Front office staff is great, always communicating and friendly. Ms. Alice and Miranda have taken care of me since the day I moved into the property.

It’s a great place to live! I haven’t had any troubles here. All the ameneties are great and maintenance requests are promptly completed. Overall, an amazing complex.

Century Lake Highlands Staff has been very helpful and informative. Appreciate the professionalism with renting process from begging to handing over keys.

Nice complex but upkeep is slacking and maintenance sometimes take forever. But it’s quite complex nice neighbors. Gym is outdated and certain equipment doesn’t work.

It was a bit of an adjustment moving in at first. Had loud neighbors, parking is limited and tight parking spots so you often get dings on your car. Had my brand new King Mattress get stolen when it got delivered, but the staff and property itself, is nice. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Staff are nice and helpful.

We love our apartment. The management team is great! The staff are very nice! The only issues is that some of our packages get stolen, someone puts gum on our door peep hole. We had to invest in a Ring video doorbell. We had a clue in who was taking our packages but nothing can be done about it. Another issue is that the old tenant still gets mail here and she comes around asking for her mail all the time and getting packages delivered to our address. We moved here in June and she was here last week asking me to check the mail because she was waiting for something. Besides that rent here fluctuates drastically it seems to get higher and higher every month.

All stairwells and breezeway need to be pressure washed and cleaned.As pets have urinate in them and on the stairwells, and it would just make the property better...

Cassandra is awesome and they are all kind in the office. I have had a wonderful time moving in because of them! Very clean and safe. It's the first time I have lived in this area and I think I am going to enjoy it.

I’ve been living here for over 4 years and I love it! The amenities are exceptional and the team is so friendly and welcoming. I am so happy to call Century Lake Highlands my home.

So far everything has been almost perfect! The front office is extremely kind, patient, and helpful; the community is welcoming and clean; the amenities are as nice as advertised. The only drawback right now is our cabinets are very worn, but I’ve been assured it will be taken care of. I think I will enjoy living here.

The property has seen a lot of improvements and it makes happy to be a resident. Management needs to address the gates as it may be a safety concern for the middle gate to be open. Also, I wish the gym was open in the morning (6am) and had wipes to wipe down equipment. I should not have to bring my wipes.

It’s been going pretty well so far at my apartment, no drama, on time in apartment fix. Quiet, gate works, good neighbors and nice swimming pool

Everything has been great with the apartment, the pool is always maintained clean which is a plus only, bad thing is noisy neighbors sometimes.

Property manager was a very nice polite and helpful person. The staff went above and beyond maranda and Cassandra did an excellent job with getting me used to the property. Maintenance has been great speed response time the problem is actually fixed the first time. Apt4203

I’ve lived at century lake highlands for 3 years now and I love everything… my favorite has to be how good and fast maintenance is . One time I had an issue with my upstairs neighbor and they came out at 3 am and fixed the issue

The pool is nice I wish it was slightly cleaner. I still have issues with the parking. I know people that don’t live here are parking in our spots.

I am a new resident, but so far I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. The staffs communication is A1, my apartment was cleaned so well for me to move in, and maintenance is amazing. So glad I chose Century Lake Highlands!!

I love living here. I understand about inflation and rent increase and that's cool too but can we get the back gate opened and larger parking spaces.

Century Lake Highlands is a great place to live in Lake Highlands with reasonable rent and amenities. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment!

CLH is the best! Clean and safe environment. Maintenance is a 10/10 . My maintenance request literally get done the next day . Never had to complain about anything

So far the move in process has been very good. The community is great no problems. Thank you Cassandra for making it very stress free. Hoping our stay here is good with no issues.

Overall the experience has been great. When sending request they do get handled at a efficient and proper time. The staff is friendly and it’s not crazy loud at night

Maintenance responds to requests very quickly and completes the task at hand. The apartment manager, Ms. Alice, maintains the cleanliness of the complex. When I did have a problem, I would speak with Ms. Alice in a formal way, and she would take care of it. It's convenient to be in the middle of everything without having to travel more than 20 minutes to get there is a plus! I've been loving my time at Century Lake Highlands for the past two years, and am about to sign a new lease.

The best part of living here is the service. If I have anything go wrong, maintenance is quick to address any of my needs. They are helpful and very friendly.

