Living in Novel community has been an exceptional experience. This place is a true oasis of tranquility and security, perfect for those of us who work from home. From day one, I was impressed by the calm that permeates every corner. The well-maintained gardens and clean, orderly common areas create a relaxing atmosphere that facilitates concentration and productivity. Additionally, security is a top priority here, with 24-hour surveillance and controlled access systems that provide great peace of mind. The community is very friendly and respectful, making it easy to feel at home. For those of us who work from home, Novels offers all the necessary amenities. The internet connections are fast and reliable, and there are dedicated spaces for working quietly or holding video conferences without interruptions. In summary, this community is the ideal place to live and work. Its tranquil environment and welcoming community make this place a true home.
I’ve lived at Novel Parkway since June and I nothing but good things to say about the community. The apartments are beautiful and the pool and amenities make you feel as though you are at a luxury resort. They have so many events and activities for the residents that give such a community feel. The office staff is very friendly and responsive to any concerns. I hope to live here for a long time.
It seems everyone is courteous and very polite...that's certainly refreshing. The amenities seem very nice...we can't wait to try them all out.
The community is absolutely beautiful! I love all the activities that are planned for residents! The area is perfect and there are so many restaurants and stores near by. Also amazing access to SR-417, SR-429 and I-4!

Unfortunately my review and experience has changed over time. The grounds are beautiful and the actual apartments themselves. Staff have been top notch since they opened. Sadly, I feel as though I’m being treated differently than when I first moved in due to speaking up about an issue. The handling of a repeat issue has been awful from management. Or lack there of. There has been Inconsistency on the process, have been told one thing, then they do another many times, or don’t do anything, and is extremely disappointing.

The leasing office and team are absolutely fantastic! They are always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The gates will be open when you tour. How do I know? Because they’ve been broken and open for months since I’ve been a resident. “Gated community” is 100% false. There goes safety. The carpeted hallways are always dirty, for example there is a huge dead bug that has been in the same spot for a week and counting, an energy bar wrapper on the ground (bound to attract pests), and styrofoam remnants all through the hall.

Why are the gates, an extra layer of safety, always broken? I have lived here since June & the community is not maintained adequately. the elevator floor is consistently dirty & the hallways are littered with trash.

I’ve loved living here! The amenities are fantastic, from the well-maintained pool and gym to the office spaces and resident lounge. The upstairs neighbor allows her grandson to run around despite multiple notices of noise disturbances, negating any peace we can have in our unit below. She is toxic and we do not deserve this. I’m paying too much to not have quiet enjoyment of my apartment.

I love loving at novel parkway! The amenities are amazing, the staff is so kind and the apartments are well made! I definitely recommend anyone to move in here. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, mostly find it peaceful and look forward to coming home eveyday
Amazing from the day I walked in I knew that it was home. Staff exceeded my expectations with the level of attention to detail and the community oriented atmosphere.
Love living here. Staff very friendly. Maintenance always willing to help out with making a maintenance request. Very clean place to live. The only problem here is the parking. When you work night shift and you're car is parked way in the back behind the garbage it is scary.
Easy to navigate, I was able to claim my reward with great options of gift card and I was able to choose the gift card that works best for me
Although, I have only been a resident for 2 weeks, my apartment is beautiful. I haven't had a chance to experience all the amenities but look forward to attending the activities. I placed a couple of service calls that since have been taken care of aside from one that under warranty. The only downside is that directly outside my bedroom window is a light pole that emits light 24/7.

Move in has been a bit of a nightmare. Our keys don’t work to the buildings so we can’t go “home” without our phones using the butterfly app, apparently new ones won’t be here for another week but I’m pretty disappointed since they knew we would be moving in here 2 months ago when we put the apartment on hold. Besides that, the apartment wasn’t fully cleaned before we moved in, the dust in the floors was about an inch thick and made it hard to put anything down that I didn’t want to get dirty immediately. There are centipedes everywhere, as I type I’ve watched 3 make their way from my room to the bathroom. However, the next morning after move in we passed the front lawn and there was a yoga even of some kind going on and I’ve never seen so many residents in an apartment complex participate in events. The apartment itself is great, plenty of space and very luxurious feel. Besides the bumpy start I have a feeling we will be extremely happy here.
