It's been great living here. I truly appreciate the one tree not being taken down in front of my balcony. Wasn't a fan of all the other trees taken down and I really hope that some others are planted. Sorry for the ramble. Anyway! It truly has been a great experience since my last review. I'll be signing another year when it's time. You can't beat the location, staff and maintenance are great. The changes that have happened and are happening have been for the better. A lot of times changes happen and it's for the worst but this has been the opposite experience.

Great place to live. Community is generally quiet and staff is helpful and responsive. Buildings are older, but in great shape and continuously being upgraded. Convenient location to anything you need in the Hixson area.

For the most part I’ve had a good experience living here. I wish there would be some more inside renovations being done, but other than that things have been great!

Very friendly at the office. My upstairs neighbors weren't the best bust any complaints I made were efficiently handled. I appreciate how fast they come to fix things when it's needed as well.

Alot of noise from apartment above due to excessive floor noise , children and animals running and all other activities. Tenants were very inconsiderate and rude when the issue was addressed.

Good quality apartments for the price. Plumbing somewhat dated, but works. User friendly staff and resident portal. Quiet neighborhood with good views and apartment has wood burning fireplace.

Old apartments so you can’t expect perfection, staff and maintenance are great though! Improvements could be made to the buildings. Pet owners should clean up after their pets, everyone doesn’t want to step in dog poop everyday. Pretty quiet complex

Great place to live. Staff is making upgrades. Parking can be an issue. Overall a quiet and safe place to live. Maintenance team has improved with new ownership. Convenient to most of Hixson.

The managers getting the needs and wants of all residents took care of in a timely matter to the amazing maintance workers keeping ur apartment and all appliances running smoothly thanks to Allan for keeping the guys on there toes such a nice pleasant place to live all hats off to all the staff there's no place has a staff like northtowne villages let's give them all a applause and a cheer woot woot.....keep up the good work all u women and guys ate very awesome

Rain pouring in through my front door, mice, leaking water heater and mold. I had to move out of Mt apartment for a week for repairs. Oh yes almost forgot a main water pipe burst and apartments were charged for the repair and water.

Spacious apartments, great staff. Convenient location to shopping, dining and entertainment. Pool and tennis courts are great for recreation. Staff are actively updating the property, maintaining a clean and modern appearance.

Cindy, in the office, is great. She always helps me. Living here is fine, except there are some tenants who have dogs that bark and howl a lot. I would like to see a nice outdoor kitchen with a grille and an area to sit and eat.

Just moved in here few days back and it is a great experience so far. The leasing process was very smooth. Cindy and Heather were very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions, a lot of them :). The apartment is in a great location, very close to major stores, restaurants and fast food chains. Looking forward to a new start in my new apartment.

The staff is always pleasant and willing to help with whatever I may need help with! Maintenance is always really fast! I don’t think I could ask for much more!

We had to wait an extra week for new appliances for our move in. Which was perfectly fine, but when we moved in the new fridge was blocking the dish washer. The garbage disposal is also on the fritz. Maintenance will surely get to both these issues but a bit sad that the apartment wasn't prepared with the extra week.

I am glad I found this place. This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The management team is wonderful and really try to make this place great.

It’s been a great transition to apartment living. It’s quiet and my neighbors seem peaceful. Wish they kept up the outside of the buildings better (screens, breezeways, etc).

We love being here at Northtowne village the maintence crew always gets to us fast when we put in a maintenance request it’s a very nice area to live

So far the first month of living here has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve had a few small issues but nothing I haven’t been able to take care of myself. All in all this is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone.

It really beautiful here, maintenance gets tasks done in reasonable time. Management is always there to answer questions and is polite. The neighbors are nice always helpful if need anything.

I’ve only been here a few weeks but love the location, love the pet friendly policy, and love the pool. This complex is located in a great school district which is also important to me

Fairly quiet community with great staff. Could use better parking, but overall a good place to live. Zoned for good schools and convenient to everything in Hixson.

Very nice and informative staff. Apartment is nice just wish a few small things could have. Been addressed before movin, but other than that the neighbors are all very nice and friendly.

I’ve lived here for 2 months now. The area is quiet. All work orders are fixed super fast. The pool is big and clean. I have zero complaints so far.

Good apartments and close to jobs in Chattanooga. The maintenance team has been fast to resolve any issues I've experienced here. My neighbors were pleasant as well.

Its been a struggle between constant maintenance needs and getting their help in the first place. im grateful most of the work is already completed, but im about halfway through my first lease here and i dont plan on renewing.

