, but I was allowed to buy my own, ludicrous! No stove fan, instead just an open hole! It's like living in Harlem! I literally fear for my life at times because of the neighbors, which mgt states "they have never had any problems with." I've lived here for 4 months and have seen the police here x3.
