Nottingham Pine Luxury Apartments

Every time you turn around, there’s a new management company to this complex and nobody knows nothing nobody fix nothing it’s horrible.

I been living in Nottingham Pine apartment from 2022. Along me, four other colleague families living in same community from 2021. Biggest problem with community is water leaks from floor, sidewalls and roofs every time it rains. Durning the Leasing, Leasing office has told these unit are very well maintained and fully renovated but never expected water leaked into home like this. I had water leak in my apartment many times when ever there is a rain. I keep complaining to leasing, management, Maintenance again and again but they are least bothered about it. My maintenance requests are closed multiple time but never fixed. Other problems are Black Molds, Bad smelling elevators, roach problems, closet door falling apart on midnights and AC insulation leaks causing more power bill.

I have had the pleasure of living in my apartment for the past 6 months, and I couldn't be happier! The management team at this complex is truly outstanding. The manager Tatiana is soft spoken and very respectfully. Always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had, and she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The apartment itself is also fantastic. It is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The community amenities are well maintained and looking forward to a upgrade modern pool area now. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, hassle-free living experience. The management team is truly exceptional, and I feel fortunate to call this place my home.

I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience here continues to be amazing. My first interaction was with Maxim. He was super efficient and made the application process seamless. He listened actively and left no question unanswered. The property manager Tatiana delivered excellent customer service and was aware of any outstanding concerns I had. This is by far the best community I have ever lived in

HONEST REVIEW - Live at Nottingham Apartments with my fiancé and we just renewed for another year we love it! Even with the Florida market goo up daily which isn’t Nottingham Apartments fault we still found that any building comparable nearby just didn’t compare to our home. The manager Tatiana has really turned the community around and the property has been putting a lot of money back into the place which shows they care about the residents. Thank you Tatiana and team!

I have lived at Nottingham Pine ( formally Axis at One Pine) for 14 months and the one thing I will say is that there are roaches. I have spoken to Tatiana on several occasions about the issue and there has been no resolution. The community does offer pest control but out of 209 units, about 12 take advantage of the service on a weekly basis. I have hired my own pest control company (at my own expense) to evaluate and treat my unit. All the professionals I have spoken with tell me the same thing. If my neighbor has roaches then so will I. These are not luxury apartments. There is a reason this place is cheaper than the surrounding apartment buildings. The price is really for the area which is convenient but not enough for me any longer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Recently moved in, very nice place overall. Good location near stores and walking distance to a Starbucks nice community vibes and wonderfully friendly neighbors. The staff is excellent and helped make our move in a seamless and rapid process. Maxim and Tatiana were great to work with and we are super happy to be here.Had a maintenance issue and it was addressed super quick. Most definitely worth checking out if you're looking in the area.very happy so far.

I’ve been here a couple of years now staff is always accommodating very professional and during the Covid pandemic management was always understanding with any special needs that have come up.. while I continue my studies locally I find this place to be here the perfect fit for me!

The new management takes a short time and they are making many changes for the better, we have security every day, excellent location.

New management is terrible! Predatory towing practices. The pool has been shut down for over a month and they do not plan to reopen for the next few months because there is a sinkhole forming underneath the property. The cabana has never been opened since being renovated years ago. My boyfriend’s car was broken into. Washing machines do not work properly. The elevator is never working. Overall dirty and unkempt property. Do not waste your time or money here.

No one should ever live here. The place is infested with roaches, maintenance takes forever to come and fix problems... which there will be a lot of. The new owners decided not to tell us we all had to RE register our cars and request a new parking detail. More than half the cars were double booted and it was an $80 fee for removal. When we went into the office to ask why we were flat out lied to. They told us they slipped the paper under our doors a month ago stating the new name for the apartment and the information about re-registering your car.... We were shocked. This was the first we heard of any of this. They are truly heartless and only care about money. DO NOT MOVE HERE

The service is horrible made me and my daughter wait outside in the heat for a scheduled appointment for 2 hours to see an apartment and left to lunch and never came back. This place knows how to make you feel unwelcomed.

Axis at One Pine is a great apartment. I love living here. Every one is always so nice to me. Maintenance is always there when I call them. Also, rent is affordable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I wonder how this place has any good reviews. It gets one star because it doesn’t allow for zero and because the apartment itself isn’t bad. It’s a nice size and layout. But if you are ok with a German roach infestation, constant flooding inside your apartment when it rains, appliances that don’t work, oh and your car being vandalized then it’s not so bad. The management doesn’t care. Like at all. Nothing is their problem. TWO of my tires were slashed here and no one cares.

