worst community, I have ever seen. you can see the cockroaches everywhere and bad maintenance. No proper action taken by community management. They will charge move out fees like anything. For me, It was like month rent plus security deposit. they are not ready to listen your concerns. staff are really rude and worst behaviour. No proper communication for charges and unnecessary bills carpet, cleaning, painting, tub tiles etc... even if you have handover the apartment in proper conditions. I strongly recommend not to lease an apartment in this community.

Guys, do not ever come to this apartment.... everything is more than 30 years old, street lights not working, dirty patios, moulds get developed within 2 weeks if you are out of home. Washer will torn your clothes and dryer takes forever to dry. Car wash area vacuum never works. Above all this you will be fined heavily when you move out because of dirty porch area, moulds, washer dryer not functioning or bathtub paint is chipped...etc While all that happens because of their pathetic stuffs not because of our usage. And believe me guys I was charged around 800$ for all this nonsense . DO NOT GIVE THEM SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, many things are broken in my apartment, that were already broken when I moved in, and they wouldn’t fix them. I tried talking to the mangers and they hung up or didn’t answer my calls.

I've called Northpark Estates my home for the last 4 years and I'm preparing to add another 12 months to that. First things first, the staff is wonderful! Brooke is a gift from the heavens; she really goes the extra mile to make sure that you're happy to call this place home. When I work with her, it's like I'm talking to an old friend. She and the rest of the staff are professional and eager to assist in any way. Secondly, the property itself is really nice. The amenities including the pool, gym, grill and gazebo are a delight. The staff also makes sure that the grounds are well maintained and clean. I enjoy coming home to a property that's well-maintained but especially well-managed. You'd be very happy to call this place home. Do yourself a favor and get one of their fancy upgraded units. You can thank me later.
Folks, I can't even tell how bad this place is? DO NOT MOVE TO THIS LOCATION. STAFF is the worst. I traveled, came back to the dump and someone used my shower. only staff has the Key.. no forced entry. my house was built, I moved out of this roach invested dump,they kept my security deposit. I never put one nail in the wall. Taking them to small claims court. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. -000000 rating
The worst place we've ever stayed. Very bad Experience with the staff . They don't even consider you for anything. the behavior was not at all respectable or humane for someone who has stayed in there rented apartment for more then a year i will never recommend this place for anyone . Quality of apartment and maintenance is so bad . They just wanted to make money anyhow. I RATE IT BELOW ONE.
I have stayed in this community for 18 months and would never suggest this to anyone in life. We fell into this trap of staying here seeing the initial lower rent , but soon we moved in we realized that quality of appliances and the apartment is extremely poor. We have had atleast 2 - 3 times replaced our Refrigerator and our dish washer almost never worked. In our tenure we had to submit atleast 8 to 10 service requests to have our Refrigerator fixed. We ended having to loose money in spoiled vegetables and fruits, as there was water accumulation in lower vegetable trays in fridge. The apartment has BIGGEST PROBLEM of Mold- infact the apartment should be renamed as “Mold Park Estates” , We have tried to clean it may be 10 times and still the mold kept coming. Finally when it was time to vacate , they charged us with heavy fine of $970 for mold. The Manager there has no courtesy to talk to tenants. They took pictures of mold showing proofs and also showed me the famous “Mold Addendum” which we signed at the time of Moving in . She scared us by telling - “they will win law suit if we sue them - as they have all proofs.” - I asked Manager - “would you have fixed the issue , without charging us - if we had submitted maintenance request while staying there?” - the answer was “Yes”. But since it was time to vacate and we missed to put in maintenance request - they charged us heavily - So BE AWARE - of “MOLD PARK ESTATES”.
Nobody cares at the front office. No proper customer service. Maintainence is very bad.
Crime is high now..trash everywhere..poll dirty...gates always open...work orders closed without being done...office doesnt care about you...
I currently live in North Park Estates. It's awful. About a month ago, 3 cars had tires stolen. The cars were literally left on blocks! Two other cars were vandalized. Just recently a car was stolen from the complex! The office didn't notify the residents or anything. They act as if they don't care about what's happening. The gate rarely works; it stays open all night sometimes...even afte what has happened. The cameras didn't work, so there wasn't any footage. We are terrified! I would never recommend this place. Maintenance sucks and nothing ever works. There are huge water bugs and ants inside the units. Please choose another place to live. I don't feel safe here.
