The quiet town of South Apopka is just west of Lake Apopka with a population around 5,000. South Apopka is a very affordable part of Orlando, Florida with great rental opportunities. Residents love that South Apopka feels like country living but with city conveniences to shopping and restaurants.
South Apopka is in the Orange County Public School District with Wheatley Elementary School in the neighborhood and other public schools in close proximity. A great place in South Apopka for family fun is Tangerine Field, where you’ll find RCACF. On approximately 50 acres, you can learn how to operate remote control model airplanes and watch them fly.

The staff is friendly. However, I have had many problems with my appliances since moving in this weekend and maintenance has only been by once to troubleshoot one issue. I believe there should have been an apartment inspection prior to move in.

Novo is a great brand new community. My experience have been great. The rent is average for the area. I wish it was resources to help single parents

Not good. My apartment was not cleaned properly. The bathroom sink is leaking. The window in the bedroom is cracked. Also, this is the 2nd apartment that was not ready for move-in. The 1st one that I originally moved in was in even worst condition. No excuse for a place that is brand new and charge so much. And have rules like no smoking. Fix this problem asap.

Very beautiful place, and quiet. I love the spacious kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious. So far no complaints. Management was also very nice.

It’s a nice place. But the spiders and noise issues keep this community from being five star worthy. I constantly hear my neighbor with his surround sound every night. Even before he purchased the surround sound we could hear conversations. It’s a serious issue and not sure why they made the walls so then. The spiders are in the pool area and the gym. Some of the equipment didn’t work in the gym. So you can’t enjoy the amenities. For a while the bikes couldn’t be checked out. Maybe that has been fixed. Not a good start for just moving into this apartment complex. Hopefully things will change for the better.

I love living here. Everyone is friendly, I can’t breathe better because I have very bad allergies but the air is great and you have everything you may want. Enough space, storage, a dog park, pool and so much. I would recommend anybody to move here.

I moved in here in June and I absolutely love living here the management is great. Maintenance always do their best to fix any issues you might have. There also is community welcome wagon and they plan special events all the time overall I would recommend this community to any of my friends or family.

A lot of the people that live here leave trash around the complex and make the place look like a dump. The leasing office is full of some of the most unhelpful and rude people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They hate having to do their jobs and they make promises that they do not follow through with. Internet is out half the time; the door locks never work so you can’t even lock your own apartment to keep your belongings safe when you leave the house. You pay extra money to have smart features in the apartment (thermostat controlled by your phone, unlocking and locking the front door with your phone, etc) and not a single one of the “smart features” have ever worked since I’ve moved in. And maintenance doesn’t know how to fix them! The postal companies never provide you with a code to get your mail out of the mailroom and the leasing office will fight you every step of the way when trying to retrieve packages and blame YOU for not having a code that was never provided.

**Review of Novo Avian Pointe Apartments** I've been living at Novo Avian Pointe Apartments for a couple of months now, and overall, it's been a good experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, featuring sleek interiors with brand new smart appliances, which makes everyday life more convenient. The community itself is very clean and smoke-free, which I really appreciate. It's also eco-friendly, which aligns with my values, so that’s a huge bonus! The amenities are top-notch, and everything feels fresh and new. However, there were a couple of hiccups when I moved in. My washer wasn't working properly, and I noticed the apartment wasn't checked as thoroughly as I would have liked before my move-in day. Although it took a bit of time, the maintenance team eventually fixed the issue. The biggest downside for me is that bugs can get in sometimes, which has been frustrating at times. Despite that, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I still enjoy living here.

Apartment is beautiful. Complex is beautiful. Move-in was rough as the apt was full of bugs and dirt and was not move in ready. Once we got passed that it’s been pretty good.

Very easy process staff are very friendly. I was running late to sign my lease and get my keys and one of the staff stayed to make sure I was taken care of… I was so happy they did this for me . Anytime I called and needed help with anything or simply a question answered. They were always there to answer.

Neighborhood is really nice and family oriented. The area is a very friendly one so far. The three issues I’m having are: BUGS, specifically spiders everywhere, loud music, and the gates are not working. You can ask any resident and they’ll tell you about the spiders/ants in the halls, stairs, door entrance, everywhere. It’s driving us crazy!

Great place to live so far. Staff is great and responsive. Amenities are great and never crowded. Most places are 10-15 minutes away and there is a long stretch road that has everything you would need

So far I like it here. Have only been here for a month and it’s nice. It is pretty buggy but we are right next to woods so it’s expected. But overall pretty nice.

The best apartment community I have lived in beautiful spacious apartments and friendly leasing staff. I would recommend this community to all my family and friends
Staff is friendly, but unresponsive at times. Communication is difficult. Move in went pretty good, just no hot water for the first few days and first bill was incorrect. Property looks great, and pool area is amazing. Pretty cool how they do community events as well
I’ve only been here a few days. It’s nice and relaxing feels like I’m on vacation. Thus far, everyone is nice and friendly. I love the look of the complex and the amenities they offer.
Overall my experience has been good. The complex is quiet and the staff is welcoming. The only thing that was a bit concerning was the issues with various things when I first moved in. The water pressure was low for the master shower and water was not hot. The issue was not resolved for a couple days. Also the fans were not running properly. Other than those things my experience has been good.
Very nice Community to live in amenities are amazing. The staff that works here listens to the residence and are very kind a wonderful community for small families.

great management & great apartment! i am absolutely obsessed w my new place, i couldn’t be happier. Jalie and Adrian helped us move in & the process was quick & easy. they take great care of everyone that walks through the doors.

We've loved living here! Even though there have been some maintenance issues (which we understand are just part of the experience when moving into a brand new construction), the maintenance team has been so attentive and helpful in getting those problems resolved. Also, the leasing staff is so friendly and the amenities are incredible.

It's been a great experience! we love the design work and format plans on the building and amenities everything is so well thought out more than any place I've been to, as well as the staff is so kind and there to help and it's so appreciated .
