The park also contains playgrounds, a canoe launch, and dog-friendly areas. In the summer, residents head to the beautiful beaches and the Franklin D. Roosevelt Boardwalk.

bigger and better
Since new management has taken over the buildings. The buildings have become much more quiet and beautiful. In 2012 I searched on apartment.com for this building and I have been here for the past 3 years I wanna thank this website for finding my dream apartment. I'm currently looking for another apartment in another city, NY is getting too expensive lol and once again I am relying on apartments.com to come to the rescue as they always do. Thank you website thank you for everything even if I don't win, I'm a winner by searching your site. Thank you
