Situated just over 25 miles north of Omaha, the city of Blair provides a close-knit community lifestyle for those seeking to avoid the bustle of metropolitan living. Rental options can sometimes be hard to come by in rural communities, but not here!
The city was once a college town, so it does offer a good mix of apartments as well as single-family homes. Because Blair only consists of six square miles, you won’t have to look high and low for the right place.

For department stores and malls, residents travel outside of Blair into Omaha for their shopping needs. Most of Blair’s restaurants are along Washington Street, making them visible to any visitors on their way to Desoto National Wildlife Refuge.

About 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom spaces available. Duplexes recently renovated due to flooding. Non furnished, but equipped with washer & dryer, dishwasher, & microwave which are fairly descent. Complex has a large back grass court yard with a couple of bench tables. Location is off the edge of town and down a steep hill surrounded by corn feilds, which supplies the area with lots of bugs and toads.
