Property Ratings at Legacy North
We moved to Legacy North Apartments yesterday, and while the apartment itself is good, we encountered an issue on our first day of moving in. To our surprise, we saw 30-40 cockroaches coming out of the kitchen. It's concerning that pest control wasn’t done before handing over the apartment. Although there are no other complaints so far, health and safety must be the top priority.
It’s nice living here. There’s so many pools and I like that. I like that they have community events as well. There’s also a free gym. And it’s a great location
The elevator in our building has been out of service for two months, creating significant challenges for residents. We are unable to purchase and transport heavy items up the stairs, impacting our daily lives and making it difficult to maintain our homes. Our concerns about this situation have been repeatedly ignored, leaving us feeling frustrated and unheard

In April my renewal at this point my rent would increase by 100% in fours year with bell property. All the doors are broken everywhere. No safety. The lights in middle of street are out that hang. Scared. The elevator goes out more than I change clothes. The pools closed all the time. They try to come into your apartment while your working for no reason.
Decent place. I think it's overpriced for what you get. The lease terms are insanely long to get a reasonable rent price, and you get less for what you pay.
The property is good but leasing office is unhelpful, maintenance is slow and their reason is that they are always understaffed. The location is good.

I’ve been in my new apartment for almost 2 months now. So far it’s been a good experience. The move in was mostly smooth with a few minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. I’ve had several maintenance request that were quickly fixed and for the most part the apartment building is clean. I haven’t used any of the amenities yet so I’ll update the reviews then.

They haven’t fixed the gym for a long time. Been complaining about the broken equipment and non functional ones since 2months and they haven’t done anything about it. The associates working in the leasing office aren’t aware of most of the things and look confused all the times when we ask them a question. Horrible experience with the management.

Apartment is not so great! We are new residents and little disappointed seeing the place. Car parking is dirty. Maintenance can be better. Appliances are very old and dirty.

It’s been great living here for the past month. No complaints from me. It’s a nice walkable area I see myself staying for a while, with great prices

I just moved in and the elevator is not working. And the response from the team is super bad. One person says its fixed and the other person says they have no idea about it
Good location but elevators are always breaking down and many residents leave trash in shared space which is disappointing as we all live here.

recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The management team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I love the modern amenities, spacious layout, and quiet atmosphere—it truly feels like home. The location is fantastic, with everything I need close by, and the neighbors have been friendly and respectful. The application process stated it would take 24-48 hours to get approved. It took 2 weeks & my apartment locator had to be behind the leasing agent for my lease agreement. I was given 3 different move in payment amounts that started at $1,100 to $3,290 & after getting my keys an additional $75 that they couldn’t explain what it was for. Not to mention, 2 different set of keys that didn’t work and I had to go back to the leasing office a third time to request the lock be changed.
First night the A/C didn't work, the ceiling makes noise at night and early morning, People walking, jumping, running. It's terrible!, Hard to find the pet SPA, and when I found it, it doesn't work everything is broken, The dog park is always dirty (what's wrong with people?). It's too pretty for us not to take care of it!I had very high expectations, it is frustrating, I have not had time to visit the Gym yet, but I will not have another disappointment.
Great experience in Legacy North. Just moved without any inconvenience. Good neat and clean amenities and perfect neighborhood. Helpful community staff.
Transferred over to a unit with a little yard and it’s been amazing having the extra space we’ve had no issues nor any complaints we love living at legacy north

Lack of communication has been a recurring issue with the team. I sent an email to management about a problem but didn’t receive any response. The only time I got a reply was after multiple emails from the property urging me to renew my lease, and then a single response from management once I did. After that, nothing. It seems they prioritize posting about minor events over communicating timely, important information to residents. I’ve also submitted requests to fix the lights and address the door at stairwell 1 (near the garage and main pool area). You’re supposed to need a key fob to enter, but the door is always open, meaning anyone can access it without security measures. Additionally, none of the lights from the first to the fourth floor turn on. At the very least, sensor lights should be installed so residents aren’t coming home to dark stairwells, which could be a safety concern. Overall, my stay here has been fine. The area is quiet and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Overall the apartments are serviceable. Some of the appartments are in good condition but most of the apartment have issue of roaches. Community shines from outside but appartments have major issues of roaches and old appliances. Maintainence is not good. They do not act proactively.
Good place to stay. Great Neighborhood and very safe! Easy going and informative staff! they let me know all the necessary details for the apartment
Been living here for three years and I love it! Close to so many stores and it’s a fun area! The office is having a lot more stuff going on like events and stuff like that and I’m here for it!!
My experience at legacy north has been great and I enjoy living here. I’ve been here for over a year now and enjoy all the amenities and the things to do in the surrounding area.
Great community lotta amenities easy access to the highways. Great place to have a dog with all the dog parks availability been a walk around shops and legacies as well. The customer service at Legacy North was great, exceptional easy to sign up and move in
The place is good but staff won’t care much about resolving the issue. I have to send them many reminders to look into any issue which makes my experience unpleasant.
This place has the worst maintenance I have ever seen! Not only do they not respond in time. They will drop your request and say it’s been completed without doing anything which then delays it even longer! I have never seen such incompetence before. Nothing ever gets done around here even if it’s an emergency!

Move in experience has been good thus far. Easy to fill out paperwork online and everything was ready and organized when I picked up my keys.
The home amenities are old, and when we request maintenance, they simply say, "It's old; we can't change it." As a result, I’m stuck with these outdated amenities, which have caused my electricity bill to increase. The dishwasher isn't functioning properly, and when I moved in, the house wasn't cleaned. There were a lot of bugs, no mesh door, blinds were stuck, and there was significant mold. Additionally, the staff seemed understaffed and lacked the patience to listen to our concerns. I specifically asked if anything was pending before moving in, but on the day of key pickup, I was made to wait for an hour. Overall, I did not have a good experience
We chose our new apartment without knowing much about it, but we're really happy with it. The space is great, and the bedroom window is a nice feature. The area has a bit of noise, but it's manageable and the apartment is very spacious.
This was my second lease and so far everything I have experienced has been wonderful and the staff here is amazing I look forward to living here a long time

I live in Building 5 and the main door lock is constantly not working. KeyFob and Code with no access. This is extremely Inconvenient. Also, My Key Fob only work 50% of the time to the Garage gate. I have exchanged this several times and have the same issue. Also, The Fire Alarm has gone off more times in the year I have here than anywhere. Always early morning hours. It's super annoying.
