Welcome to the North Side Yard, Stevens Point's first residential apartment community located in downtown! North Side Yard features 159 residential units ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms. The secure buildings have ample bike storage and are just steps from the Wisconsin River's riverfront recreation trail. The building is within walking distance to the public square (where Farmers' Market takes place) and historic Main Street attractions. The building has an onsite fitness center and community room for residents. All units are equipped with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and select units have balconies. Property Ratings at North Side Yard
Simply put the property managers do not care about the tenants. If you have a problem (and you will) you have a 40% chance that your work order is responded to. If you want to be certain that you will always be able to get into the building this is not the place for you as they key fabs stopped working entirely for all residents more than once during my year here. If privacy/security mean anything to you it’s best to turn far away from here. The amount of times the property manager visited without the 24 hour notice agreed upon in the lease was disgusting. Ultimately I wish I had lived in a hotel for that year….it would have been cheaper, less problematic, and less stressful to myself and my family. Side note PLEASE be cautious if you have kids/pets. This place claims to be pet friendly but I have not found that in my experience.
Beautiful, modern apartments in a good location. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, the staff are all extremely helpful, and the fitness center and courtyard are great amenities!
The apartments are extremely modern and nice. Tall ceilings. Locked entrances so it is safe. The landlords and maintenance crew are really quick to respond and are very pleasant.
North side yard is an amazing and overall safe area to live. The management is amazing and other tenants are very kind. The location is nice with many places and things to do. I recommend to anyone looking for a nice space to call home in the stevens point area
I moved into my unit at North Side Yard two months ago, and am so far very satisfied. The management team is attentive, the property is clean and safe, and they clearly invested in high-quality materials and appliances. Compared to other rental properties in town, this property is more expensive and offers less space - however, North Side Yard certainly offers something unique, and the location cannot be beat.
Extremely helpful staff and very friendly neighbors. My dog has even made friends! I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new place, to come here!
I moved into North Side Yard last month, and I have been super pleased living here so far. First off, management has been amazing and major shoutouts to Dallas for being super helpful and responsive. Located in downtown Stevens Point, NSY is minutes away from the UWSP campus and so much more. Since it’s newly built, everything is clean and maintained well. I love my unit with a beautiful kitchen island and high ceilings. This place is also pet friendly which is a bonus!
