I just recently moved here and have loved it so far! Everyone is so sweet (neighbors, staff...) and that rooftop view is priceless! I only dock 4 starts because sometimes the street can be a bit loud but it really isn't a bother as well as some minor things in the apartment that need fixing! However, the maitenance is extremely fast and kind!
Good living, nice people, efficient maintenance team. Compared to other apartments around the neighborhood this place definitely stands out in terms of living conditions, quality of leasing team, quality of maintenance team and services.
My residential experience has been good, I like living in the building and enjoy using the amenities that we have. I wish there were more events to meet people in the building. They should d more things like holiday events and things to socialize as well.
It's a lovely place to live. It's clean, quiet, and in a good location. The concierge staff is here all day. The neighbors are amiable and kind. I would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Philadelphia.
Good size apartment for rent. Housing appliances in north building are outdated. Amenities are great. Quick repair requests. Lots of walkable things to do in the neighborhood.
It’s great! I love living here. Whenever I need help, maintenance is there to help me. They come up as soon as they can. The only issue is the air condition of the gym
My experience at NXNW has always been seamless. The leasing team is incredibly helpful and the front desk staff are very nice. I have always felt safe here with the security measure and the communication when something is wrong is unmatched. I have renewed my lease multiple times now and will not be leaving any time soon!
I am enjoying my time at NorthXNorthWest apartments. It has certainly met my expectations. I would recommend to anyone moving into the city.

Things have been going downhill. Rumor has it a sale is imminent. We hope so. Maintenance used to be good and now. It. Management is bad and continues. Housekeeping has become worse.

Everyone here in the building is nice. I highly recommend living at North x Northwest. Maintenance is extremely helpful and quick. The views on the rooftop are breathtaking.

I rate it a 3.5. This is my second year here at northxnorthwest. I live on the north side and it has been ok, some maintenance issues but they are getting fixed. Hope the next year is better!

Overall good community. Lately the service has gone down a lot. Gym has been dysfunctional for over 2 years, elevators weren’t working for a while while the management lacked proper communication

Great neighborhood. A bit loud with the windows facing spring garden. Maintenance is always prompt and resolves issues quickly. Prices are good for the city.
People are kind and the Staffs are lovely and welcoming. They are verry aproachable when assistance is needed. Althogh they are couple stains on some of the white in my unit and my screen net has been down since before I moved in. Was promised to be fixed prior to moving in but it was not

Great building in a wonderful community. I found the front desk and maintenance team to be very responsive and the gym is awesome! Make sure you tell them in advance when you plan to check in so that they can have everything ready for you. I had to wait an extra day for my carpet to be cleaned after I moved in, but that's a small price to pay.

My resident experience has been great so far. I moved in this past weekend and the move in process was pretty easy despite only 1 elevator working. The staff was helpful.

According to what is happening in the building these last few months I would not recommend it anymore for several reasons: 1. The grill area (outside) used to be well maintained, even smoking was prohibited. Now it is full of cigarette butts, the area is dirty, the chairs and benches are dirty, it looks like an abandoned area. It doesn't make you want to be there. 2. The dogs urinate all the time at the entrance (from the street), it is unpleasant and there is no control over it. 3. There are usually 3 elevators working, now only 1 (for about 2 weeks at least) and it gets congested during business hours. 4. The air conditioning in the gym only works in winter. 5. The lobby used to be very clean, now you move a table and underneath it's super dirty as if they haven't cleaned there for months. 6. They used to hold events, brunches, it seems that not any more. 7. There must be something wrong with their fire alarm. They've had 2 false alarms in the middle of the night this year.

Great location and the staff is all very nice but there are constantly issues. Broken AC, broken elevators, broken trash chutes and it takes WEEKS or longer the issues to be resolved.

Excellent place to live. I have lived here for many years and the building is always kept beautifully, concierge is great, maintenance is superior, as well as management. It is near to major museums and theaters, with the luxury of being away from a throng of people. Two major grocery stores are within walking distance as well as a CVS pharmacy. Highly recommend living here.

I have been enjoying my time living here! The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The amenities are top-notch. The maintenance team has been amazing with my requests especially Lee! They are very quick and professional with any of my issues in my apartment. I do wish the AC issue is fixed at the gym, it's been about a year and a half since I moved in and it's still not fixed.

All staffs are accommodating and the place is so nice and clean. Amenities are good. It's a nice place to live in. A pet friendly environment. I made a great decision living in this place.

Very easy place to live. The front desk has continuously been very helpful and patient. Service requests are completed quickly and the service team is very nice. Common areas are constantly being cleaned and otherwise worked on.

