Property Ratings at Northland Village Apartments
I’ve been living here since 2012 and it’s 2023 they have depleted so much with upkeep of the property. Work orders are not being handled and taken care of in an effective and efficient manner. I have had 2 fires one caused by a neighboring tenant and the other caused old electrical wiring from the apartment. I lost everything twice never received proper help from management or resources to help rebuild all that I lost. I have for children 2 of which are teenagers and I was placed into a 2 bedroom and was told I will be placed on 3 bedroom waitlist which is what I loved in original upon moving into this complex. I am still in a 2 bed and the second fire happened almost 3 or 4 years ago every time I ask about a open 3 bedroom I get a different summary. They don’t stay up on pest control anymore I have had issues with bed bugs and never get the proper treatments needed. I have had to invest in my treatments. I expressed any concerns and they go unheard. So if your looking to move here don’t make it a long stay handle your business and use as a stepping stone and leave with nothing holding you back. They really deserve no stars but wasn’t able to do that obviously cause how the rating system is set
