I recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this would be a great place to call home. Now that I’ve settled in, I can confidently say this apartment community has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Fell in love with the building as soon as I toured! Staff is super helpful, move in was a breeze, and loving living here. Apartment interiors are fantastic and great appliances.

I love it, no complaints. My move in process was smooth and quick. The co work room is super convenient because I work from home and I love that the gym is 24 hours. I’m minutes away from everything and my neighbors are respectful. I love it!

I’ve been living in this apartment for the past six months, and it’s been a solid experience overall. The location is amazing—although nothing is close enough to walk to if you drive everything is close to tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Commuting is super easy too, with public transit just a few blocks away and easy access to major highways.

I love it here! The staff is helpful and friendly, the complex is always clean, the monthly event perks are fantastic, and the amenities are more than I could ask for! Rent is expensive! But you are getting what you pay for at Novel West Midtown. There are many other expensive apartments in Atlanta that don't take care of the building infrastructure or residents nearly as well. I've only lived here for 6 months, but so far I have nothing but positive things to say about the current management team.

The onsite staff at Novel West Midtown is incredibly accommodating and top-notch. Novel West Midtown is an excellent place for professionals seeking modern apartment living, co-working, and a genuine community vibe.

My experience with Cheyenne was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and a big reason why I applied. The rest of the staff is amazing too and have been a great help.

I’ve been living here since August 2023 and recently transferred to a different unit in September. Overall, the apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The staff is very friendly, and the neighborhood has a welcoming atmosphere. However, I’ve encountered a few issues. There have been some minor maintenance delays, and it can take a few days to hear back. Another concern has been the shutters, which sometimes prevent residents from going up to their units, causing the first floor to get crowded. Additionally, I've noticed that some guests in the building can be loud and disruptive at times. I also received an unexpectedly high fine for just having my room repainted, which felt excessive. Despite these issues, I’ve had a positive experience overall and am happy with my stay!

I love the finishes inside the unit. The black hardware and sage doors are very chic. It’s a mid-rise building, so noise can be annoying but my neighbors try to adhere to the quiet hours so that’s good.

The process of signing a lease and moving in has been smooth! I love my unit and the property as well as the location!! The complex feels very warm and like home yet it’s very close from downtown and many restaurants

Property management (Kevin) was a great help! Management is extremely helpful and communicative! Moving in was smooth and efficient with the loading doc and personal freight elevator!

Great community, staff and location. Maintenance is quick and efficient and there are always wonderful events being planned. Not only that but the units are beautiful and the community is usually pretty quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this community. The one downside is that there can be a bit of Sunday traffic due to a nearby church but its not too bad.

Apartment is nice. The amenities are nice. Residents are inconsiderate which makes it an unpleasant experience. If you can't deal with people who can't follow community rules then this is not for you. Staff is nice.

Great environment, surrounded by trees. Areas are kept clean. Easy access to pool area and clubhouse. Staff friendly and courteous. Apartment layout great. Appliances brand new. Even activities are planned each month. You are informed.

Love love love this place. This is the best building I’ve ever lived in. The staff is amazing and my unit is perfect. So perfect that my boyfriend moved here. My best friend, her boyfriend AND her mom will be moving here later this month.

I’ve only moved in a couple days ago but I can already tell that I made the right choice when signing a lease at Novel. My apartment is beautiful and I love the nature surrounding the entire apartment. From what I see, the events here are also top tier I can’t wait to start experiencing life here. It’s so nice to be able to feel like I’m taking my dog on a walk through the park. The amenities are beautiful, this is definitely a complex where you can’t wait to invite friends and family over. A lot of apartments in Atlanta claim to be Luxury but this truly feels like luxury. The staff is nice, the property is very clean and it’s extremely quiet back here which I love. Still in the city but not having to hear the noise. The apartments have smart systems set up, you can turn your lights on/off, give guests access to the building, control thermostat all from an app.

I have been living at Novel West Midtown for over a year now. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The only downside is the noise, since Novel is not a high rise there is no concrete between floors. Other than that, I have no complaints! Best apartment I’ve lived at, in a central location within the city.

Since Day 1, my experience has been amazing. Constant resident events happening every month, property amenities are beautiful, and the staff is incredible - Melissa, Renard, Kevin, Cheyenne, Kimia, Malcolm, and Arnold. Literally the best experience I've had in the many apartments I've lived in!

i love Novel. Leasing Staff , Amenities, Cleanness, the area, etc. all play a huge roll and i have no issues with living here so far. 10/10.

Great community. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The common areas are pretty clean and well design and well appointed. The apartments size are rather small. And there is no rooftop.

So far so good. I wish that other residents would understand what a compact car is when parking in the parking garage and to respect the speed limit. Pet park could use closed trash cans to make the area more enjoyable. Other than that it is a great place with a great staff and enjoyable! Dont like that we have to pay for the common area power (like build it into the rent) also if we have to pay then make hallway lights and parking garage lights motion sensor lights.

We are loving living here so far! The apartment complex is so clean, has beautiful, unique amenities, awesome, cozy outdoor spaces, and super friendly staff!

Just moved here and love it so far. The tour was great and the apartment is new so super clean. The bathrooms are really spacious, and the club house is so spacious and earthy. Love the inclusion of coworking spaces, makes this place ideal for remote workers & students!

The staff have been absolutely amazing and accommodating mostly. I had to move pretty urgently and they helped to ensure my home was ready for me on day one.

Good location, good amenities, and good activations! I truly enjoy living at the novel west-midtown. The only con is the lack of wifi/reception in the hallways.
