Thank you! We love hearing that you enjoy living with us, and we love that you are here at NXNW!!
NxNW has spacious modern units with upgrades available. The gym is two stories, there is a full study center, resort style pool, and on-site marketplace. NxNW has the best units and amenities in Tallahassee and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be renewing!
Super friendly staff, like Emma in the office! :))

Thank you! We love hearing that you enjoy living with us, and we love that you are here at NXNW!!
The refrigerator in the apartment was replaced although it was working well. The "new" refrigerator completely stopped working within a few days. It took weeks to get it replaced with one that has no ice maker. Told to send receipts for spoiled food but management has never returned any emails or phone calls since. Moving out at the end of the lease. Overpriced, bad management.

This place is TOTAL CRAP! 1 Star is way too many. The model they show you does NOT in any way resemble the apt. they will stick you in. EVERYTHING is Filthy from day 1, the AC was off and FULL of mold when we walked in. Moved into a unit that was 89 degrees no AC at all. They don't change the filters, EVER. The washer was full of mold, they caulked over the mold in the tub instead of actually cleaning it. The floors, carpet, and furniture had never been cleaned and smelled bad. Several roaches and even dirty underwear left behind from other tenant. Dogs could have lived there alone and it would have been cleaner. They smile and LIE straight to your face. SUING FOR EVERY PENNY and moving out ASAP!!

I’ve subleased form this apartment and never received a checklist for the condition of the apartment. The property also will not tell you if you are subleasing that you need to pay on the spot upon your check in. They spend a lot of their efforts trying to catch you off-guard. After move-out and completing their checklist with their cleaning commands, they will still charge you ridiculously for knit-picky things or for things that aren’t true. Unfortunately, this occurred to many of the tenants in the complex during the duration of my lease, so it was to be expected. After spending a full week of cleaning the place and hours upon hours of effort. They charge you like you did next to nothing, even after room inspections happened weeks before (nearly $300)! If you’re thinking about living here because of affordability, please rethink because it all adds up. They are a very sneaky complex taking advantage college students and their money.

Thank you! We love hearing that you enjoy living with us, and we love that you are here at NXNW!!
I liked the apartment at first and thought the amenities were good but upon move out, I have realized all they are after is money. Being a college student, we are not loaded with money and we seek to save. My mom and I spend 16 hours cleaning the place, making it look good. I was later charged $300 for things the complex should already doing. Including cleaning the apartment and repainting. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend living here.
I really enjoyed living at NXNW unil March. As everyone knows, March brought Covid-19, and with it a lot of problems. All of the amenities were shut down. However, there was never even a thought in lower the price of rent. I did not mind paying the rent when there were classes in person, and I had a study area to go to in the common area, but now classes were remote (there were only about 20% of residents living there from March 1 July), and all of the amenities were shut down. Fast forward to move out, my roommate and I were hit with outrageously inflated fees. Things like $25 for a piece of trash being left in a kitchen drawer and $38 for dust on my table in my room. Things that are overlooked at other places being charged at outrageous prices. Of course, there is no remorse from the property manager when these things are brought to their attention. If you choose to live here, make sure that you are incredibly thorough in your movein checklist, and even more thorough in your moveout checklist. They are looking for you to forget a piece of trash in the corner of your room, so they can charge you.
The management is so awful and unhelpful. They will enter your apartment/schedule move-ins without even hours notice. The place is so unclean and very unsafe. The staged apartment and tour looks great, til you live here and realize that the apartments haven’t been professionally cleaned/repainted in years and everything breaks down. So not worth the price.
