The management works hard to keep this apartment looking nice. The apartments are maintained well. Maintinence works to do repairs. Manage does a great job.

We lived in our 3 bedroom apartment for 5 years and absolutely loved it. Every time we had an issue they were fast to respond and get it fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice and would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartments are in mediocre at best condition the rent appeared to be ok but by the time all the fees are added it went up by 50 to 100 a month. Late fees are ridiculous you don't know what you have to pay till the first (due to random FEES) and its due by the 3rd (hope the first isn't on a Friday or you are paying an extra 100 bucks. moved out leaving the place cleaner than when we moved in and still had enough FEES to eat up all the deposit. Put in one maintenance call and it was never fixed. Wound up doing it myself. Very poor management.

Rent is due on the 1st every month. No matter what day of the week it is paid on, the amount paid shows up on the resident portal the same day it was paid. Conservice is the 3rd party utility management company who adds a monthly fee for water, sewer, & trash to your rent owed (amount varies based on resident usage). Around the 20th of every month, a summary of those fees are emailed out to show what will be owed by the 1st. At the time of your residence in our community, our records show that any maintenance requests were taken care of in accordance with our community's policies. Lived here for 2.5 Years. Decent 2 Bedroom apartment, reasonable rates. Original Management was slow to address maintenance issues. The new management did not address maintenance concerns at all. New management required 60-day move-out notice, and at 59 days remaining on lease gave notice that it would not be renewed when 2 days prior had provided a renewal offer. Glad to be moving on, originally was well priced for the area, now lackluster compared to other offerings in town at the same price.

This complex is on the older side so you can't expect everything to be new and perfect but it is well constructed and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to reply and nice to work with and the property manager is professional and takes the quality of life here seriously.

The property is very run down. The apartments are old and very dirty. Move-in's are extremely complicated. Parking is a nightmare. And the staff is rude and not helpful. I would definitely not recommend this place
