Situated on the northeast side of Raleigh along I-540, Triangle Town Center wraps around its namesake mall and includes two additional shopping areas -- Plantation Point and Capital Crossing. This popular shopping district contains everything from large department stores to specialty shops, and fast-food restaurants to locally-owned dining hotspots. In addition to a variety of shops and restaurants, residents of Triangle Town Center enjoy Spring Forest Road Park, a neighborhood park with a tennis court, sports fields, and a playground.
With about seven miles to Downtown Raleigh and about nine miles to NC State, Triangle Town Center is a great location for commuters. It is near Adventure Landing Raleigh and Wake Technical Community College, and it is a short drive from the PNC Arena, the North Carolina Museum of Art, and William B. Umstead State Park.

Moved here, found my upstairs neighbor beating his wife two days later and had to call the cops. Had another police incident the following day, and another a couple weeks later. Realized pretty quickly I didn't want to be here for safety concerns. Reported it to apartment management, was told they had multiple complaints about this guy prior to my wife and I moving in. A month later was told they were trying to evict him. By this time I found a house to get the heck out of here. Told the leasing agent we found a house and would be moving. Now, management says all of this is false and I'm the liar. Don't trust these people, go somewhere else.
Serious bug problem. Not roaches or anything but lots of outside bugs. The paint job is terrible. It looks like someone threw boogers on the wall and painted over them. Maintenance will take forever to fix your things. My 85 year old downstairs neighbor told the apartment that I had a dog, WHICH I DIDNT. The office staff came in my home with my knowledge or consent without asking to look around to see if it was true. There was also a shooting that happened in the neighborhood & then within the next week helicopters were trying to catch someone on a four wheeler. The office staff is ditsy and will not always write down or submit work orders. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in there.
Guys I lived in this community during 2015 Nov to May 2016. I really had a bad experience with the administrative/ leasing guys. 1) I have taken the apartment for 6 month lease (I was charged 6 months rent i.e rent extra amount for 6months lease). I had to add my spouse to the lease, at that time they increased the lease term to 1 year without intimating me. I noticed the mistake only when I went to give the move out notice. 2) I have given my keys and fob to the person in the leasing office on the day of move out (25th), asked them whether they will give any proof for handing over the keys. They told that nothing is necessary and i am good to go. When I got the mail for settlement, they have charged rent for the entire month and for the keys and fob. I have talked to the admin guys, but they are not accept their mistake. 3) There is shortage of the maintenance person, if you raise any maintenance request a) They wont come on time. b) if they come and the issue is not sorted, they will tell us that they will come back. but no one will return to solve the issue. 4) I have heard about atleast 3 car breakin's including the recent time. Good things about this apartment are area is good, no issues with parking space. If you are moving out of this apartment, please video / email the details(and get the response) when you give the moveout form and the keys, it was a good learning for me.
Northridge Crossings is an older apartment complex that has all of the basics that any renter would need. It is in a great location in Northeast Raleigh within minutes of all of the shopping that you may need. The community is very quiet and the office management are superb when it comes to customer service. Each unit comes equipped with free intrusion alarm service. You get great square footage for the price. If you are looking for luxury items like granite counter tops and etc, this complex is not for you. But if you are looking for safe, space, and basic needs, you can't go wrong with Northridge Crossings.
My boyfriend and I have been at Northridge Crossing for a little over 3 years now. When we first moved in and for about 2 years it was wonderful!! Friendly and helpful staff, decently priced, HUGE apartment. We had a few minor issues, but they were always very happy to help us! However within this last year management has changed and it's been...well it is not what it used to be. We will be, unfortunately, moving soon because of this. Even though the prices have skyrocketed, we would still probably stay here if we were treated like we used to be.