Overall I am happy , just the noise reduction of neighbors and dogs would help I know its part of living in a community, but I have lived in others communities and this is a noisy one . But there are times were its quiet . Hope this helps .

After visiting a lot of potential places in Broward county, Axis really stand out from the rest. All others look and feel exactly the same.

Great apartment

Is a good place to live peaceful and no one bothers you but, what I love the most is the pool, gym, and the barbecue balcony the way it looks is amazing. Also, when I call the office I always speak to mily, and any problem I have in my apartment she solves it fast she is so sweet. Thank you

Leak issues at dining room and living room and nobody came to fix it. Pest control has to come every week because since we moved we have cockroaches in the apartment. This is the worst complex we have ever lived.

So far I have had no issues with the development. I love the location and the price is fair! Only thing I wish is we could have atleast one spot in the garage for no charge considering I come home from work late at night and would feel safer parking in the garage but not for $55 a month :(

We are content. We have amazing staff that takes care of us and we have been here for 11 years to this date. Fast response time and very friendly staff.

Ive had issues with an ongoing noise , neighbor playing music with high base which vibrates into my unit at different hours of the night and early mornings. Management have been great to address the issue , just the tenants dont appear to be good listeners or considerate for people around them . Ive also experienced on a number of occasions weed coming through my bathroom vents which really is a problem , I believe management did address it but it still goes on . I smell it when I step out of my unit and i tolerate it but when it gets in to unit thats not right . I just want to say that management are excellent and they really do try and help , very happy with them .

Of course living in any apartment complex comes with its pros and cons; after all you are essentially cohabitating with people you don't know. That being said, this community is pretty nice, especially with all the new renovations. The management company with Patty and Andrew as managers, is great. They are pretty understanding and compassionate in listening to any issues, and they are willing to do anything they can (within reason!) to help resolve the issue. What more can you ask from a management company?! Any minor issues we've had in the apartment have been resolved in a timely manner.

The renovations around the complex are nice but the apartments are old and not remodeled. Management is awful. My car got stolen in the parking lot on the security guards watch. Management didn’t do a thing. They didn’t reach out to the security guard on duty and didn’t even care that property was being stolen in there complex. When I spoke to police officer she said that there had been multiple car break ins/robbery reported in this apartment complex. Don’t live here !

It’s looks good to the eye. Remodeled on the outside but a mess on the inside. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! That’s enough in itself! If you have a major problem you will have to go through management and she could give two squats about your problems just your money! The parking lot stays pitch black at night so use a flashlight to get to and from the apartment. They will take their sweet time to resolve because they don’t stay here at night you do! Cars get stolen out this lot all the time because of it so get ready and prepare to possibly be a victim. And they have no sense of ergency! Leaks in apartments from rain that they will never resolve even after the nice facelift outside. They just want your money period! They ask people to make nice reviews to make the place sound great because most of their reviews are poor. Dont be fooled. Open your eye. Walk all around the grounds not just where they take you and always take another look at night! BE WARNED!!! People don’t write bad reviews for nothing no matter how long ago, truth is truth and a tigger never changes its stripes! BE WARNED!!

Over-priced for filthy,construction site living; awful customer service (Patricia is the absolute worst & most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with); garage door open 24/7 but you still pay $50 for garage parking with NO security; flooding and trash everywhere. And to top it off, they will keep your deposit and provide NO EXPLANATION. They are THAT starved for money! Stay away from Axis at One Pine! They're thieves and incredibly unprofessional.

