I just moved in this past week. Great apartment and even better than I expected. I moved down from the northeast and the leasing office was extremely accommodating. They helped me with the move in process and getting acclimated to the area. The layout my apartment is perfect and the amenities are great!
It is not good place. Lot of roach, wasp, and lot of flea too. Also expensive same as mortgages of house. We did told them but never do clean up insects. And outside of lot fleas on patio and front door too.
Management is very nasty to deal with. They don't want to do anything that involves doing their job. My husband went in there to get some information about our lease because we are moving out and the person in charge just gave him one word answers and barely looked up from her solitaire game. Every time we have questions or concerns about anything, this is usually how it goes. They hire shady companies to come in a do maintence and they literally hand them the keys to your place, even if you request to be home for it. They came in and did renovations a few months ago and never finished our apartment and when we told management they told us we would have to take it up with the company that they brought in, which we were unable to do because they were on vacation (meanwhile we already approached the owner of the renovation company about 5x and every time he gave us the run-around)I. Long story short, I had to take my complaints to social media in order for anything to be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
You can pay a mortgage or rent a house for what they charge. Hands down the worst experience.
WALLS SO THIN I can hear my neighbors USE THEIR TOILET not to mention EVERY WORD they say IN EVERY ROOM. Seriously SCARY tenants and LOUD. LOUD when they GET UP AT 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 in the MORNING clunking around, then out to their cheap loud cars. (Nearly every 1-BR rented to creepy, teenager couples; 2-BR: Iffy couple w/ SCREAMING KIDS). LOUDER on weekends or DAILY when they get home mid-afternoon: nearly constant CAR HORNS, YELLING, ARGUING, SCREAMING THREATS TO "CUT YOU UP"! CHEAP FRIDGE SO LOUD it drowns out phone or tv in the bedroom w/ door shut! Frequent LOUD REPAIRS with MACHINES POUNDING ALL DAY FOR WEEKS to cheap construction. DOGS POOP and PEE in every yard or patch of grass and ON/INTO YOUR SCREENED PORCH! Office staff smiles and lies to your face. What they claim is a "clubhouse with a business office" is really just the employee break room (no cookies unless they're trying to fool new renters) for the dirty janitors/ repairmen with nothing but an old computer the staff admit BROKE over TWO YEARS AGO! Add $80 EXTRA to listed rent to PAY for "trash, cable included."

We are seniors who moved here from Pennsylvania. We have lived here for a year and a half and love it. It is a peaceful, quiet setting that is well kept by our great management and maintenance team. Requests are completed quickly and efficiently. The maintenance guys are knowledge and friendly. They respect you and your home and are always smiling. Lynn went out of her way when we were looking for an apartment and helped us meet our move-in deadline. Shantel has joined the team and is bringing her creative talents to create a pleasant, cheerful environment. We enjoy everyone else's pets. They are well behaved and friendly. Complaints? We have none. We felt very secure during Hurricane Irma, knowing all precautions were taken for our safety. We would definitely recommend The Park at Ashley Place.

I love where I live! It's the perfect one bedroom for me but not only that I'm just a simple 30 second walk from the dog park that we have here so whenever I have my moms pug, we know where to play! Management is great and any time I need something fixed, maintenance is on it without acting like I'm bother. I'm resigning my lease for a second year because if home is where the heart is, then I suppose my heart is here. ??
I have lived here for 2 years. Stacey and Lynn rarely answer the phone, and since one or both have moved on property, the office has been closed 3 of the 4 times I have tried to walk-in. Please be advised that this is become a "fend-for-yourself" community and residents are leaving because of poor services.
Just when we were about to give up the apartment search and head back to NY, we found Park at Ashley Place. It was as if the universe hand picked this place just for us, a safe place to finally call home, our first home. With an amazing staff and an environment perfect for the new start we had been craving, we quickly fell in love with our quaint one bedroom oasis. It was perfect just for the two of us. if you're looking for a new begining and want a place that genuinely cares, Park at Ashley Place is the place for you!
Awful way to old in need of many fixings new owner not aware or dont care..
I just signed up for my 2nd yr & just love it here! It feels like a Neighborhood up North. People say hello to eachother while walking their dogs or even leaving for work. I enjoy the quiet time @ the pool in the summer and have had to only call maintance twice & they came within 2 hrs. The apartments themselves have a unique shape so you do not feel as if you are living in a box. The Kitchen is open with a breakfast bar counter and the bedrooms are huge. I also love sitting outside on my screened in poarch to read. Cute, Comfortable and Affordable what more can you ask for

I moved from California to Florida and semi-retired. My brother William is retired and lives in Port Richey. I went online to locate an apartment in Florida near my brother. I found The Carlton Arms and this was the on my brother had recommend them. I am a planner so I completed my application in August. They got back to me once in September for a unit that was out of my pay range and I did not hear from them again. I submitted another application to The park at Ashley Place. They contacted me immediately and gave me my address and unit number. This made my move easy they sent me the water company, the lights, the cable so I can set up accounts. When I called one of the Representatives always made me feel welcome. I have been here for three months now and I could not be happier. Whenever I need maintenance they are prompt and leaves a complete description of repairs on a Repair form. I feel safe. I found a part time job and have to walk home and feel secure in my neighborhood. As a senior I can truly say that these units are quite, well lite and safe, I give them five stars!!
