I feel compelled to share my experience at Novel Parkway, as my initial enthusiasm has turned into serious concern. When I first moved in, I was captivated by the community's charm and amenities. I was even willing to stretch my budget to live here, believing it would feel like a resort. Unfortunately, that perception has changed. Over the past few months, I have witnessed a gradual decline in the quality of the community. The dog park has become an unsightly mess, with dog waste left unaddressed and rules seemingly unenforced. The single grill available for resident use has broken down, and rather than investing in repairs, management appears more interested in superficial enhancements like murals that offer little benefit to residents. Additionally, a newly added grill is rarely cleaned, raising concerns about food safety. The cabana screens are often inoperable, and the Wi-Fi is so unreliable that my devices struggle to connect, even when I'm right next to the router. While I appreciate the occasional social events, they have been frequently canceled or altered without clear communication. The promise of amenities, such as complimentary beer for residents, feels hollow when genuine issues arise, like noise disturbances or problems with package security. Our Butterfly system, which has allowed non-residents access for weeks due to ongoing issues, poses a significant liability for our community. Most troubling is the apparent lack of empathy from the staff. While I commend the maintenance team for their outstanding service—always friendly and knowledgeable—the overall experience has been disappointing. If the conditions at Novel Parkway do not improve, I will have to reconsider my lease renewal. I sincerely hope to see a return to the high standards that initially attracted me to this community.

The system to get in has been broken for over 2 weeks now so that’s been pretty frustrating but the amenities are very nice and the community is very welcoming. If there’s an issue in the apartment itself they are quick to respond and do there best to fix it.

Overall the experience has been fine. Maintenance is amazing and the leasing off staff is pleasant. The other residents don’t seem to take care of shared spaces; hallways, elevators, don’t pick up after dogs, etc.

I like living here. Sometimes the people above me are loud and the parking isn’t great but it’s an awesome community. The people that work here are great and really helpful. I recommend moving here. It’s a really nice apartment.

Community is stunning. Office staff is very nice. Had a few maintenance issues as the first people to live in the unit but keeping the review at 5 stars due to the helpfulness of the staff getting those things fixed.

I live in a community that truly inspires and makes me happy every day. There is an incredibly friendly atmosphere here - neighbors are always ready to help, say hello or just support a conversation. It is especially nice that there are often joint events: from fairs to small parties, which helps everyone get closer and feel part of something bigger. Overall experience was good. Disappointed there is not more grass spaces for the dog. Had a plumbing issue when first moved but it was corrected quick. Had lots of mess to clean up afterwards though.

I’ve lived at Novel Parkway since June and I nothing but good things to say about the community. The apartments are beautiful and the pool and amenities make you feel as though you are at a luxury resort. They have so many events and activities for the residents that give such a community feel. The office staff is very friendly and responsive to any concerns. I hope to live here for a long time.

The community is absolutely beautiful! I love all the activities that are planned for residents! The area is perfect and there are so many restaurants and stores near by. Also amazing access to SR-417, SR-429 and I-4!

Unfortunately my review and experience has changed over time. The grounds are beautiful and the actual apartments themselves. Staff have been top notch since they opened. Sadly, I feel as though I’m being treated differently than when I first moved in due to speaking up about an issue. The handling of a repeat issue has been awful from management. Or lack there of. There has been Inconsistency on the process, have been told one thing, then they do another many times, or don’t do anything, and is extremely disappointing.

The leasing office and team are absolutely fantastic! They are always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The community itself is consistently well-maintained, with clean common areas and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The gates will be open when you tour. How do I know? Because they’ve been broken and open for months since I’ve been a resident. “Gated community” is 100% false. There goes safety. The carpeted hallways are always dirty, for example there is a huge dead bug that has been in the same spot for a week and counting, an energy bar wrapper on the ground (bound to attract pests), and styrofoam remnants all through the hall.

Why are the gates, an extra layer of safety, always broken? I have lived here since June & the community is not maintained adequately. the elevator floor is consistently dirty & the hallways are littered with trash.

I’ve loved living here! The amenities are fantastic, from the well-maintained pool and gym to the office spaces and resident lounge. The upstairs neighbor allows her grandson to run around despite multiple notices of noise disturbances, negating any peace we can have in our unit below. She is toxic and we do not deserve this. I’m paying too much to not have quiet enjoyment of my apartment.
