NorthPoint at 68 is the place to be!! Beautiful apartments, VERY spacious . Hands down the BEST staff around! Marie was so beyond helpful, she made the entire process stress free, and easy, very communicative, and prompt with requests. Very friendly and personable too, every interaction ends in laughter, i truly am looking forward to my residence here ! I am writing because I had three issues happen in one day. My AC was frozen, my toilet chain broke and my electric outlet on the end of the bar stopped working and it was Friday at 5pm. I called the after hours emergency number. DeeDee called me right back and kept calling me early the next morning! Brian was at my apartment at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon just the time that he said he would be here. All three issues were fixed within 10 minutes! This is excellent service and I am very thankful! This is a great team!

If you’re looking for a place close to the highway, shopping, and pet friendly then this is place for you. This quiet community is conveniently located near I-40 with the Palladium up the street. These well-kept apartments have friendly office staff and maintenance who responds quickly. Valet trash is a plus for me. I absolutely love it here!

I've been here 1.5 years and I love the location. It's quiet, never any disturbances, and I genuinely feel safe here. The apartments themselves are in good shape and anytime I've had minor issues, maintenance is always quick to resolve them. My favorite perk about living here, is the SUPER AWESOME office staff!!! I met Michael the day I stopped by to check out the place, and he's actually the reason that I chose to live here. He has a fabulous personality and DeeDee, the newest addition to the staff, is a breath of fresh air...love her!

The model on the website is different than the model that was shown to me. I was told by the property agent that they did have a one bedroom unit model but it was not available to be shown. However, the one bedroom unit that I was able to see was disappointing.

So far I'm very pleased with my stay at Northpoint...The staff is very attentive and respond to questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner......the grounds are clean and well kept, parking can be an issue depending upon the time of day or night... I wish the valet trash service would be Optional, not baked into the lease, it's a service I dont need, but I have no choice but to pay for it... Besides that I'm happy..

We moved here from the beach and since day one Michael has always been a cheerful smile and a helping hand. He is the reason I chose NorthPoint at 68. I had met with other people in the process of moving here but there was something about his professionalism and pleasant demeanor that made it easy to chose this place as home. I’ve lived here for 6 months now and anytime I have needed something or just a person to say hi to and shoot the breeze, Michael is always there and happy to have a few laughs with me. We have only had 2 incidents that needed to be addressed but him and the maintenance team were very prompt and professional in getting to done. The entire team is always a joy to stop and chat with because they truly love what they do. Thank you for always being so kind to my little family, it goes a very long way with us. From the perfectly kept main facility to the general care and support, Northpoint 68 is a homerun. It is in a perfect spot in town and creates a safe, carefree environment where you're sure to enjoy. I have lived at North point for 2 years and love it! The front office staff is very friendly, and attentive to the residents needs. There are tons of restaurants and shopping just right up the road, and you are only minutes away from the airport! It is a great place to live all around.

I can't say enough wonderful things about NorthPoint at 68! I have been living here for several months and have had a great experience. The staff communicate well and are very friendly and truly care about their residents. My work orders have always been addressed in a timely manner with the problem resolved. The community is friendly, respectful, and quiet. The landscaping is always neat and common areas are always clean. If you are looking for a caring apartment complex that is conveniently located to attractions and highways then this is the place for you! And did I mention, they are pet friendly!!

Moved in towards the beginning of the year and I have nothing to say but praises about the community and management. All maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, the staff is very friendly, and the facilities look wonderful. Jimmy has been especially attentive and helpful since I first toured the property, providing an exceptionally high quality of service that I have not seen at any other property. If you are looking for an apartment that makes you feel right at home, there is no need to look any further. I would highly recommend the facility to any newcomers in the area.

I toured the property and really enjoyed looking at the model. It was nicely decorated and made me excited about wanting to live at NorthPoint. When viewing the vacant apartment I can definitely tell you that it was way different than expected. Now I know when moving in that I'd be decorating things my way and all but for some reason the vacant apartment just didn't have the wow factor like the model. The model seemed to be a lot cleaner than the vacant apartment which I thought was weird because you'd think more people go in and out of the model more. Driving around the property I can see where there would be parking issues and I didn't see a lot of areas to place trash so that could be a concern. The floor layouts are nice but I don't know if the price is right for what management is asking. My search for an apartment continues.

