I appreciate the professionalism, services provided by the management team, and resident update notifications. Overall, Eagle Rock Apartments is definitely a place I am happy to call home and recommend to others.

Northwood apartments is a fantastic place to live. My husband and I are so happy. The complex is clean and kept well. Whenever there is an issue we always receive a response immediately. The staff here is great, they are always friendly and supportive. Lori is an excellent property manager. She's friendly to everyone, knows everyone's names, and is always here to help. She is responsive with any questions or concerns you may have and is always willing to help. The apartment we have is very spacious and is reasonably priced for the size apartment we have and location. Overall, this is a great place to live!

Excellent customer service. Immediate response when you call especially for any simple maintenance. We feel very safe.They keep up with the maintenance of the complex. I love my neighbors. People are very friendly. I can recommend this beautiful place without hesitation.

Lori couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to deal with. There were erroneous filings on my report she helped me get removed..she wasn’t judgmental, and always friendly. The apartments are clean and the setting is less than a mile from Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and most anything you need. Overall I’m very happy with my choice.

With all of the competitive pricing in the area it was tough to decide where to live until we saw Northwood. Dealing with Margaret and Lori made the experience quick and simple and the apartment we found was just what we were looking for!

Wonderful, helpful staff! Margaret and Lori were happy to help through the application process. Apartments are lovely and I can’t wait to finally have laundry! Assigned parking is a huge perk. Quiet, clean, peaceful grounds!

Lori and Margaret are Professional Leasing Agents,making the paperwork process smooth and easy. The Grounds are kept in pristine condition, neat and tidy. The Maintenance crew are punctual, and polite. The apartments themselves are bright clean and airy. So Far So Good.

I am leaving my house of 20 years and while it has been a hard transition, Margaret and Lori have made the process so easy. I am looking forward to moving to Northwood apartments. The tour of the complex made me so excited. It is going to be a great new start!

The Northwood apartment complex is in a great area, conveniently located near my home. I am moving my mother there and I am really looking forward to her starting a new experience at the complex. Margaret and Lori have made the transition so easy for us and the leasing process was super straight forward. I look forward to continue to working with them in the future.

Margaret was definitely on point even if she wasn’t expecting me. Made me feel comfortable with their location. She worked with me to choose the right apartment only to lose it due to my delay in putting in paperwork. I have not moved in but the property seems to be maintained well. Be ready to make to make the decision if you see the one you want. It won’t last.

I just signed my lease, these apartments are well kept and peaceful. The office staff Lori and Margaret are extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located shopping, restaurants and transportation at walking distances (if you want the extra steps). It also offered amenities that most communities did not.

Northwood Apartments is a beautiful place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and personable. They did a wonderful job in helping me to feel at ease throughout the leasing process. The $1000 off the first months rent made the transition even easier!

I went in to see if Northwood was as nice in person as it seemed online. I met with Margaret and saw two apartments. I LOVED the community and the apartment. I actually was envisioning myself living there as I toured around. Needless to say, I put my application and will be moving in before the end of the month! Sooooo excited! MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR PLACE, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THEY HELPED AND US MEET OUR TIME IN A MORE THEN REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. MARGRET AND LAURI HAVE BEEN VERY UPFRONT WITH EXPACTATIONS , AND HAVE MADE THIS MOVE IN PROCESS VERY COMFORTABLE. 5 Star rating

This apartment has good and bad to it, recently had a management change and things have gone south ever since. In my opinion the management is poor and community being un-gated leads to wildcats near homes. Our carpeted apartment was infected with feral flees,poor dog downstairs had a tough time. Management is rude once you sign the lease. Would never recommend this place to a friend.b Management re-modeled the apartment with new carpet, blinds etc. once I left and sent me the huge bill !

You won't find a nicer apartment for a better price. Location is extremely convenient with the Watchung Shopping Mall and Blue Star Plaza to your left and Costco to your Right. The apartments themselves are beautiful. My 2 bedroom has a washer dryer, but there are laundry facilities all conveniently located if you don't have a washer/dryer. Rarely ever need to put the heat on in the winter, even though our bedroom windows won't shut completely (something I haven't contacted maintenance about because you hardly notice it, but I have been meaning to mention it). The grounds are extremely well kept and snow is removal is speedy. Maintenance responded immediately the 3 times I requested them and solved my (minor) problems in one visit. We barely heard our first set of upstairs neighbors because they had carpeting. When they moved out they took the carpeting out and put hardwood in. Now we can hear our new neighbors whenever they walk, but it's not loud or obnoxious, can't hear any other noises from them. I've lived in apartments all my life so I may just be used to it at this point. Unfortunately I need to move because my job location has changed and I have been MISERABLE looking for a new place. Nothing even comes close to how wonderful these apartments are. Cramped dirty and dated is all I'm finding for higher costs! If this location is somewhat near your job, get one of these apartments! You will not regret it. I almost want to find a new job in this area so I don't have to move!!

Me and my husband moved in on September 30 and we love our new home its spacious and most of all everything brand new. The staff at northwood apartments are terific and they are willing to help u with everything. So for anyone who is reading this review look no further make north woods ur new home.

I moved in back in April and I love it. Spacious apartment and super convenient to everything. Office staff is great and very friendly. I plan on being here for a while!

My wife and I moved here recently and this place is just amazing! Beautiful garden style community, friendly neighbors, and the actual apartment is gorgeous. They did a great job renovating the apartment and we have absolutely no complaints. The place is very nice and clean and the management is always very helpful and kind.

Northwood Apts has terrific customer service & maintenance dept! The location is quiet & 1 light away from major stores & mall. The apts are spacious with free heat! I would give 5 stars but the only thing missing is a w/d in units. Otherwise this complex is perfect for my needs.