My name is Corey and I have been living at Axis at One Pine for almost a year now and would love to share my experience. I recently moved to sunny South Florida and after looking at countless, and I mean countless apartments before I made Axis at One Pince my home. Why? The staff is tremendous and outstanding. Andrew was my touring or leasing guy and everyone in the community knew him and he introduced me to some residents while on tour which made me feel welcome and super comfortable. Tour was flawless and was blown away at the amenities that are soon to come, the location and landscaping of the community. I still wanted to see other properties because I was worried with construction going on I might hear a lot of noise and wanted to make sure I wasn't jumping the gun and wanted to shop around. Well I came back 4 days later with my buddy to get his take and Andrew was off we had the pleasure of dealing with Patty. Oh my God, I was sold right then. Even though Andrew was off, she made us feel like we were at St Regis. She was professional, thorough and never made us feel, rushed because I wanted to see 2 floor plans and their location and she did it with a smile. Once inside apartment I knew I was sold and I proceeded to sign right then. Unbeknownst to me, Patty, is the Community Manager and that says A LOT. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. So after only living here 11 months, this is the BEST paradise or resort you can call home. The staff is wonderful, Andrew and Patty are amazing.... In closing, if you decide to move somewhere, come check this place out. I work from home and I'm telling you that I don't hear construction noises or anything that I don't hear at my local neighborhood watering hole (Duffy's and BoKampers are less than a mile away by the way). Trust me, the price is great, the office staff is great, the maintenance team which I have only had to use once is great, I LOVE it. If you do decide to do a tour, you will know me from noticing the guy that has the BIGGEST smile on his face. That's me.....I'm happy to call this place home.

Here is my experience. Since i moved, i have killed more than 150 (one hundred and fifty) german roaches in my apartment. That is for less than 20 days of living. They are everywhere. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms, dining area and etc. Also I've got other problems in the apartment, but they all were fixed in the same day or the day after. So, with usual maintenance i didn't have any problems. Actually, before signing lease contract, i've asked one the representatives about the roaches, because that was primary question for me, and they told me that there is no issues with that. That was lie... I wouldn't recommend this community to my friends.

Two positives, one the apt so nice layout, two the location is great. BUT This place is a total rip off! they are overcharging for water. 200 per month is ridiculous for a 2/2 when we are are work/school all day! Then they tried doing parking stickers where we had to give our info to a towing co that has lost its license. They throw in billing expenses in monthly statement to balloon up rent with misc fees. Paying 1700 a month for a lease of 1370. No hardood floors velour not even laminate. Washer dryers one only 3 floors, parking garage is extra $. Trash is $25 extra that they don't regularly pick up. Total rip off! All I see are people moving out. Do not rent here!!!

This place is horrible. Ponds of water fill the parking lot, grounds to enter apts and the potholes are huge craters. I swear a sinkhole is forming under the buildings and/or parking lot. Roaches are out and about and are almost immune to Raid. Building Management is the absolute worse ever. Prior management ZRS was bad, but BH Management is even worse. Bad attitude and PC/corporate response to everything. The grounds are not kept clean. Valet trash has gotten better, but inconsistent. Trash by the trash chute piles up and smells. If a tenant leaves trash in the stairwell, it will sit... and sit... and sit. No one cleans the grounds. Very little natural light in bedrooms, but living room is fine. plastic floors made to look like wood, but aren't. Due to noise from tenants coming and going and car traffic on Broward, windows must be closed to reduce noise. I have lived in bad places, and will take a NYC housing project over this place.

This apartment community is great. We have a new management company, so hopefully the amenities will get even better. My daughter loves the vinyl floors which look like wood. The apartment is the perfect size for us. I love the open courtyard layout and walkways of the buildings. The Westfield Broward mall is a couple of blocks away and I have an Einstein Bagel across the street. The commute by car to Ft. Lauderdale is about 25 minutes which is great for me. There is even a school bus stop in my community for South Plantation high school. There are many department stores not far in Davie, Best Buy, Chipotle, Old Navy, etc. which I find very helpful.

I love the location of this complex and the availability to the freeway. The customer service for this complex is terrible. The lady in there with the blonde hair has no professionalism. I am also disgusted with the roach problem in this complex!

I love this place, friendly staff and always together. Maintenance is always quick, and efficient. The units are very spacious and have nice finishes. Love the balcony and the kitchen and bedroom space. Everything is either a 5 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Nice place with great space. My unit is great, it is a 2 bedroom and two bath and I love the finishes. Only down fall is storage.

Over 13 years of a gorgeous view of the lake, fountain, and wildlife. Phenomenal office staff, quick-to-serve maintenance, and one of the only underground parking garages. Close to everything!! Wonderful pool, grilling area, and even a dog park. Trees galore, plenty of outdoor parking, covered walkways!!

I love the location and how the apartment looks. The price is excellent for the area. The only thing I didn't like is that not every apartment has a washer and dryer inside
