Considering the construction and the current infestation of flies, I wouldn’t recommend. Flies have taken over all the elevators and the P1 level. I assume the other parking floors are the same. I’ve been seeing 5-10 flies in my place for the past week and I work remote some days not opening my main door. This means they have let the flies get so bad that they’re in the vents. Its out of control.

I have always given Nouvelle an excellent review, it is a great community and the previous manager was always responsive and the leasing staff when I first came here were amazing. They took time to know the residents and readily solved issues. I have had loud music from the apartment next to me till 4 a m. I have sent several emails and to date no response. I have never been this disrespected since I have been at Nouvelle. This has tainted my living experience. Isn't the goal to keep good tenants? Or is that not part of the business plan.

A major factor in why I decided to live at Nouvelle as a single young female was the apparent safety. However, I'm constantly being cornered in the elevator by non-residents asking me to buzz them upstairs. One Friday night FOUR male food delivery people came onto the elevator after me and since I already used my key they were able to get onto whatever floor they pleased. It puts residents in an extremely uncomfortable position. Anyone can come onto the property at any hour by tail-gating residents. Concierge just lets them walk right by. Garage is also extremely sketchy and I've encountered a homeless person in the lobby asking where they took the trash out and the concierge actually told them to go through the garage to the back trash. Insane!

Nouvelle is currently a money-hungry corporation that tries to market itself as a "feels like home" community that puts people first. Things could change but seems to be a lack of desire to do anything that takes effort or isn't related to making more money.

I have been without my vehicle for a month due to Nouvelle garage doors being broken, allowing easy access for thieves. This is the second time in the two years I have lived at Nouvelle, that our garage doors have been inoperable for a considerable amount of time.Essentially, making our Nouvelle resident vehicles an "Autozone" for thieves. A thief stole my air bags, disabled my vehicle and caused significant electrical damage at the end of January 2022. Since that time, Nouvelle management has informed residents the garage doors will be reinstalled in April 2022. Which makes it a total of 5 months that our resident vehicles will have been left to be preyed upon by thieves. This during a time when supply-chain and inflation concerns have increased thievery and lawlessness. Residents have to pay for our parking spots and are given key FOBS for access as part of "physical security" for the the resident and our vehicles. Nouvelle senior management at my apartment building is inept and callous at taking resident concerns seriously and offers of possible solutions. Nor are residents offered inquiries from Nouvelle management into any status updates post crime or theft. Residents are actually shamed in emails from senior management where the resident is made to think that thefts and damage of vehicles are the resident's fault due to carelessness which is basically victimizing the resident further. Due to the before mentioned callous nature of senior management at Nouvelle. I have grave concerns, that once my vehicle returns, the thieves will return again and I will be without my vehicle for an extended time once again. Also, I have seen no enhanced security procedures being undertaken in the wake of the theft and vandalizing of my vehicle and the other resident vehicles targeted.This entire affair has cost me considerably in terms financially, time spent, and mental anguish. I am in sales and this episode has definitely inhibited my abilities to meet customers and make my sales quota. At this point, I have no faith in the senior management of the Nouvelle as they have demonstrated they do not care about rent paying residents. I would strongly advise anyone to consider other properties in the Tyson's Corner Area. The caveat being, please ensure the property is not managed by Greystar, as you might be under the same senior management from Nouvelle

I have never given a bad review but the events of the last year have become almost unbearable. Since last year my neighbor has harassed me with loud music until the early hours of the morning. I have made several complaints and management has done nothing. I have had to call security several times a night and the response from then neighbor is to turn the music up louder. As management has done nothing they continue with the harassment. I have lost hours of productivity due to lack of sleep. Every weekend I wait with raised anxiety for the loud music that I can hear all the way in my living room - their living room is next to my bedroom. Secondly the garage doors have not been working for many months and there have been a series of break ins, I have yet to see any security in the garage. Today as I am about to drive off I noticed a man walking in the garage go pass the main entry door on P3 and walk around to the other door to go inside. I found it curious and decided to use the other door upon my return, the door does not lock and he obviously knew. We pay too much to live here and I do love my community but management have become negligent. Kudos to the Concierge and maintenance for doing a great job!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Tysons Corner; very close to the metro stops, and amazing leasing agents who helped me during the whole application/move-in process.

Staff and team are responsive and professional. If you don't own a car you don't have to deal with the annoying issues like constant garage door breaks.

