Poorly maintained and shady

I moved to Oak Apartments thinking it would be a spectacular place to live for a while in Novato and soon I regretted it. The apartments are poorly maintained and outdated, the grounds aren't looked after that well, and the amenities are very dirty. Crime is also a problem here at Oak Apartments as stuff "disappears" from your patio or if you keep it outside. I lost an umbrella after I placed it to dry outside for 10 minutes and some times when I do laundry, some of my clothes are stolen! Very shady, dangerous, and poorly maintained. Move somewhere else, I know I want to!

Not bad, but outdated

Oak Apartments are in an ideal location in the Old Town center of Novato, where everything seems close by. They may seem to have a great price, but they are not worth it. They are dirty, not well maintained, and outdated (built in the 70's) I have not appreciated the services at this complex either.
