The amount of childish behavior this company exudes is ridiculous. They do NOT reach out to their tenants and almost refuse to do decent maintenance work. I have called this company so many times and leave a message and I get nothing back. I’ve emailed the help desk and get ignored and I can’t even contact our property manager. Do not rent here. DO NOT RENT HERE

Franklin in Liberty
Long time resident of the Franklin in Liberty, MO. I’ve enjoyed my time here and intend to stay for at least a few more years.

3 Year Resident
I have lived at a small six unit building managed by North Terrace Properties for three years. In that time, I've been very happy with their service and have really noticed some major improvements since the pandemic started. Their team is very responsive via text (so nice because I don't really want to call an office during the day) and they made their payment portal free so I don't have to mail a check anymore!

Enjoying Life at the Jewell
North Terrace took over my building this summer and it’s been a great experience. They did some upgrades to my apartment without me moving out and it was relatively painless and totally worth it for the “after.”

Loved Arsenal
I moved into a renovated unit at "The Arsenal" and have enjoyed it so far. I especially like having laundry in my unit and that it's an affordable price point.

Do Not Rent from North Terrace Property Management
Leasing company is horrible. Non responsive No Communication Fake Charges Cannot wait to move out -Save yourself the headache.
