Over priced and they don’t tell you that all utilities billed through them add up to over 100$ and the trash pick up is a joke some nights they don’t come and I have proof we have a ring camera. 155$ for wifi is outrageous and the smart home they expect you to set up. They never actually changed filters or batteries I’ve done that on my own out of pocket.

I truly love this place. It makes me feel like I belong somewhere. The place I was at previously made me feel like I was in a prison cell and with this new place it makes me feel like I’m in my own throne room plus the amenities here are fantastic. Gives me the opportunity to stay out of my apartment to where I’m not spending so much money like on electricity or gas or even water Plus being able to invite my friends and family over to hang out is a bonus as well.

It’s not a bad complex, I wish they didn’t make you pay for trash services, because I don’t even use it. A little over priced for what I actually live in. It’s a nice apartment until you start looking behind the dishwasher, and at the baseboards, if it was cheaper I’d be a lot happier here. No complaints with the neighbors. Not a fan of some of the services they do, like when someone will be entering my apartment at any given time, I wish they would consider graveyard workers more in that sense.

Moving in was a struggle with the apartment being dirty but the apartment is great overall. I really love the kitchen and the carpets! My neighbors are friendly and the staff are great! They've been very responsive to any issues I've had!

In 10 months fire alarms have gone off atleast 4 times that weren’t drills. This is our 2nd time living here and this time in the first 4 months we had people come in for inspection and leave the patio door open and then a week later had someone show up trying to get in that was at the wrong apartment so they didn’t even double check before unlocking our door and trying to come in. Also the front office isn’t that great about answering their phones.

I've only been at NOVI for less than 2 weeks but so far, amazing! Due to time constraints I had to reserve the unit sight unseen but after looking at tons of apartments this was by far the best choice. The unit kitchen, living room and bathrooms are extremely large and spacious. There is ample counter-space and top notch appliances. Key access is easy with ample parking.

Police show up pretty often and the halls stink. Took them half a year to fix the entry doors so instead of having 3 doors to the floor there was only one, super inconvenient.

I love the apartment. Very few complains, some of the areas on the apartment are off leveled and feel a little wonky when you walk on them. Some of the common areas are a little messy but I know that is a matter or residents education and habits, but that could be improved. Amenities are very good and the staff is amazing and kind.

The living conditions are good, but there is no noise enforcement. We’ve had neighbors say once the beginning making loud noises and causing disturbances all hours of the night, up until 4:00am on occasion.

Great place! Great space and floor plan I’m in love. Very quiet and convenient. Very helpful with the trash valet. Free parking and cover parking too which is a plus for snowy season.

very good place to live. super comfortable, people are friendly. The people in the office are always there to assist you at any time. especially Ana, always cordial and giving good service. The hallways are a little dirty but they will be cleaned within a month. I would stay another year for sure

Apartments are a little older and for the price, it’s overpriced for sure. It’s a nice area. Amenities could be better. Lawn care could be maintained more to keep dog droppings more to a minimum. We are charged monthly with our rent for pest control, but we have had a huge ant problem and have killed 4 spiders in the last 10 days.

I like the space overall but I would do 3 out of 5 because somethings like, the gate to the pool on the east side is broken and has been since we moved in. Also the pool is always a mess. I have been taking it upon myself to clean it up anytime I go over there. Also there has been garbage continually left in the trash room. There has been a night stand in the hall for almost a week now. Just seems like not enough people care residents and staff at Novi

Me and my boyfriend have been here for about a year now and haven’t had any issues. Management is helpful and amazing, as well as the maintenance team. The moment I put in a service request they are either here same day or by the next day.

Nothing clean about this place. Poorly taken care of, hallways are always dirty and stink. Poop inside and outside due to residents not cleaning up after their own dogs. Poop on side walks and in building entrances, EVERYTHING IS DIRTY.

It’s a good place to live. Mostly safe. The apartments are nice and have good sound proofing so you generally don’t hear your neighbors. We enjoy the nice gym and pool.

Living here in Jordan Valley Station is awesome. The layout of the community is great easy access to everything close by my favorite part. Are the people in the front office there with the quick smile and to answer any questions and help with any situation
