Property Ratings at Nottingham North Apartments
While the office team seemed very nice, the apartment heating and cooling system was molded throughout the unit and duct work. The unit broke down the first week I lived there, almost caught fire. Management failed miserably to do the right thing and have a new system installed and clean the duct work. I called the headquarters Management and was met with hostility. I contacted the city building inspector who agreed the unit should be replaced so it was. Additionally, I could hear all of my neighbors toilets flush and could hear every conversation from apartments below and beside me. The bottom line is that the buildings themselves need to be bulldozed.
the manangment here is awesome always helpful and attentive
In reading some of the bad reviews about Nottingham North , we strongly disagree with them!!!! We walk every evening , never seen any reckless drivers ! We have not had any bug problem!!! Never any loud music or parties!!! We are retired enjoy the peaceful setting at Nottingham North ,we feel safe and enjoy sitting out on our patio . The residents are friendly and the staff are awesome. All and all we rated our apartment complex excellent. Our complex is older but landscaping is beautiful, our doors and patio are decorating for the seasons because we want to keep and be respectful of others to enjoy the seasons!!!! So if you are looking for nice peaceful complex it's Nottingham North Knoxville Th
I lived here for exactly one year, and only had minor and common problems that you would expect anywhere you move. The only thing that concerned me was the reckless drivers. While walking my mother's dog in the dog area, I was hit by a car. I was fine, but the man panicked and drove around me and sped off without asking if I was okay or anything. This isn't anyone's fault but the driver, but I have had many other close calls with reckless drivers in this parking lot. I am just glad it wasn't a child or an elderly resident that got hit.
I rented a one bedroom first floor unit in back. The foot traffic over head is bad. Depending on the tenant it could be mildly irritating to unbearable especially if they are young and have friend over until 4am. The tenant above me moved out before her lease was up. Then the new tenants moved in. The are a young couple and already had their friend over two night in a row until 4 am. There was constant foot traffic till 4am and I didn't get any sleep for two nights. I had to break my lease to get out because it was unbearable. In doing so I had to pay an extra months rent as a penalty and my security deposit was automatically forfeited. So unless you can bear heavy foot traffic possible all day and all night long, I would not rent here.