Our maintenance team, feels like family. My husband has even enjoyed talking sports while they are working on something. And we have one gentleman that my kitty just loves and wants cuddles with every time he visits. I usually offer a cold drink or a strong coffee and that is to just have a bit more time with them. You would be equally impressed, they are top rate compared to anywhere you have lived.

Absolutely horrible from the lack of closet space to the thin walls to the small gym to the small pool. This whole holding is awful and management and staff is rude. So many better options!

I wish I could give ZERO STARS and it’s mostly due to the rude management and awful staff that’s led by them. No wonder they have specials here literally every month!!! They lie about everything including what apartments are available and act as if they’re filling up. They’re not. It’s a dump. I’ve been living here for three years and unfortunately every year it gets worse! I haven’t moved out because of convenience to my work but the horrible things here are honestly not worth it anymore. I’m moving out as soon as my lease ends since the penalty is 3 months rent to end early. 1. Expect to always wait at least 15min for an elevator because there is always an outage of at least 3 elevators 2. Concierge is never there to help 3. Takes 20min to get a package and there’s always a line - so much so that they’ve added a new program that delivers packages once a week to your door so they don’t have to deal with it. That means even if you overnight something, you have to wait until your “delivery date” 4. It costs $100 an hour to use the meeting room or any space that they advertise as amenities and charge you $400 annually for 5. Always a shortage of something!! Like carts for residents to use. Expect to wait days. 6. Lack of communication about when they are entering your apartment and who is - I’ve had my personal things such as clothes moved around the apartment when maintenance was here 7. A TON of Airbnb units listed so constant traffic of strangers making it unsafe 8. I’ve been living next to a construction site that hasn’t been touched or worked on in over 18 months. Disgusting view of a dirty pit. Management here keeps saying it will be done soon. 9. No one ever picks up the phone! Impossible to get in touch with the manager, leasing staff, or concierge So many options in tysons at more reasonable prices that actually reflect what you’re paying for! Update: nothing was resolved. I asked someone to call me and they didn’t. Issues have continued, no one follows the community’s rule of wearing a mask or social distancing and the staff doesn’t care. But the staff does have time to enforce that we cant get deliveries shipped to our own address. Also we are not allowed to use the trash chute on certain days. Live here if you want an uncomfortable situation that will constantly give you a headache with all their nonsense.

In late 2020, the building switched over to using a company called Fetch to deliver packages to the front door of residents. Now, packages are getting stolen from your front door and when you go downstairs to speak with building management about the incident, they will not come out and speak with you and they tell you to speak with the package delivery people instead. Between that, and the recent uptick in theft from cars in the "secure" parking garage, be warned - this building no longer feels like a safe place.

The maintenance staff has been really good and extremely helpful with completing work orders. The main issue I have been experiencing multiple times is getting in touch with the front office/management team. Not sure why its so hard to communicate with them. When I email, there is no reply. When I call, I can only leave a message and no one calls me back. Its like they do not want to communicate at all. Im a current resident, and I had just moved in too. I needed a lot of help and have many questions. So far Ive just had to do my best to figure things out on my own. I dont appreciate being ignored, and I feel like the management team has shown that they care about how their residents are doing. So overall its a pretty nice building to live in but I would not recommend it.

Nouvelle is a great apartment complex. It has friendly leasing staff and excellent concierge services. It has a great location. It's within waking distance to both Tysons Corner Mall and Tysons Galleria. I've lived in Nouvelle for 2 years and have had no issues.

I love living at Nouvelle. I love the 5th floor terrace and the energy of the place. Even when I first came here to visit I liked how the lobby felt. I enjoy the glamour of the lobby and the wonderful smell when you first step in. We have lots of options regarding outside seating from the courtyard to the external and internal options. The apartment layouts are big and luxurious. And it is quiet since walls are thick. I am very happy here and already in my 2nd apartment in the same building. Our maintenance team are professional and quick to solve your issues.

My experience with Nouvelle has been great. I've been living here for a year and have no complaints. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking. It is a well maintained and clean property. The staff is very professional and friendly. A true Luxury apartment!

Apartment is great, large windows make for nice views. Staff are all very nice even though we must all wear masks and maintain our distance at this time.

Nouvelle the first month has been great. Retail parking consumes a lot of visitor spots but overall it has worked. Hopefully more spots get dedicated to guests. Great offerings at a good price.

Great place to live. So convenient to the metro, Beltway and Tyson's Corner. Very friendly concierge, maintenance and leasing staff. Noise is very important to me and for the most part the apartments are very quiet although some noise is possible from above but ymmv. This is my second time renting here so obviously I think enough of it to come back.