I was apartment hunting for over a month and visited more than 20 communities. I fell in love with North Point the moment I took the tour. What made me move here? 1. Apartments are brand new. Around 2 years old. No bug problem at all! 2. The rooms are spacious. 3. Kitchen and bathroom counters have granite counter tops. (This makes it look really rich) 4. Plenty of storage space. 5. Valet trash which I did not find this in any other community. This feature is 'sorted life' feature) 6. A club house with pool table, gym with a meditation room, resort style pool which is well maintained and a trail connecting to the community. You might find these amenities in other communities too, but not at this cost. That's why I call it luxury living at an affordable cost. Along with these amazing amenities, the management staff is very polite, helpful and responsive. Jimmy is one of their best. He guided me through the entire process without me having to do literally anything. My move in was smooth. Whoever visits our home, instantly fall in love! I would highly recommend that you check this place out if you are looking to move.

I am looking to move soon and I have been visiting and looking at MULTIPLE apartment communities in the area and I can say that none of them has better customer service than Jimmy, the Assistant Property Manager, at NorthPoint at 68. Sure other companies may send you the standard email a day after you visit but none have even compared to the customer service level that Jimmy has shown me since I first walked into the door at this community. Other staff needs to learn from him and why he is the best...I would encourage other companies go by and take a look at why their competition is leaving them in the dust when it comes to Jimmy and how he goes above and beyond to help applicants feel like they want and need to live here. He is the best...go visit him today!

If you are reading this then you are doing exactly what I did to try to find the best place. My wife and I did a lot of homework on places to rent a 2 bedroom in High Point/Greensboro There are several options out there, but for the price/location/ and size we decided to live at North Point. Jimmy is the guy you want to see when you go. He takes care of his residents! Pro: Location (you are less than 10 mins from anything you need. Size for the price (plus the closets are HUGE) The appliances are nice with REAL granite! The staff is quick to get stuff fixed (generally 1-2 days which is better than many place that I have lived) It almost feels as if you are not living in the middle of the city. The trash pick up is nice The staff is friendly and helpful The pool is HUGE The keyless entry is nice but kind of annoying for they gate It was all built in 2014, so the buildings/ units are very new There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Cons: I do not like that there are not any over head lights in the living room or the bedrooms You can occasionally hear air planes flying overhead but it has never bothered me I hear that parking can be tough in some buildings but we haven't had any problem The balcony is really small Overall, apartment living is not for everyone. There is always going stuff that bothers folks (especially those accustomed to living in a house). But if you are looking to live at a nice apartment that is safe and you can be proud of then I would recommend North Point at 68. Remember Jimmy is the guy you want to go see! His service is top notch!!

I lived here for approximately a year and loved it. I only left because I (a) changed jobs and (b) seriously injured my foot, was facing a long recovery time, and lived on the third floor when it happened! Pros: -Brand-new unit when I moved in -Quick response times from clubhouse and maintenance staff -Valet trash service -Generally quiet -Fridge and dishwasher included, washer and dryer hookups -Always felt safe -Outdoor grills available at the pool -Can pay rent and water bills online Cons: -I never had trouble finding a parking spot, but other residents did. Parking is uncovered. -Lack of ceiling light fixtures. I had to buy several floor lamps. -A bright street lamp right outside my bedroom window (closing the blinds didn't help) -Newer complex, so it's often hit or miss whether a GPS can find it -LOTS of residents have pets, some of which are noisy -No laundry facilities -Lack of counter space in kitchen

Management and maintenance are unresponsive. Pet and Parking policies are not enforced. Club house amenities only available during office hours. Numerous health and safety hazards.
The buildings are all brand new and very spacious. They are located in a great area. Only minutes from downtown Greensboro, High Point and Winston Salem. It is also a great location if you enjoy running, walking or riding a bike since the Bicentennial Greenway runs right behind the complex! The staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel at home! The complex also prides themselves on having one of the largest pools in the triad area and they are not kidding, it is really large! They also have a great fire pit area, if you are feeling the desire for some s'mores or the great outdoors bonfire.
I love my apartment and look forward to spending many years here!
