The Francis

This is my first time living in the U.S., and Charlotte offers one of the best urban locations. However, for EV owners, the charging infrastructure in the parking area is lacking. There’s only one Level 2 charger available, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

The best decision I’ve made this year! This is my first apartment and I have all the amenities I need. The building is clean and the service at the front desk is lovely.

Very happy here! The staff are friendly and the location is perfect if you work in uptown but close to great boroughs for other activities. Thank you.

My first apartment in the U.S. has been a great experience, offering a wonderful living environment that I’m very satisfied with. However, as a Tesla owner, I often face challenges with charging since the designated EV spots are frequently occupied. This inconvenience has been a recurring issue, making it difficult to keep my car charged efficiently. While the apartment community itself is pleasant, the lack of available EV charging solutions has added some frustration to an otherwise positive experience. I hope the management will consider expanding the charging infrastructure to accommodate the increasing number of electric vehicle owners.

I love living at the Francis. It’s very well maintained and it is hands down one of the most convenient locations in Charlotte. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the apartments are stunning. Nothing bad to say about this place.

The Francis was an amazing place to live! Sad to be moving out of North Carolina, but would highly recommend anyone to live here! Amenities, concierge, and the people make this place a perfect home!

Cristina and Catherine have gone above and beyond to make my stay here enjoyable. They are good listeners and consistently kind. I would never know if they are having a bad day because of the smiles a the love that they show towards residents. I must say all of the workers here have a great attitude.

Extremely helpful leasing staff who genuinely want to assist residents. Friendly neighbors, and clean community environment. Amenities are well kept and plentiful.

The location is convenient, with easy access to local amenities and transportation. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great environment to come home to after a busy day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here.

The building no longer offers benefits to quality of living, conditions, and price compared to other buildings in the area. It would take a lot for management to make and enforce the necessary adjustments and changes.

My experience moving into The Francis has been amazing. Everyone on the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. It’s hard to move into a new city, but they have made it much easier. From my first experience with Leylanny to the concierge team, they are first class!

Six months have passed since I started living in the United States. During this time, I have found life in the apartment to be very comfortable, and the surrounding environment to be wonderful. First of all, the neighbors are very kind and always greet me with a smile. Thanks to them, I was able to live in a new place without worry. The apartment also has a wide range of facilities, and I especially like the fact that I can use the gym and pool. These facilities are very helpful in maintaining my health and are also a great place to relax. In addition, there is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, and CVS on the first floor, so you can find almost everything you need for daily life. Transportation is also good, and the highway is close by and easy to access. With all these elements, life in the apartment is very comfortable and I can spend my days with little stress.

Overall this has been a great experience! I'm going to miss the staff at The Francis - the leasing, concierge, maintenance teams are all outstanding.

I love the community events, the amenities, and the concierge team. Superb community. I don’t love my apartment itself, all the units are on the small side but everything else exceeds expectations and there’s nothing that can be done regarding apartment layout/size so it’s still 5 stars for me.

Living here is peaceful. The location is perfect where there's never much commotion outside. The amenities are enjoyable and clean. i haven't been able to attend many community events due to scheduling differences but would like to in the future.

Love it here especially the front desk workers Karen and the whole staff have been a great help to me. They are all ver kind and sincere. If I need lost and found, directions, a listening ear or encouragement the list goes on and on!

The residence offers a wide range of benefits, including an excellent location, essential nearby shops, breathtaking views from the apartments, a friendly community, attentive concierge service, prompt maintenance, and modern digital amenities. I have no complaints whatsoever.

So far so good. Neighbors are friendly. Amenities are clean. Staff is friendly and make it an effort to greet you by name. View is amazing and location is good as it's right off the main street so it's mostly quiet, but walking distance to all the activities.

Love living at the Francis. Catherine at the concierge is amazing! We’ve had issues with the fire alarm going off over the years, but they are quick to address issues.

The Francis has the best location -- next to a light rail station, on top of a Whole Foods, and a minute away from a CVS. Amenities are great, and a lot less random fire alarms so far than compared to last year!

The community is stellar. The view from my apartment is beautiful. Currently there is a bit of maintenance happening which I appreciate but is a bit inconvenient. The staff is friendly and the neighbors I have met so far are pleasant.

Incredible experience in the first 6 months. Crystal clear communication from management. Dog park, pool, and gym are amazing amenities! The apartment is the nicest in the uptown area and if there are any issues, maintenance is immediately responsive to it!

Great apartment with really good staff and amenities. It has been a fun experience having dogs living here as well due to the fact that the apartment has a dog park.

I would give a solid 5 if the dog park was taken better care of, and people actually getting fined if they don’t clean up after their dog. It might make them think twice before they do it again.

I continue to enjoy The Francis for its friendly staff and well-maintained property. The fitness center and pool are outstanding. The Francis is also located in a terrific spot with easy access to the City.
