My experience in making Novo Hickory Highlands my residence has been a wonderful experience so far. the staff members are very courteous and result oriented, they won’t let an issue linger without taking action and making your they’re dealt with promptly!!!
Actually everything is fine, I love my house but I am worried about security and I have a complaint because the rent is so expensive for us when we have such security.
I love Novo so far very clean resident. The office staff is always nice and very helpful when I come into the office! As well as maintenance they are always willing to help!
I love being a resident at Novo Hickory Highlands. My neighbors are friendly and the office staff is welcoming with open arms to anyone. I can’t wait until the summer time to enjoy the pool and grill area :)!
The apartments on it’s own is very beautiful, but dealing with the first management team and now this one, there were safety issues that just now been implemented since I’ve been living here in august. That’s just my very on experience.
I’ve been living here since July of 2024, it’s been a peaceful and well secured property, my neighbor's are so welcoming. Not to mention to office staff and the maintenance crew. I give this property a 20/20 because of its very high security, no loophole for non resident and I like that, as a new mom I really love here for me and my family.
The apartments are nice and well laid out. I also appreciate the maintenance staff. They’re friendly and courteous. The original office staff were disorganized and made me feel like an inconvenience from the moment I signed my lease. I had to inquire multiple times to just get a dollar amount for the deposit and partial month’s rent. Then there were constant problems with residents. I informed the office of seeing someone running between my building and #3 with a gun raised in the air. Nothing was done. Next week a murder took place. Appreciate new office staff. They’re nice. I don’t understand the new parking rules. I basically cannot have anyone over without major planning to attempt to acquire a guest pass? Or else I have to have them park somewhere else? I feel like a prisoner or teenager, and that isn’t how I’ve spent my adult life. I work the majority of the time the office is open, so will never be able to have anyone over without fear of towing.
Poorly managed. To many turn over in office. Been here 5 months and still can't access residents portal. Not enough parking. Too many rules added, not in the lease. This place needs help.
Nice newly built community. However, there is not enough parking for the amount of tenants living on the property, especially in the front. Also, the two bikes have not worked in the gym since i moved in. Additional workout equipment being added would be a plus. Overall, it is a decently average community considering the area.

Nice apartment complex used to have nice staffing until a situation happen and complete new staff happened. New rules keeps getting at all with consequence, but unfortunately, the rules are not being communicated clearly which is causing situations. parking for residence and guest have become an issue
