Property Ratings at Northwood Apartments
Bad maintenance.. rats and cockroaches and the owners don’t do nothing about it they just want the rent money
I moved here in 2019 June, been a happy Northwood tenant ever since. Very close to Wake Forest where I work. Apartment units are spacious and have sufficient outdoor space for me. One issue I had was with pests, but management swiftly had them fixed.
This place has went down to the dumps. The dumpster are overflowing with trash garbage is next to the dumpsters. When a resident put in a work order does not get down. They rent to anybody some residents and their children are out of controll.
i live here with my two kids and i am very impressed with the steps the new management / ownership has taken to make this area a nice place to live. I have noticed few issues with my space and any issues are promptly handled by the Northwood leasing staff. my only complaint would be that there is some loitering going on, but with the added security that the apartment has, it has gone down a lot recently.
My apartment is located in a community that is ideally situated on the Winston-Salem Mass Transit bus route as well as within walking distance of churches, Northside Shopping Center, College Plaza Shopping Center, the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the Children's Theater of Winston-Salem, and the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds.
