No Manager since January 2022 and unresponsive owner

No manager or maintenance person since 1/2022 Absentee landlord who has ignored repeated requests via phone calls and text messages to repair a kitchen countertop and clean or replace my bedroom carpet that was stained in several spots with what looks like motor oil, all of which I recorded in a video that was attached to one of the text messages.

Fake reviews!!!

Anyone like how max is mentioned as great! ?!?Well i lived there several years. Believe me there are lots of vacant units. People pay crazy rent and some dont pay at all. Stuff is not fixed they actually chose to drain pool because they never cleaned it and city busted them. Chris and KC are owners and i watched them laugh at tennants as they complained.who ever is writting these good reviews is either being told to or it is max himself. Also there are several short term lease units that do not have permit so constant flow of shady people flowing thru. Dont be fooled people!

Do not move here

Place is a rat hole owners chris and kc are bullies dont fix anything and blame good tennants for problems. Price is way to much for living with rats and crime infested place. Just last week cops surrounded place to get a car thief as he jumped from 2nd story window. Get away from this place as far as you can.

Great place to live!

I have been living here for almost 18 years and love it! It's a great place to live (obviously), location is ridiculously convenient to all the major thoroughfares and just minutes from downtown. It is a quiet community and well run with Max at the helm! He is just a phone call (or text) away and is prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous . Parking is generous and the grounds are well maintained. I am thankful every day to have such a wonderful place to call home. :)

Excellent

I am a current tenant and been so for almost 2 years. I moved in to a new flooring, new carpet, fresh coat of paint, rodent free clean apartment. Any issues I've had Max has been quick to resolve. The complex is very quiet and peaceful which is a huge plus! If you get an apartment here you've gotten lucky because no one wants to move out.

Nice quiet community!!

I have lived here at Northridge Apartments for almost 4 years now. I chose this place because it is VERY close to my job. The recent upgrades that have been made are very nice. I like living here. The place is very quiet and I have yet to encounter any problems. If anything goes wrong in my apartment all I have to do is call Max, the manager. The one time I had to call him, the problem was fixed really quick and have not had any issues since. Max knows his job and has always been really helpful! I plan to stay here for a very long time!!

Horrible

If could give this place negative stars I would. The owner / manager Max does not fix anything at all. Several apts in this complex are leaking have mold and rodents. Tenants repeatedly report this to Max but nothing is done. He thinks that he can charge over 900 for an apt because of the other apts in area but these do not compare in anyway to other apts. No pool it hasn't worked and has been green for months. So warning do not try and rent in this complex. It is ridiculous and hope as many of the people still living there get out quick. No one should have to live in that situation.
