Northfield Townhouses

My husband and I have lived here for 12 years and have been more than satisfied with Northfield townhouses. The property manager, is the best of the best. He is swift to respond to any needs. The property is well maintained. We moved out-of-state and still rent with Kriegman and Smith because they have great rental properties that are satisfactory. We highly recommend living here.

I lived here for 4 years and it was wonderful. The property is well maintained. The apartments are very spacious. Jay the property manager is awesome!! He is so quick to respond to any issues whether it’s in your home, garage or even getting yourself locked out! Tim is also wonderful. They really love there jobs and it shows. Highly Recommend Northfield townhouses.

I only moved because I purchased a home. I was a proud resident for 11 years at Northfield Townhouses. It is truly a great place to live and dog friendly with its own dog park, a great pool and ample parking. Jay & Tim are a great dynamic duo.

I lived here for just under 3 years, recently moved for work. I highly recommend Northfield Townhouses! Jay the property manager is always readily available and so quick to respond to any issues. He makes sure the property is always well maintained and there to take care of whatever is needed either in your home specifically or on the property such as snow removal or when you lock yourself out haha. He's super friendly and easy to get ahold of at anytime, which is a huge plus! I lived there as a single, young female and I felt super safe all the time. My neighbors were all nice and I rarely ever heard any noise from either side of my apartment. Being across from the reservoir and zoo is a big bonus too! Great place to live!

My family and I moved here after closing on our home which had us scrambling but Jay, the Property Manager, was fantastic with our frequent and last minute changes. Jay had our unit meticulously cleaned from floor to ceiling. Our unit's front door viewed a beautifully landscaped courtyard and the walking path around the whole complex was incredibly relaxing and picturesque. The pool was a great bonus and has top notch lifeguards. The rooms are enormous and we even had our own small parking lot! You're literally right across from South Mountain Reservation/Turtle Back Zoo/and so much more - an absolute perfect location! I highly recommend this complex, we will miss the neighbors we now call friends, and, the property manager, Jay was so incredibly helpful and available at any time we needed him. We moved within town to our own home and have recommended this location to many of our friends!

I lived at Northfield Townhouses for over 8 years, only moved out to purchase our first home. I miss this place. The community is family friendly, the pool always well maintained and safe, the area is beautiful with the park right across the street and great for outdoor exercise. It was always quiet in the evenings and the walls did an excellent job of muting your next door neighbor. Jay and team do everything they can to make sure you are welcome and taken care of. Never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. They are always accommodating and friendly, we truly miss you guys and the rest of the Northfield Townhouses community. Thank you!

I moved here this summer and I love it. It's perfect for me and my family. The maintenance team is very helpful, quick to respond, and keep the grounds looking amazing. Our neighbors are friendly too!

Great place to live!! Easy commute to NYC and great location near the zoo and park. The property is very well maintained and the on site maintenance team are WONDERFUL! Loved living here for 9 years!

Jay and the rest of his property management.team are nothing short of spectacular. If I was not expanding my family I would have never looked past Northfield townhouses. Again if your are looking for a place with great quality of life, the best management and great neighbors, you have found it.

Whether you are just starting out, looking for a place to grow, or you’re already established and looking for a new place to live, Northfield is the place to be. The townhouses are well maintained, specifically by Jay and his team, who are nothing short of spectacular. Besides my family growing there would have never been a reason to look past Northfield townshouses. Again, this place checks all the boxes spectacular management, quality of life, and a great community.

Good place to live for professionals and couples with small children. Close to the reservoir walk route, a playground and the zoo. Also close to the ice arena and bus station stop to the city. Roomy, spacious living and property manager is easy to work with when an issue arises. Outside property well maintained and most important in a safe area. Lived there for 10 years and only left because we relocated to another state. Highly recommend!

I lived at Northfield Townhouses for 4 fours and it was truly enjoyable. I enjoyed coming home to the lovely landscaped property and having a garage close to my apartment was a plus. Summertime was really fun with the pool and everyone grilling. The Master bedroom was very large and I enjoyed the basement which I made my mancave. My wife and I enjoyed the prompt service for maintenance and she would not step foot outside until the snow was removed, which happened pretty quickly. The location is nice and the neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed West Orange so much...….until we decided to buy our own home. You won't be disappointed if you choose to make this your next residence. I lived in Northfield Townhomes for four years and loved every moment of it. It's a spacious unit with a finished basement and plenty of outdoor space for my children to run around in. Our neighbors were very friendly, and at times it felt more like I was living with family. The icing on the cake is Jay, who is the property manager. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to any issues that came up. I highly recommend Northfield Townhouses, and would definitely consider renting there again in the future.

the bathroom needs a MAJOR makeover/over haul!! the kitchen counters need replacing or refinishing and it is in DESPERATE need of a 2nd bathroom!! the maintnence guys are FANTASTIC!!! the trash people are in need of some work on being consistent!! thats my take on it!!