The positive: the outside looks pretty and has some flowers, you get trash valet (2 bags maximum, if not you WILL get charged). The bad: the management sucks-- and I mean, everyone from the manager herself to the office staff are incompetent (one person in particular was always on her phone and could not be bothered to help when I came in). I was given the incorrect decal on move-in day but didn't know it (I DON'T WORK THERE)--I eventually got towed from my reserved parking spot (I pay a monthly fee of $25). I tried asking help from management to sort out the mistake (made on their behalf since they are the ones who gave me the wrong decal). Their response? "That is your own fault and responsibility, that's not on us." Speaking of fees, they'll charge you for everything: put out an extra garbage bag? fee. Your parents or family are coming to visit you for the weekend? parking fee. Another issue, you might as well become a handyman/woman before moving in, because maintenance won't help. Did I go over a month having to do laundry at a friend's houses? Yes. Why? Because NXNW refused to fix it. Did they do anything to fix our tv? You guessed it-- Nope. On another note, they offer free starbucks coffee for all residents. What they don't say is that the machine is broken half the year and the other half you deal with an extremely dirty area with no creamers/ sugars (except the ones spilled on the counter). They also have the amenity of "free printing." But make sure to bring paper and patience, because the 80's printer has been jammed for the past 2 years. NXNW does have overnight security. Great right? Think you'll be in a safe "gated" community? Think again! The security guard locks himself in his car or leans against it while smoking, or just plain leaves before his time to clock out. They have a double gate... though I am still trying to figure out what for, since sketchy men continuously walk through the parking lots. I could go on and on about so many issues I had with this community, but I'll just leave it at that. I am not one to write reviews, and you guys can do as you will; I felt it my civil duty to share my experience with others so that before moving in, they are warned of what they are getting into. This place is externally pretty, but everything that you get roped into after putting pen to paper and signing your 12 month contract is really not worth it.
This place is full of crime. There are people making sounds like a baby is crying outside of doors to try and get girls to open their doors. There have been strange older men (like 40s-50s) banging on girls’ doors in the middle of the night. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is TERRIBLE. You will not get your mail or packages.
Anytime you ask for maintenance to come and fix something you have to wait at least a week for anyone to come and thats after calling multiple times and having to remind them so they don't forget. They are so rude and condescending to everyone who lives here and only if you have a parent call and complain can you get any respect. They take any opportunity to gauge prices and all deals and specials that are "offered" when asked about they no longer exist. All other apartment complexes offer many fun activities that people living here can take part in but they truly do give the bare minimum. This place is was to expensive and does not offer nearly as much as other places. HIGHLY suggest looking somewhere else.
Have been trying to get both fixed with the front office for months or weeks respectively. Also a friend got towed from a visitor spot here at ~9:30 (before towing hours) over all it has been a horrible experience and I highly regret living here for 2 years. It seems like a nice place but DONT BUY IT
The management here is beyond clueless and are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. They are all lazy and only care about taking advantage of college students by over charging them. Expect to pay for everything and putting a work order in is a waste of time. The property manager will laugh in your face when asking simple questions. Do yourself a favor and sign somewhere else.
The worst management in Tallahassee. The employees are some of the rudest people I have ever met and have zero customer service. The apartment is nice but this complex is not safe at all. Multiple car break ins and smashed windows and they said it was not their problem. Save yourself the overpriced rent and live somewhere else.
I could seriously write a plethora of reasons I hate nxnw (campus circle): towing, visitors parking that they have to pay for or else they get towed, fines for everything, they like to exploit college kids and get away with it, dog poop everywhere, maintanence, STAFF IS HORRIBLE, most appliances don’t work, and the list just continues. Any good review is probably staff that makes it, so literally don’t pay attention to them.
We moved into a disgustingly filthy apartment. We washed the floors 5 times before we even began to remove the sludge off of them. Same with the carpets, steam cleaned them 2x and finally figured it was fine. The baseboards, fans, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets/drawers, toilets, floors were disgusting and needed a deep cleaning. The furniture had years of crumbs and grime on them, we vacuumed them and then put blankets on them to sit. Things were generally ok throughout the year, a new management company came on board and we had hopes of things getting better. We originally signed with Campus Circle and the move out instructions were reasonable, return the apartment in "broom clean" condition, simple. However, towards the end of the lease in June, the new management company sent out a 4 PAGE list of things that needed to be done in order to not be charged upon move out. So when we moved out, we spent 2 days cleaning. Two months later we received an almost $300 "bill" for cleaning. Our roommate received a $450 bill. They charged for painting (we had a few small nail holes from hanging pictures, which we patched, as requested), cleaning, steam cleaning the carpets, steam cleaning the couch. So effectively they charged us for everything they should normally to transition any apartment. There was NOTHING more than "normal wear and tear" which is allowed by the Florida landlord/tenant statutes. We shouldn't have wasted our time cleaning anything, they would have charged us the same. If I had the time, I'd fight this. To me, they have stolen our money and are NOT REPUTABLE.
