Property Ratings at Number 10 Main Street
I moved into my unit at Number 10 back in July and the AC has consistently gone out at least 2-3 times each month. The management team doesn’t answer the phone and the online work order I entered at 9:30 this morning has yet to be followed up on. It’s currently 3:30 and I have no clue if they’re doing anything to get the AC back on. The fire alarm is also set off at least 2 times each month.
I have had a broken toilet since July. Employee that lives next to me plays his TV so loud that I lost 2 pieces of art. Shower has never worked in 2 years. Blinds were supposed to be replaced 2 years ago, but the management got fired for embezzlement so that never happened. DONT APPLY HERE.
Property Manager at Number 10 Main Street, Responded To This Review
We are very sorry to learn about this. We apologize for any delay in addressing the repairs needed in your bathroom and replacing your blinds. Please email us at communications@pegasusresidential.com so that we can work to resolve these concerns. Thank you.
Months of fruit flies, still isn't any better. Smells like trash throughout the hallway and sometimes lingers in the apartments. I've spotted a few cockroaches in the apartment. Aparment isn't updated for how much rent is, on top of having to pay for monthly parking. Old appliances.
I've been living at Number 10 Main for a year, and I love it. Maintenance is quick to respond and mgt staff are friendly. Your in walking distance to everything and the area is very safe. I love the downtown area. The only thing I don't like is paying for monthly parking.
