Quirky, artistic, and never boring, Fremont is one of Seattle's most-loved neighborhoods. Residents call it the "Center of the Known Universe" and if you are looking for apartments in Fremont, it may quickly become the center of your universe. Fremont is located along the north side of the Lake Washington Ship Canal, directly across from Seattle Pacific University. Property Ratings at Northbridge Apartments
The apartment has a great view, attentive staff and awesome public transit. Only issue is lack of public parking, however parking garage is relatively cheap ($75)!
Northbridge apartments has been our Seattle home for the last 4 years living in Seattle. After coming from NYC, we found this complex to be a centrally located, safe, and clean building, at a fair price, that was all we were really looking for. However, in the past year they have gotten a Property Manager named Jaynie, who has taken the building from being just an apartment building, to a full blown community! Jaynie really cares about the building, and additionally, she really cares about the residents, she has gone above and beyond to build a "neighborhood" out of an apartment building! Jaynie, organizes community roof top parties in her free time, and shows her love for her job and tenets on a daily basis. I could not recommend Northbridge any more, especially now that Jaynie is is on board!
