The parking Valet team are amazing! We have had Wonderful parking service! We have a great view or the city from our apartment. Otherwise, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Happy to call NV home! The building is modern and well maintained. Everyone who works here has gone above and beyond to make every aspect easy and comfortable. Definitely made the right choice!

NV is everything you could ask for. From being conveniently located to everything to comfortable living to clean modern units and even the friendly/helpful staff. Bad reviews that you may read online are pretty much subjective and a thing of the past. It definitely seems that the current staff has looked to improve and built upon on every complaint or bad review they have gotten from before. We've been enjoying the experience so far.

The staff are excellent here at NV; they are very inclusive, kind, and approachable. Maintenance orders are filled quickly and the work is efficient. The amenities are clean and all of the residents are conscientious of others too! Overall a really good place to live.

NV is the first place I’ve moved to in Portland where I feel like my home is home sweet home. So happy I made the decision to move here!

I recently moved here and from the tour to the move in, the staff has been welcoming, kind and extremely helpful! The neighborhood is wonderful and proximity to the park is wonderful

NV is an amazing place to live. Andrea and Daezha go above and beyond in the front lobby to handle all of my necessities home-wise and max and Sean are always on top of my maintenance requests! The views from the amenity space during the summer are breathtaking and I haven’t had an issue with many things since I’ve moved in. I am well taken care of and at home at NV.

This is the worst apartment I ever had. Neighbors smoke weed, through the vent everything ends up in your apartment, management is helpless to solve the issue. If you're not a pothead and have a slightest regard for your health avoid this place.

NV Portland is a great please to live at. Everybody is very helpful, and are there to answer you any questions you have.

So far living at NV has been a great experience. The apartment layouts made sense more than any other building I looked into in Portland. The finishes are nice and everything is very clean and well-maintained. Front office staff has always been helpful and very friendly. The building feels safe and secure which was of great importance to me when choosing a building. No complaints!

Poor security, sound control and cleanliness of overall building.

NV is an amazing property to live at! The location is perfect, apartments have high end finishes, gorgeous views, and very friendly/professional staff. The amenities are great are as well and valet is a very luxurious perk. Work order's are done in a timely manner and communication with the team is exceptional. I'm so glad I chose NV as my home.

Short of the mask issue I may have failed to bring up, the place is great and would rent again and recommend to others.

Overall experience is great. From amenities to management it's exactly what you're looking for when looking for a luxury building. One of the top places I've ever lived at.

Terrible property management, no foresight to deal with current situations, laziness, and lack of concern. Residence pay a premium to live in the building because of amenities and greystar has done zero to accommodate. Many other buildings in the area have proactively created applications to ensure safe usage of their gym and NV has done nothing. The facts that they still pay to have full staff without trying to accommodate any amenities is a huge lack of responsibility. The NV should change property management companies with another that will actual work to support the residence

NV Apartments in Portland is amazing- everyone who works in the building is super friendly and helpful, the location cannot be beat, it's very secure, neighbors are friendly (and have the cutest dogs!), the amenities are wonderful, and there is even valet parking for the residents. I can't think of a better place to live in Portland!

We just moved into NV recently and have been thoroughly impressed with the building and people here. We love it here and would recommend it to anyone!

My first year at the NV was brilliant - it was my gateway to Portland. My experience the past year has been a contrast to the first. There is a lot of potential, so I hope effort and investment are directed to making the experience even better than the initial year, for myself and everyone who get to call the NV home.

In my apartment search, NV stood out as a newer, cleaner and more community-focused property than others in the Pearl and Northwest neighborhoods. The service provided by members of the leasing team has been exceptional. They've been responsive and knowledgeable in all my questions and concerns.

The NV community is everything we could of asked for. Location, amenities, staff and apartments layouts are all you could ask for. We are excited be apart of a great community.
