Worst experience ever, pest problems when I first moved in, took 3 months before they really did something. Refrigerator works when it wants, I have thrown away so much food, garbage disposal does not work properly. I stopped reporting anything because I feel like nothing is really going to happen besides the fast talking maintenance man going to lie about what’s really going on. I’m really just ready to move.

It’s very quiet.. I love that my house is very spacious..my kids have their own room they can stay outta mines FINALLY.. I have my own bathroom. That’s a bonus.

Management is awesome. Always available to help and extremely compassionate. Thank you for all you do and please keep up the outstanding work.

Northwood is an amazing place to call home, my family loves it here !! Really quiet area and very amazing staff! They are very friendly and helpful.

Compared To my last previous residency…I won’t complain..I HAVENT HAD AN ISSUE YET; The staff is Cordial and assist all requests in a timely manner .. BUT, I wish they would get rid of the VALET TRASH ASSISTANT..

Excellent apartments and perfect service ?? good facilities, very quiet and cozy. The customer service is very effective, it is a very good place to live

I love my new place! It’s peaceful and spacious! The only thing I don’t like is I wished we had numbered parking spaces in the front of our building! I hate the parking! It’s terrible!!

The apartment community is very peaceful and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mrs Heatha & denisha are the best property managers ever. The maintenance staffs are quick to repair things.

I’ve been living at Northwood Apartment Homes for a few months now, and my experience has been good so far. The community is comfortable, and I haven’t had any major issues. It’s a nice place to live, and I’m looking forward to seeing how things continue!

I’ve been out here since 2022. I’ve never had an issue with my apartment . I done have pest problems , just may see a small spider or water bug here and there . The only thing I dislike is the people under me music is always loud & disruptive . I’ve called the office 2 or 3x , I done called the police and I’m just fed up because people have to work & can’t sleep or either I get off work and all the parking spots are taken due to the party crowd cars taking up tenants parking . Other than that I love it out here

Trash situation has improved alot. Glad to see the community looking better with the straw and neatness. I hope pool rules are enforced this year to keep outsiders out that do not live here.

Quiet community. Spacious apartments. Walk in closet. LARGE bedrooms. In unit w/d hookup. Pool. Fitness center. Large patio. Outside storage unit.

My experience thus far has been a great one! The community is nice and peaceful. It’s very family-oriented and the staff responds quickly. The events from the office are also nice.

I love the resident I’m staying in but I don’t like how there are cars in parking spaces that don’t work and taking up space for people with working cars that’s my only problem

Been here a little over 5 yrs. Everything is good but need night security onsite. Several management companies over the past five years. This one seems to be doing good so far.

I have been here at this complex for 5 plus years. We have had numerous management but I believe the present management is doing a good job. Suggestion of night security for people violating parking in handicap parking space and are not disable.

Place is smooth and comfortable , nice process on moving in . Stayed here riot in the past . Much better now. Application and assistance was on time and fast.

Pretty good, very well put place. We enjoy living here so much. It’s the perfect place for renting. It’s very clean and comfortable. We’ve never had any issues

Very peaceful love my neighbors very friendly and kind they let you know when there’s packages outside, greet you everyday, not to noise, pet friendly, holds conversations

It's a really nice community. Quiet overall. The only thing that I really don't like is that I can hear my neighbor snoring so loud at night, they vibrate the wall. And parking could be better. But I had multiple neighbors tell me welcome to the neighborhood when I moved in. Most everything is in really great condition. I can't wait to use the pool in the summer.

I love my new apartment! It’s very spacious and modern. The community is very clean and quiet. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Overall it’s a great environment!

The trash needs to be controlled. I really think outsiders- folks that do not live here also dump out their trash, doors, flooring, furniture too so it just make a mess for our community. Other than that, it is a nice place to live. There are still residents that speed thru the parking lot.

I think the company should work with people who pay days does not fall on the first of the month. I love living here but y’all don’t work well with people that have opposite paydays

Everyone that works here has been great to me . I have had leaks and such, be was fixed quickly It has a great kitchen and spacious living room and bedroom

Nice experience and gym people from the offifce so nice and respectful. Guys of maintenance are awesome and fast when you need something done at your apartment.

I love it. It’s peaceful out here. The staff are very sweet and helpful. This is a quiet and peaceful environment. The bedroom have a lot of space. I have not had any problems since i moved out here.

