Northlake Village Apartments

I’ve lived here for about a year now and have no complaints at all. Stephanie, the manager is great and very helpful, along with the rest of the staff here.

I've lived @ NLVAppts. for many yrs. now. And I love how they continuously take care of me. In particular I want to speak on my maintenance man SHANE. I recently put in a work order. It was completed the next business day. Thank you Shane for always being speedy, trustworthy polite, & professional. And he even wore boot covers as requested. Recently moved to Lima and was welcomed by the staff. We were wowed by Stephanie during our tour of the grounds. Nice apartments-clean and quiet.

Found an apartment listing on this website and contacted the management. Within 6 hours I was contacted back with an application. Towards our move-in date, my roommates and I threw a curveball at them and they accommodated for us right then and there! Noah at the front desk is very friendly and easy to work with. Apartments are very well taken care of!

Northlake village is a great place to live is well-maintained Park area is great for the kids pool is well-maintained . Love the beautiful Pond for fishing . Very quiet and friendly community. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Northlake Village easily has the best apartments in Lima. My 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and nicely updated; I especially enjoyed the huge walk-in closet and gas kitchen range. I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did the response was very quick and courteous. The staff seems to genuinely care about the property; they are currently putting in a new swimming pool and replaced many of the balconies this past summer. The community is also quite safe and there have been no disturbances in my year of living here. I had to break my lease early for a job offer in a new state, and they made the process very smooth and painless. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a modern, safe, and well-maintained home.

Love my new home here at Northlake. My view of the lake is great and they are putting in a brand new pool! Staff is nice and the whole atmosphere is just awesome. Anyone looking to move should consider Northlake!

Moving to Lima from out of town, we didn't get a chance to visit any of the apartments we were looking at renting. The Northlake managers were friendly and helpful, and the pictures looked great, so we closed the deal. Almost six months later, I can say with certainty we made the right choice. Northlake is a clean, quiet, and inviting community. The apartments are affordable, modern and very spacious.

After looking at many apartments, Northlake Village was by far the cleanest and most adorable. I have happily lived here for 2 years and plan on many more. I would recommend living here to anyone. The staff is hands down the best!

Have loved living here the last two years. The staff is great and always having fun events for us. We just had a hayride during our Halloween party! Rent are very reasonable for how nice the places are. Great pool during the summer and my place overlooks a beautiful lake. Often see multiple deer out there. Great place to live!

I have been a resident for 12 years. The staff is very friendly. Any issues in my apartment are usually fixed the day I call them in. The grounds are well kept. Overall Northlake has been a great place to live!

A new POOL is being built, which is so exciting! And the lake is a fabulous place to just sit and relax or bring a fishing pole. And it is so close by to shops and restaurants, which is very convenient.

We were living in the dorms at UNOH and decided we wanted a better atmosphere. Northlake is private and quiet which is great for studying. And Nancy and Stephanie in the office couldn't be any nicer. Definitely the best choice in Lima!!

My wife and I just moved in on Saturday and we are really enjoying it! We dealt with Nancy and with Stephanie and they were both very helpful and friendly. Our apartment is on the lake which has a great view and it is very peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend living here!

This place is the best! Close to lots of things but not too close. The staff is super helpful and the lake is GORGEOUS. Move here, you won't regret it!!

As a college student comming from 500 miles away, it's hard to find a place to live. My dad and I drove around for 2 hours looking but when we came here we knew that I should live here. Yes you're right, it's more expensive then a lot of places, but I've left my keys in my car overnight and had nothing to fear when I woke up. Major bonus points as a young female living alone. Everyone that I tell where I live responds with telling me how expensive it is, BUT they always agree it's the best place in town. So it's worth the extra, like 200$ to not have to worry about safety, plus the leasing office managers are great! Very accepting to college student especially because some places won't even rent to them! Great place to live!

I have been searching for my new home for a while. And finally when I saw Northlake Village I knew this was the right place for me :)

This community is beautiful. They have and awesome staff. I moved to this complex about two weeks ago and I am very satisfied. Work orders are done quickly and my needs are always met.

The complex itself is very well maintained and a generally nice area. The location is nice; it's right next to a grocery and barber and within 20 minutes of the local university campuses. The landladies are friendly and very helpful, and our 2 bedroom apartment accommodates the 3 of us very nicely. Overall, Northlake is a safe and tidy place to live.

I moved here away from home right after graduating college and the management helped me figure everything out. They are always super nice about it when I have questions or need something!

Northlake is a great apt complex. Its very clean and well maintained. The landlord is wonderful and very welcoming. I currently bought a new home but am very grateful and had a hard time saying goodbye to the staff there. They are amazing.

When I relocated to Lima I had a difficult time finding an apartment that would offer all that I needed plus be located in an area that wasn't run down. I stumbled on North lake village and felt they had everything I was looking for! The apartments have good space and was more than enough for me an my daughter - plus she really enjoys the pool! The location is perfect, close to shopping and my work - and the property is kept up very nicely. I highly recommend this place!

other UNOH students need to look here their apts are nice and CLEAN and were not all stacked on each other compared to what they offer . plus if you refer someone you get 100. bucks off ur rent if they move in

This place is an amazing place to live. It's very quiet here and the maintenance is very good at keeping up on lawn work and very helpful. The staff is also very nice.

Really nice place, looked at one and they are impressive, large and spacious, looking forward to not going to the laundry mat doin a little fishin in the summer, work is right around the corner and so is Fat jacks Pizza

Beautiful apartment complex with a pond that you can fish in, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities on site. Excellent landscaping and they keep up with the mowing and snow removal. Very quiet area even though it is close to many eateries, grocery stores and shopping. If you are looking for an apartment complex in lima Ohio I would definitely take a look at this complex. Excellent new management, the new manager is very kind and if they don't know the answer they definitely find it out for you!

I looked here and went thru on of the apartments , its very clean, the office people are very nice and helpful; the apartments are nice,, the one with the lake view is so cool, Im applying here.

I recently stopped in looks like there are all kinds of new improvements going on and so clean even with the tracks next door it is quiet. Awesome place and love the lake.

I just went through a divorce after being married 30yrs. I lived in recent Michigan and relocated to try and get back on my feet. I looked all over Lima oh. To find an affordable and safe place a to live. I came to Mt. Vernon and looked over the apts. I was happy to see they had security doors and elevators at our disposal. I felt comfortable and relieved to finally find a home that I could start over in. The staff are awesome people! If anyone is looking for a great place to live in a nice area of Lima oh. I recommend looking here. It's also pet friendly and quiet. The neighbors are friendly as well. There are 1. 2 and 3 bedrooms here and are roomy! Starting over is not easy but I do love living here.