The staff and management here have absolutely no value for customer service. It took them over a month to replace the valve so that my toilet would flush properly and the fine print in the lease is aggresive and completely unfair to the renter. They will run up ridiculous charges upon move-out. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
The front office staff is rude, the rent is over priced, and the amenities are never working! It tooks over a month to fix a pedestrian gate and I'm still waiting for maintenance to paint a wall that I reported over a year ago. The wifi is spotty and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything neighbors are doing. The office staff does not car about noise complaints and ignores issues brought up many times. Also the prices on this website are wrong, the rent is even more expensive. They roam tow and charge $20 a month extra for parking.
Hides in her office and makes the staff take all of the complaints and then yells from her glass enclosed office because she can not deal with basic adult conversation. That is on top of all of the poor and incomplete maintenance of the property, pathetic parking situation and unfounded charges upon leaving. It is no ones best interest to live in this place, especially college students.
The management tries to be act like they are helpful but they do not care. The pool has been closed since November (it is now mid-January) and was told it would open on a particular day. Not too shocked, it was not open that day. I was also told the ellipticals that have been broken for A YEAR AND A HALF would be fixed, nope. They say all these amenities are included in rent but we are paying for things with no access or things that are broken. I cannot wait to move next year.
I have been living in Campus Circle since August and in my time living here FOUR of my friends have been towed from the parking lot. If you have friends that plan on ever staying over night DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are a total of 12 parking spots for 6 buildings, and they will tow your car if you decide to park in the actual lot. This has been such an issue for me, and the staff is not sympathetic whatsoever. If you are a social person, I would rethink signing a lease here.
I moved into a 2/2 not too long ago to Campus Circle in Tallahassee. I have to say, I was and am quite pleased with the amount of space there is. It is classy and has the essentials for a good living space. I came from a dorm on FSU to this I would not look back, especially since it comes with a washer and dryer in the apartment. On top of this, the clubhouse is also great. The Miami-style pool definitely gives a good vibe for anyone wanting to just sit back and relax. If you are a gamer (like me), there's always the game room on the second floor to hang out with some fellow nerds. There's also a gym that is fully stocked with the latest and greatest equipment. Did I mention there's FREE STARBUCK'S!?!?!? Nothing like a good cup o' joe in the morning to start off the day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a classy place to live!
Walked around many and looked around for many apartments in tally some look amazing and they try to suck you in into a deal and it turns out when you put some research into the place it has horrible reviews and maintence until I found campus circle and fell in love it's right around the corner from FSU campus (very convienant) researched the reviews and every single comment was something good and if it was a bad comment it was for a minor situation. I move on in the fall and I can't wait!
There is always garbage EVERYWHERE and it smells horrible and is unsanitary. The hallways, stairways and interior walkways need to be pressure cleaned and garbage collection daily and painted. The hallways are always filled with garbage and stinks. They attempted to repaint this summer but with the a non matching color which made the once beautiful and new development look slum- like and trashy. This facility could be well kept easily but it is not and there is NO excuse for that with the amount of money it costs to live here. If I had known that they were NOT going to repaint properly or collect the garbage and keep hallways clean, I would NOT have rented here. Also the guest parking in inadequate and they TOW even though there is not enough guest parking provided.
I am in a 4/4 and for what I'm paying I expected a much larger room. The amenities (gym, pool) are nice but not worth the price. They offer valet trash but then never come to get it so you're stuck with a smelly hallway and rancid garbage. The complex borders French town which is not a safe area. The WiFi umbrella is slow and I am constantly having to search for a connection. The appliances are poor, we had to replace the fridge and I have a feeling the garbage disposal will be next. Also we had to put in multiple maintenance requests to get someone to come out and even look at our fridge. The entire apartment is very cheaply constructed with vinyl flooring trying to pose as hardwood floors. Every weekend something is damaged and without fail there is always glass from shattered beer bottles all around the parking lot. While the situation here could be worse, save yourself the money and go elsewhere.
Great location but horrible policies. Worst parking in Tallahassee, get tickets and towed from my own community. Need photo id to get into pool and special wrist bands. People leave their trash everywhere. I pay too much money to live here to be treated like this, very over rated.