The apartment so far is really nice. We have loads of natural light and the area is lovely. The staff at the concierge are friendly and helpful for the most part. We haven’t had too much interaction with them. The cleaning staff keep the common areas very clean and have been responsive to our requests for hall cleaning. There are two reasons it’s not 5 stars. We have asked for maintenance a couple of times and have yet to hear from or see them. I get that there is a lot of work maintaining such a large property but it would be appreciated if they communicated better and showed up when we were told they would be here. Second the parking - the garage elevator is not working, and the only parking available is on the top floor with no coverage. They do not offer a discounted rate for the elemental exposure. On top of that, there is no ev charger and although they say one will be installed soon - I have my doubts.

When I first started looking for apartments in the Philly area, I had applied to a different building. The staff there were so unreasonable, inconsistent, and difficult to work with, that I decided to rescind my application and look elsewhere. My sister recommended that I reach out to the leasing office at her building here, and I am so grateful that I did! The staff, especially Jailyn, helped me secure my apartment in just a few days! I was shocked at how well I was treated having come from the other building. I've lived here for about 3 months now and I already plan to renew my lease. I love it here!

In my time at NorthXNorthwest it has always felt like an actual community. The other residents are friendly, the front desk and maintenance staff are great and from my first visit the office staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Extremely friendly and responsive management team. The extremely professional and thorough maintenance team always does excellent work when responding to maintenance calls. Jobs are always completed incredibly well during the first visit, and never require a follow-up request to re-address the same issue they've already completed.
Too many problems in the Northwest Building: 1.) No access to the front roof deck with my key fob despite being promised that when I moved in. 2.) Too many pests--mice, rats, and roaches. 3.) The trash room is frequently overflowing. 4.) Missing baseboards and ripped wallpaper in the hallways. 5.) Too much drilling and noise from construction/ repair work around the building. 6.) Forcing us to buy YOUR renter's liability insurance. 7.) Forcing us to pay for package delivery service that NOBODY in the building wanted. (Yes, residents talk with each other.) 8.) And you have the gall to increase the rent by $200. When I first moved here this was such a great place and now... The only thing going for this place now is the size of the apartment, price, and location--and even then you are raising the rent. Look elsewhere!

I just rented an apartment in this building. It has been an easy process. All the staff has been very helpful so far including maintenance and the front desk. Jailyn showed me the unit and helped me through the whole process. I’m completely happy with my experience.

Wouldn't ever rent here again. Not only was the management subpar and not responsive whatsoever to tenant needs, but they immediately sent my roommate and I to collections over an arbitrary and illegitimate post-lease cleaning fee (which dinged our credit and we're stilling fighting), while also failing to apply any of the security deposit to it as well. Stay away.

I lived in the newer tower for 1 year and was absolutely not renewing the lease. - MANAGEMENT: The building management is horrendous to work with when it comes to accounts. We were billed 8 months late for extra utilities because 'the meters were faulty' -- and we picked up other tenants shares who were already gone because it was prorated after the fact. - MICE - we stopped calling the building exterminator after the second time because they offered no solutions other than a sticky trap and advising on installing a metal door stopper. They are in the elevator bays, the apartments, outside.... - GARBAGE - the hallways frequently wreak of smelly garbage as the chutes break down about once a month and you have to bring the garbage downstairs yourself or keep it in your apt (refer back to mice comment) - NEIGHBORS - when not smelling like trash, the hallways smell of weed. I have strangers coming and going in my hallway all the time - several drug dealers. Not to miss mentioning the double-homicide murder suspect who fled to the building as he was a resident The front desk staff are amazing people, but that's about where the great review ends.
In the last 6 months i have put the maintenance request for same things over and over and they close it without any response. they don't even bother to respond to emails or calls. The units are shabby.Every weekend be prepared to say goodbye to your sweet sleep as other residents party harder and louder and management is fine with it. No complaints about front desk staff, they have been nice.

Building Management Group has changed 3 times in 2 years. High turnover at the front desk, elevators NEVER work, Amenities are mostly not functional (grill knobs always missing, fire pit has not worked in 2 years, roof top TV always broken, residents leave trash everywhere and do not respect the property, constant cigarette smoke coming through vents regardless of the SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY AGREEMENT we all signed as part of our leases. Doors leading to the outside have handles broken off, 2 doors leading to outside patio leak excessively when it rains and old dirty towels are used to block the water. This building has gone down hill. Appears that they may have run out of money to maintain it up to the luxurious standards that were in place when we first leased.

I love living at NxNW. Ive been here almost 4 years and love the community. The building is always clean and generally quiet. Residents are kind and considerate of their shared home. Maintenance and the Front Desk staff are both caring and professional. They make you feel comfortable. I love love love it here!
