In a world where there are so many options it’s so great to walk into a community that just delivers on every single level. And then some. I love that the community is essentially adjacent to shopping and dining. That makes the every day so much easier. But once you are there you completely feel like you are home. What we really appreciated was that ‘home’ feeling, but at the same time we felt like it was that next level of special because there are higher end touches everywhere you look. The architecture, the common areas, the amenities. You just need to go and experience Novel Ballantyne!

I've been living here for 4 months. Neighborhood is really nice, neighbors are very friendly. Staff is very helpful and very through with everything, from the tour to your move in date. Amenities are nice, pool is always clean. Community is nicely located for a walk, short drive to Ballantyne Village, the Bowl and other areas around Ballantyne.

My resident experience has been excellent so far. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful, the apartment itself is very new and clean (and kept up very well by maintenance and cleaning staff), and my neighbors are great so far.

Beautiful place .. HOWEVER, WiFi is included but goes in and out when it feels like it. Office staff does not always respond. And water temperature in the apartment can not exceed whatever they deem hot enough, regardless of tenant request. Wouldn’t have signed a lease if I knew about the water temp.

We’re in our first weeks after moving in, and so far, we’re really happy with everything. The lease signing process was relatively quick, and all our questions were answered! There are so many amenities, and the interior and exterior are beautiful — we’re impressed. The maintenance service responds very quickly — I submit a request through the app, and a technician comes to fix the issue right away, which I really appreciate.

I've been here for a month, and I have to say, this community is the best I've ever lived in. The staff are wonderfully kind- Nico, Alexis, Danielle, and the entire maintenance team have all gone above and beyond to exceed expectations and make me feel at home. Not to mention, the apartments and amenities are all stunning. The buildings and surrounding property are kept nice and clean. There are also a variety of community activities every month which are very enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of Novel Ballantyne.

Property staff made the move in so easy. Huge shout out to Nico for answering all of my questions before move in! Apartment was clean, the maintenance staff was so friendly and quick to clear up the small issues we had! It's been 3 months since we moved in and we love it. The complex has stayed clean and pretty quiet. Some noise from neighbors, but nothing out of ordinary walking sounds from time to time. The events the staff puts together are creative and fun (we need to take more advantage of those!). You also can't beat the location. We live closest to Johnston Rd. & actually face it and the noise level is pretty low considering how busy the road can get. Overall 100/10, you won't regret signing!

Alexis and Jenna when Alexis off, assisted wonderfully throughout the process to very end. As this was a big decision for me, they helped tremendously w that final decision bringing it all together! Alexis was very knowledgeable/professional and so kind/caring which is huge w apt decision making. Also very prompt communication and kept in touch which was much appreciated. Novel Ballantyne is an absolute beautiful community and everything has been wonderful here!

I like living in these apartments because they are quite cozy, bright, have a small terrace and a spacious living room. It is very convenient that there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartments. I am especially pleased with the presence of security. There are also quite good recreation areas, a gym and a swimming pool for recreation and sports.

We have only been here a week but so far we love this quiet high end community. The leasing agents and management are top notch. Love be g close to nice restaurants and the convenience of being able to walk to the grocery store.

Community is wonderful. Internet is a problem, and has been for months!! 3rd service request submitted… no resolution as of yet! We have talked with office staff. We have had AT&T check.. there are problems with their in home router… constant wireless issues!!

I like it a lot here. The apartments are modern and new. Everything is well maintained. I cannot hear my neighbors like in other buildings. Property management personnel is very helpful.

Our experience has been amazing from the start. The amazing staff in the leasing office work hard to let you know you are cared about. The events and amenities are perfect and the community we have here is so friendly. We have been here for almost 1/2 a year and still believe this was the best decision we could have made.
