North Village

I've lived at north village about 1 year now and my kids are so happy here. Maintenance is fast and all the staff are helpful and friendly. They do all kinds of events and trips you can sign up for, most of them free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality living with low income.

I’ve lived here close to 7 years. As I move on, into a new home, I wanted to share how much of a great experience it has been for my family and myself living here. I’ve had a few apartments before North Village, but this is the first one I’ve called home. I absolutely loved my apartment every day throughout the 6 3/4 years I’ve lived here. The administration staff, Maintenance staff and on-call Maintenance staff have all been and are amazing. They are kind and wonderful people who are always there to lend a hand towards helping you reach yours goals. I will miss my home very much, however, I hope the next family to move in feels as blessed as I have been throughout my time here.

I’ve been living here at North Village for three years now and I like it. The entire team at the North Village office are very kind, friendly and helpful . When something needs fixing the maintenance team gets right to it.

I am currently a resident at North Village, apartment are very nice, comfortable, spacious, and always kept up to date! Reliable maintenance 24/7. Very family oriented community! Lots of fun activities for children. Staff at the office are awesome! Security monitors the cameras so we feel safe when in or out of our homes.

i am currently a resident at north village apartments , and this is the best community i have ever lived in. they focus on clean enviorment , safe enviorment , and most importantly they are very involved in the family structure, like after school programs, anual picnic's that involve every resident in north village.....it feels like one great big family here . thank you so much and i am grateful to live here , in north village ....

I have lived here for two years almost and love this complex. It is very family oriented and very well taken care of. The office is always attentive to any need you have and it is an all around nice place to live especially with children.

I have been here for several years. & they are always making changes to improve this community! They do more than most places when it comes to giving back to residents! Always have activities for the adults and the kids.

its a nice quiet place to live ive lived here for a while and never had a problem. The apartments are spacious and the outside is kept up with and in the winter thry keep up with shoveling.

North village is a great place for kids and families. There focus is to have fun and for families and the kids to have fun well living without struggle. We appreciate north village! Thank you to everyone who works for north village that helps our families and our kids.

I've lived at North Village for close to two years. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience since I've been here. The apartments are spacious and clean. There is a wall air conditioner unit in the living room. The kitchens have new appliances and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are a good size with large closets. The bathrooms are nice. The staff that works here is probably the best part about living here. I've rented from other complexes where if I've had a problem or maintenance issue it's taken a really long time to resolve or when you call with some kind of complaint either no one answers the phone or it takes a long time to fix whatever's wrong. That's definitely not the case at North Village. The staff is super polite and they go above and beyond to make sure whatever issue you're having at the time is resolved. There are a lot of families with children who reside here. All of the activities are family and children oriented. There are a lot of seasonal activities/events. There are a lot of weekly groups for parents and children. My toddler absolutely loves playing outside on the grounds and at the playground. The maintenance staff does a fabulous job making sure the grounds are clean and well taken care of. I always feel safe because there are cameras in the hallways and outside. The staff also makes sure residents are connected to any services they may need in the community. Overall North Village is a great place to live for the amount of rent you pay. I would definitely recommend North Village to anyone on a fixed income looking to rent in the central Mass area.

I've been a tenant here for 8 yrs. Clean spacious apts. Neat and pretty grounds with play area for children. Non smoking property. Many free activities for kids and families year round. Affordable. Nice Management team.

This place is a great place to live as the activities they do for not only the families but the kids is truly amazing. The women in the office are also truly amazing and helpful & I love being able to have everyone help us when we need the help. Thank you north village for being there for not only our families but our kids as well. ??

The people here who work in the office are very nice people. I love how they add activities and trips for the tenants here. They are very helpful here in any situation. I've lived here for 8 years and nothing really bad to say.

Very nice place to live. They do lots of in activities for children and families and help you meet life goals. Very nice clean buildings. Whenever there is an issue and something breaks maintenance is always on top of fixing it within a timely manner

Throughout the years of living in North Village there has came a lot of new changes. All of the units got really nice upgrades from appliances to new flooring in the kitchen, and bathroom. They also provide wonderful programs for families such as : helping out with homework, amusement trips for kids and family, Girl Scouts, self-defense, bringing families to grocery stores, and many more helpful sources. Whenever there is a issue in your apartment maintenance are extremely prompt no matter what time it is. Recently I had to call at 2 a.m and maintenance came with no issue to resolve the issue in my apartment. The office staff are always helpful, and have poisitive attitudes. They will help with any issues or anything that you need. I really enjoy living in North Village and can’t wait to see what new opportunities are brought in for the families.

I love it here. The staff is great always keeping the property clean and festive during holidays. Snow removal and salting is always done efficiently and quickly. Speed bumps for the kids, and a staff that’s always willing to work with you and help. Great programs for kids like Girl Scouts, homework help ect and even adult education and parenthood workshops. I love it here
