Tucked away in the southwestern corner of Utah, Cedar City is a scenic community secluded amid the region’s inimitable natural landscape. The deserts and hills all round Cedar City provide residents with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and generally exploring the great outdoors.
The city fosters a thriving Main Street district with preserved brick storefronts still operating as cafes, specialty shops, and other locally-owned businesses. Near the center of town, Southern Utah University enrolls around 8,000 students and employs hundreds of locals as faculty and staff members. Hosting a vibrant arts scene, Cedar City is the home of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, as well as an annual fest celebrating another luminary playwright, Neil Simon.

Property Ratings at Northfield Village
Studio apartment is newly remodeled with new cabinets and paint, clean, and new carpet. Located near the hospital. Building is older and apartment has some insulation issues. Heat and air escapes through door and ac unit in wall. Not bad for single person or a couple.
Fairly decent apartments. A 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath which is a perfect size for my dad, my little sister and me. Rent went up a little after my dad renewed the lease. We have covered parking. Pay all utilities, and a small 8'x6' fenced in deck. The exterior is pretty welll managed during the summer, and they're located in a good neighborhood. The interior is really nice, and included basic appliances with a washer and dryer hookup. We rent through a rental agency so there's no designated landlord to every apartment, and they're good with upkeeping our apartment if we need anything. My dad and I are the income and all three of us are full time students. The apartments are nice with decent rent and they're gas and electric. We enjoy living here. This would make a great surprise for my dad if I could win this for us. Thank you for reading!
Apartments are decent and quiet. Carpets are new and decent space. The only downfall is the electric bill. The apartment is all electric and my bill in the winter spiked past $160!! If it wern't for the cheap rent I would never consider living here.