Delisha was great at assisting with my immediate move in. No delays she answered all questions with a positive attitude. Highly recommend. Settling great

I’ve been here for a month now, and it’s been a pretty solid experience! The place is super quiet—no noise issues, which is a nice change. The maintenance team is on point; they actually fix things quickly when you need it. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, always there if you need something. One of the best perks has to be the valet trash pickup—no hauling trash to the dumpster, which is honestly a lifesaver. Overall, it's a great place to call home!

I really enjoy living here. Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I enjoy the valet trash and pool the most! They also helped to accommodate me and my emotional support animal.

I love it here. My only complaint is how many apps there are and how confusing it is to put in work requests! I wish there were more community events, for not only kids but for adults to meet each other. I have no complaints about the staff and the location of the apartments.

Love it here ! Really nice please to stay. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very nice as well. The rooms are big and we feel like we have plenty of room.

I love the community, we enjoy our peace our around here. Out Neighborhood is very safe I would recommend to anybody in the area. Happy to be apart of the Northwind community.

Quiet nice place to come home from work to. Great spots to relax in the shade. Nice pool area also. Playground area is big. Love that their is on site washers and dryers.

very spacious, definitely recommend! neighborhood is friendly. people in neighborhood are nice and all the kids go to the bus stop together it’s sweet.

Trash all over the ground and around trash compactor sight. Long wait time for routine maintenance. . Pay for pest control but don't always get it. Air conditioner constantly freezes up and water drains in laundry room . Steps are dirty and in need of pressure washing. Swings on play ground broken. Antquated kitchen and bathroom faucets , outdated cabinets in kitsch kitchen and bathroom.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The apartments are beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Love the complex. Really nice and quiet. For the pricing the unit is really big and nice. The flooring is good and the staff at the leasing office is really nice and prompt whenever I have any issues.

My move in was smooth. It’s a Very quiet neighborhood, neighbors are friendly and the Staff is amazing ! Everyone is very very helpful. Common areas are well kept!

Great community and it’s on a safe side of town. Love that that accepted my emotional support animal without any hassle, and that they have finally opened the pool!

The ease of the application process was awesome. It is quiet, clean and a nice place to live. I am a private person and I get so much privacy. Maintenance is always on top of everything and everyone is so nice.

Not happy at all. Corporate never return your calls, over charge for trash. Front office staff not trustworthy. Tentants shouldn’t have to pay for the dumpster to be on site. Tenants was over charged and wasn’t reimbursed

Management and maintenance do not care about any issues you have. 3 leaks in a year and A/C that hasn’t worked for 3 weeks. Office staff gives excuses for everything and nothing gets resolved, maintenance does nothing but ride around on golf carts and hang around the garages all day.

Very peaceful so far. Nice spacious apartments and walkways. Made my move in easier. Nice staff and just a nice looking complex overall. I like that the swimming pool is big with a nice sized playground

I have had a pleasant experience from beginning to end...Everyone is so nice and I love the silence...I am pleased with how efficientthe request are as well..

Been here since March and my rent haven’t been the same, it’s always changing, been waiting on a response to see why but haven’t gotten a response yet, but was told it had something to do with the city

A good area in Macon and a relatively quiet community. Fairly priced and I enjoy the amenities. I hate that the pool hasn’t opened yet, but hopefully it will before the summer ends.

Every month the Rent continues to go up. This month for July Trash is 53.00 this is for the dumpster trash. I can see from my apartment and witness on the weekend or weeknights people dumping trash who do not live in our complex. The residence continue to pay higher RENT. It's time for me to move.

just moved in, love it so far for the most part. pool, amazing ! few fixtures when moving in other than that it’s a great community to be in

The first year I stayed here the management staff and maintenance men were extremely helpful and great. Now that’s it’s a new management staff nothing gets done. They don’t care about their residents only about whether you pay your rent or not. It’s going on over a month and I’m still without A/C in my apartment in Georgia heat where temperatures have reached 99,95,92 degrees outside and the inside of my apartment reaches 81,80,82,83 degrees most days and nights. Everytime I go to the front office I’m always met with some excuse that the unit needed Freon, then it needed a part that they ordered to they ordered the unit and it should be replaced with a day or two. All to still needless to say I’m still without A/C. Not to mention there are 3 minors living in this 3 bedroom apartment with me. So we haven’t been able to stay there properly because of the heat.

Very good place to stay! But the for the amount you pay you should be in a house.. the most part is I love my apartment and the people around me
