Property Ratings at Northeast Pines
I lived at theses apartments for a couple years until I was finally able to buy a house and move , and this is my thoughts on them. The good Quiet affordable large closets and patios small complex close to shopping, restaurants, hospital and easy access to 59 and 1960 The bad old and never updated not well maintained interiors ( had multiple leaks and the damaged areas not repaired, carpet comes apart, mold, a/c doesn't really cool any room but livingroom bedrooms stay warm) they have pool but not opened when most ppl can use them, and seem to find reasons to close it other times. Also only like one guest allowed per apartment even though its never crowed. owner/management on property and seem to be nosey and seem to want to run the place like its a dictatorship. always posting by the mail boxes don't do this or that. They from my experience seem to think of tenants as expendable and would evict you with no problem if they don't like something you do even if it doesn't affect anyone and things most apartments wouldn't even concern themselves with really. Had met someone who was also a previous tenant and the guy said they would get onto him for not wearing a shirt when walking around the complex. Like really for one he is a guy and 2. whats the difference then if he was at the pool.. I'm sure I could think of more if I had the time but basically they are good if you cant afford high rent, don't mind being watched all the time and just stay inside.
These are old apartments, but the safest, and kind management. Maintenance staff are awesome. I pay $535.00 a month for a one bedroom, large balcony, which I find my serenity on by balcony. I have Deerbrook Mall, best churches (Grace Church, New Covenant Church), and many others. Restaurants on the water and many more..

We don't have a large pool, but I am very satisfied with the safety of the apartments. We have Deerbrook Mall, great churches nearby, Grace Church, New Covenant Church. Take a drive to Atascasita, great restaurants on the river. Cedars Landing on the water. Thank you, Apartments.com
