I like living here so far. There hasn't been a lot of crime here compared to some other places. It's a nice quiet place.

Great place for retired. I find it a quiet friendly place. Has things to do if resident wishes.

Overall a safe clean and friendly place to reside.

I have lived here 8 years, and besides some of the people and the dirtiness, I am glad to be at North Sky!

North Sky has the feel that it’s out in the country and peaceful as well as safe to take late night walks nearby are biking and walking trails. Yet is nearby restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores, beauty salon’s and a public park where you can take your grandkids to.

Lovely, quiet place to live. However, an interior spot to place garbage would be nice. Schlepping out to the dumpster is very burdensome.

Everyone in management and other office staff are doing well for us. They have been patient with us, they seem to care about us, we are not just bodies to them. I am glad that we have them. A overall for the entire team.

Great maintenance technicians and fairly quick turn a round on service work orders. Friendly office staff available to help too.

So far everything has been beyond what I expected. I'm very satisfied living here.

outside of this covid precautions, the experience here at Northsky has been a positive one. Usually there are activities in community room, exercise machines and media area. due to covid staff has put out weekly newsletters with fun games and areas of interest. neighbors are mostly friendly and is a secure place to call home.

If youre considering moving into North Sky apartments you will be very happy with that decision. I will also personally welcome you to North Sky. You wont find a better place to call home!

I enjoy my life at North Sky II. The building/grounds are well-kept, and the management is excellent. It's also a plus to be close to parks, walking paths, shopping, etc.

I've been here since the building opened and everything is kewl. Very few problems and everything was done in a timely matter. No hassles.

North Sky is a good place to live. It is located in a southern area of Fargo. There are balconies or patios with most of the units. The heat is paid. There are elevators and garages. The rent is very reasonable. The bathrooms are roomy. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. I face east and can see the sunrise and the moon and the airplaines flying to and from in the night. The age designation of 55 makes this a quieter place to live. I will stay here for decades.

It's pretty good place to live and usually things get done in a timely matter. My big beef is the way parking seems to be no concern to safety.

North Sky II is a nice place to live. I have a washer and drier in- house. There is an elevator. I have a garage for no extra charge. I have a balcony and I live on third floor. I get to see the sun rise and the moon. it is quiet and clean. I suppose the negative thing is that there is not a bus stop close by...one has to walk a block plus to catch the bus. it is best if you have a car when you live a North Sky.

Excellent community for the elderly. Wonderful and informed managers. Especially the residents are kind and pleasant. We are all Family Just come try us out. We wil make you feel right at home in our little but friendly community.

I have had good response from management on any questions that came up. I like my apartment and enjoy living here. The only negative thing was the way they did with the floors and the mess with having to move out while they replaced my floor. They tried to fix something that wasn't broke. There was nothing wrong with my flooring and there was problems with my new floor.

North Sky is a very nice place to live. There is coffee every morning in the ersacommunity room which we enjoy getting together for coffee and good conversation..we also have a Hair dresser that comes in every Thursday. A

overall, mostly satisfied with the building and the North Sky community. the buldings and kept clean regularly and there are some activities for those who wish to participate. It is a pleasant atmoshere to reside in.

Over all very happy with living here. Management and custodians always wanting us to be satisfied with conditions.

I find North Sky II to be a great place to live the residents are friendly and management is very helpful. I have never lived anywhere where the response to maintenance requests was so quick. I would recommend North Sky II to anyone.

This will be my home until I am not healthy enough to live on my own. The garage and elevator, the washer and dryer, the dishwasher....all are great things to have. The price is right. So far the neighbors are clean, quiet and companionable. Neighbors are an important factor.