The apartments are great quality, and is nicely situated next to white rock lake. It’s a relatively quite complex and great for animals. I would recommend.

I happened to catch my rental price on a good day - so the rent is really great. That being said, I checked the next day with another employee, and it had gone up over $500. Luckily, my original price was honored - just be aware of that when renting here (check every day to see how the price fluctuates). Inside, my apartment is clean and generally updated, but the breezeways and stairs are disgusting. People let their dogs use the restroom anywhere and don't pick it up. I often have to look out for animal waste when walking anywhere here. If you can, get an apartment here that has windows facing east towards the greenbelt behind the complex - it's beautiful in the spring/summer.

Love the community and the location. Close by everything you need and the walking trail is a plus! Its a great spot to be by the city and the staff are very friendly.

pros:Nice apartments to live,great response to all plumbing and other issues usually done in a day or two cons:gates are broken all the time and there is no elevator

My rent has gone up $300 in the last three years and no updates have been made. The gates never work, and they permanently closed the one with easier access to my building. The gym is not cleaned often and thoroughly. A water bottle will sit there for over a week, and I’ve seen a piece of candy on the floor that’s been there for over two weeks. They don’t even have hand sanitizer or anything to wipe machines down after use. Hallways are disgusting from the trash. And trash cans will be out there all day, but the one time I left mine out too long I was charged $75. The hallways are also filled with mosquitoes.

So far I am enjoying living here!!! I have not had any issues with anyone in the offices. It’s quite and clean apartment. I am considering staying here another year.

I like the location, especially so close to the nature trail, and it's convenient for my work commute. However, I was not aware just how thin the walls here are! It's so bad that even playing my TV at talking volume, or just having a conversation can be heard through walls. This is a pretty big deal for me, making me already question if I want to renew my lease when it's up. And I'm only a few months in. Along with that, it's frustrating to have a separate $10 charge for the gym, especially when I'm not even able to use it, due to it not being open 24/7. Previous complexes have not had an additional charge for the gym while also being open 24/7.

Everything has been quiet. I love the apartment layout. There are so many outlets throughout the apartment and so much cabinet space. I love not having to worry about where I’m going to plug things in or about space!

Poor upkeep of breezeways. I lived here since August 2021 and they’ve only been cleaned once. Who we partner with for trash throws trash and leaves oil marks and stains throughout the breezeway. Parking is horrendous. So small and no cameras. Towing is unpredictable and we who live here will get towed. Maintenance staff is awesome. Always fix the problems in a timely manner. For the most part it is quiet. Payment portal has been a nightmare, we should just use a different system. But office staff remain professional as we grump and complain. Not every resident has a gate opener sticker and we still have to punch in a code, which is annoying. Inside apt is nice and homey for what you pay. Some minor issues but not too big. Like the trail in the back. Need a way to fine neighbors and their dog pooped being left all around.

Well maintained beautiful apartments, maintenance is quick to respond when we’ve had any problem. I have really enjoyed living here so far, haven’t had many problems.

I absolutely love it here. The appartments are spacious and clean and the area is nice and quiet. The location is central to alot of shops nearby, and I love that everything is just a short drive away. The best part is the office staff are so friendly and helpful, they made the move in process the easiest I've ever had.

Living here has been so wonderful, we get well taken care of anytime we need anything. We found the perfect location for our family.I love how everything in so close to home …. I Can literally walk to target or simply to get my nails done. Highly recommend

the apartments are pretty clean, nice. The one downfall is that it’s pretty noisy. It’s right on the street so you can hear all the cars, sirens etc.

Miranda is AWESOME! She was super helpful and informative. For me, the whole process was easy with no complications. So far, I’m love living here and would recommend to others.

Very convenient location! This apartment has great amenities and a wonderful walking/trail access that leads to the lake. Pretty minimal noise and a lovely community of people! Very pleased with my experience here so far!!

Quiet community. Centrally located. Minimal issues. Maintenance works quick. Office is kind of slow with responses. I’ve been here for 4 years and have had a good experience.

I have lived here with my husband for a month so far and we both love Century Lake Highlands. We feel cozy and have met several friendly neighbors. Every time we go to the amazing gym we have talked with nice people as well. The office is very helpful and the maintenance team is very quick. Overall, it is a nice area and have no complaints!