I like my apartment and neighbors. I have a view of the field, which is great. The pool is nice as well. I don't like the idea of paying for the common lights. This should always be paid by the management.

so far so nice pretty quiet so far and not alot of interactions which i am gime with i havent used the pool to many people go and i dont like how fast people drive through the apartment complex

The neighbors are cool and the place and area is peaceful. I don’t have any trouble out of no one. Everybody respectful and greets you when they see you. This is way better than where I use to stay.

Honestly this has been an amazing experience living here . I’ve live several apartments in the area and non compare to here . Love my neighbors and the office staff is very friendly . I can’t speak for the maintenance due to not having to use their services yet but I’m sure they are also great .

Apartment was clean and smelled nice. Cindy made the move in process easy. Apartments are spacious. I love the location in hixson. It is close to everything.

A good place to live in Hixson. Have not had any problems. Nice people.i love how pet friendly with plenty walking spaces with several stocked doggy stations.

I absolutely love this place! I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. I sit on my porch quite often. It can be anytime of the day or night. There’s nothing but peace. I’ve never had any issues with maintenance, manager or my neighbors. That’s a huge plus lol . . ?? But really, l do love it here. I would recommend it to anyone ?? By far my favorite of all the places I have lived and l’m 67! That covers a lot of ground ??

The apartment was move in ready! There were couple of issues, but we will submit for repairs or advice on how to remedy them ourselves. The majority of the power outlets are loose so cords fall out, and the stove is off balance. Besides that, everything has been amazing and really clean. The office ladies were really kind, they helped and answered the phone with any questions we had. The community so far has been quiet, parking could be better but that is due to limited space in the complex itself. The reviews keep saying bugs are an issue so I came into this place really paranoid. It’s actually not, so far at least, the apt has been kept clean by us and we do not see any roaches as of now. I check. OFTEN. At night too lol. Also, Amenities seem nice and we cannot wait to use them! So far, we love it!

I like living here because my neighbors are friendly plus I don’t have to worry about living in a noisy or unsafe Environment. I’ve never had to worry about my ordered packages missing

Good place to live with great staff. Everyone from maintenance to the front office is friendly. The outdoor is kept clean and grass is mowed in a promptly manner.

Coming up on my second year of living here and we finally decided not to renew the lease. We made the mistake of signing a lease without seeing the apartment. Everything looked clean upon move in but there is a horrible bug problem that we quickly discovered when we looked in the kitchen cabinets. It got even worse when they cut down all the bushes over the summer that were in front of our unit. They used to come out and spray which didn't really help but we haven't seen an exterminator in months. Giving an extra star for maintenance cause we've never really had issues with getting them to come out over important issues. You can hardly get ahold of anyone down at the office and when you try to go, there is always a sign up showing they are at lunch. It didn't used to be this bad when we first moved in but I believe they've changed management twice now. Other things, parking is a nightmare so don't expect to have a spot close to your unit if you get home after 7. When it rains it also floods the lot pretty bad. Neighbors can be pretty noisy outside and playing music loudly in their vehicles throughout the day. There was a deadly shooting at the complex as well back in September and it was never acknowledged by the property management. I know the rent prices of these units are enticing but I would advise anyone to just look elsewhere.

The atmosphere regarding the community is lovely, i dont think ive come across one untoward person besides the employees themselves. i get it, times are hard.. but when its literally your living space vs livelyhood made off of pest control or active communication in terms of regularly fluctuating prices. there are big issues with handling situations, but at least they arent the slowest about it.

Such a great experience the staff was very friendly and got everything I needed done would highly recommend this place to anyone my kids love it here

Very quiet and everyone around us is very friendly. Not too far from stores/gas stations/hospital/parks or the interstates. They are very quick about getting things fixed after putting in a maintenance order.

The staff here is great. They go out of their way to help solve problems. They have been very helpful and super nice staff. Our stay here since 2018 has been wonderful and very enjoyable.

The apartments are spacious and nice. Management is very kind. The pool is beautiful and clean. My neighbors are sweet and friendly. And the apartments are located close to anything you could need shopping wise.

Quiet apartment. Nice location surrounded by trees, but right by main roads. Very convenient for work, close to two colleges. There are two close by hiking trails as well.

I continually love being a part of this community. The management does nothing short of try to help out and fix any issues that may arise in and around the apartment and complex!

The apartment I’m in should have been updated and carpet replaced before I moved in July 2022. Other than that, the complex is okay and the maintenance is prompt.
