The office administrator has no clerical/office skills. She is slow and incompetent with completing annual certifications and adjustments in income. Her calculations are repetitively off causing errors and confusion in rental payments. The entire company personnel is related and will never admit to fault but blames everyone else for any issue or mistake. The company has became for profit mostly and will break many laws to have things go their way especially if you don't know any better. The company use to be a community/family oriented corporation but is now for gain only. Keep every document, receipt and record of any exchanges with office personnel because fraud is the #1 game played for profit. Be wise when dealing with this multi-million partnership.
