I would recommend this apartment community to others because the residence is clean and the managers are really nice & transparent.
I would recommend these apartments because of the homey environment and the activities they have for the children after school and a plus is I'm disabled and was told they could meet my need in making it accessible for me
The staff was so pleasant and very informative. They made me feel at home this was the first time in 37 years that I rented a apartment. The office staff made the move stress free.
It just feels like home... And home is where the heart is
Because it is close to the medical center. And both college. And a lot of other things.
Great staff and community is friendly. Apartment looks very nice and feels homey
YES because everyone from the office management down is exceptional
Everyone that I encountered on my tour was very friendly and helpful
Because anything needs to be repaired. They are quickly to respond.
I'd recommend as it was possibly the best apartment I've been in, but I'd still advise them on the two issues mentioned above, roach and paint.
I like that the maintenance staff shows that they personally care in conversation but NOT in their actions.
I started living in Nubia as a PhD Student & I'm proud to comment that the community was conducive for to conduct my doctoral studies with ease. All my needs at the time were met.
I feel safe and everything around here is convenient not to far from my elderly mom
YES

I would recommend this apartment community to family because it seems safe,it has a family-friendly environment,it?s a gated area and the apartment are well kept and nice.
We love living here. Once they sprayed a couple times and we kept things in sealed containers the bug problem subsided like in any older building. We didn't flood during Harvey and being close to UH and midtown with the price we pay is perfect for what we need. We've always felt safe in the area and welcome by the people living around us.
The complex is worth recommendation. Can the get gets fixed please? Bldg 1, gets woken everytime a car passes through
The office is very personal and helpful the property is clean and safe take care of your concerns right away
I would it's quiet and everbody respects your property and staff is always nice and friendly
It's really a nice, quiet place to live. It's centrally located and if you have any issues, they take care of them asap.
Recommend to anyone wanting a cheap place close to downtown that don't plan to use laundry facilities.
I have lived here since February of 2013. At first I really liked the apartment. It was somewhat remodeled when I moved and they continued touching up the complex piece by piece. The space in my apartment(2 bedroom/1 bath), was decent. Both bedrooms were pretty big. However the closet in what would be considered the master bedroom was smaller than the one In the second bedroom. Also the racks in it were somewhat flimsy. The worst thing about this place was the fact that they didn't do a great job cleaning it before I moved in. There was a serious infestation of roaches. Also my rent was stated to be 750 per month. But I probably paid that amount once out of the whole time I actually stayed there. They're too finger happy when it comes to charging you late fees however.
The apartments that I stay in are centrally located, on the bus lines, grocery stores, restaurants and department stores. They maintenance at the apartments is great and it's a quiet area. Also, it's located right around the corner from my job.
Nubia is a good and affordable place to live in if you are a student. it is close to university of houston and the bus that goes to the hcc main campus passes right in front of the complex
