The few times I've needed maintenance, it was quick response time, work done correctly and quickly, and all the associates are very nice. See them periodically in the parking lot on their carts, and always a smile and a friendly wave from them all.

Great service and great explaining information about the apartment complex. Great staff if you need anything the staff are there to help out.

it’s was good experience to stay here one thing the good things is i requested to fix my toilet fo water liking and come fix the request tomorrow not one day late.

My stay has been well. It has almost been a year. Maintenance always comes fast when we have concerns. Management also tries to help out which is good.

Andrea was helpful however it was hard to get anyone on the phone and I had to physically drive to the office to get an update on the application. The apartment was also not cleaned. The floors were dirty and both toilet was not cleaned.

Very comfortables apartments, great space inside them, a good place to live. In the attention towards the resident I have had bad times with the leasing staff, they should improve their attention.

So far the experience has been great. The property is clean and there hasn’t been any issues. Maintenance is nice and the leasing agents are kind

I've been here a year now. Going on too maintenance is awesome. The guys in the front are wonderful any problems. They fixed it immelike I like it but the rent is just a little bit too high I like to better when I first moved in there.They rent was a little cheaper

Great clean property minus the roaches. Very quick and efficient when a maintenance request is put in clean property. Downside office never answer the phone. Outrageous charges that added on top of base rent every month $155 is ridiculous when other apartments only Charge you $40-$70 at the most. Paying $15 for fitness center maintenance fees which I don’t even go to the fitness room and if I wanna work out, there’s a planet fitness right down the street that only charges $10 for membership charge. I’m not using it is not inside of the apartment not part of the square footage . Trash people want pick up box’s and when stuff falls out of trash they leave it there in front of your door. I want to Transfer to another Luxury property. But was told I can’t do that and I would have to fill out another application and do the whole process plus all the fees like a new tenant which is not fair unheard of in my 44 years of living I have never heard that you can’t move to another property.

The staff is very nice and the maintenance is very efficient! It’s sad the people living here don’t pick up mess left by dogs or trash they leave on the ground, this is a very nice apartment complex compared to others I have seen. I just would have liked to know I was paying for water when I first applied to live here and not be surprised by that. It

As usual they fix my maintenance fast and efficiently here at Oak Forest. Management has improved the property extensively,especially in the last 2 years.

A nice complex with cool amenities. The gym is very good. The maintenance staff could be better. I didn't have a good experience regarding the office communication with me. It could be improved.

Been here since 2019, it is okay. The office staff has been great. Just wish my apt didn't have some issues like bugs and dirty neighbors that do not keep their hallways clean.

I love it here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The complex is well taken care of. When we moved here it was one of the best experience I ever had. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere.

Apartments are very nice a lot better than where I was at also, the inside of the apartments are very big fancy closet big bathrooms, I just Love I think I made a good Choice.

I can’t wait to get out of this complex. Seem to have rules for some people but not others and I am really sick of it…… Between not making people clean up after their animals, fines for things like an empty box on my balcony and not enforcing the drug policy. It’s ridiculous!!

I had a very good experience at Oak Forest. The maintenance works very well because it is fast. They are very respectful and competent in their work.

Maintenance crew is really good and on top of requests. The front office is very slow in responding and office phone just rings and rings. If you send them an email they won’t respond until 2 business days after. The additional fees are wack.

Since new management has been in place, we’ve felt more welcome in every way. Service has gotten better, they’ve worked with me in so many different situations when I needed assistance with my apartment. I am grateful for the staff and management.

Great place to live. It is centrally located in the DFW area, and the staff is always helpful. The neighbors are terrific as well. All the units have been updated with the best and most homey interiors.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. My daughter, who is renting her first apartment on her own for school, was assured that the unit would be clean and ready for her move-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell. We had to keep the windows open and the door ajar just to move her belongings in. The situation worsened when my daughter had an allergic reaction to the smell on her first night. She had to wait until Monday to file a complaint, and when she did, the response was less than helpful. An inspection was conducted, but the outcome claimed that no odor was detected, which seemed unbelievable given the strong smell we had encountered. Now, my daughter is in a position where she cannot live in these conditions and has no alternative place to stay. To make matters worse, breaking the lease will result in her losing a significant amount of money. This situation has been handled poorly, and my daughter has been treated unfairly. I would not recommend this complex based on our experience. I gave 1 Star because 0 is not an option.

Andrea was very polite and knowledgeable about the Oak Forest Community. Made my move in a breeze!!!! I’m expecting this to be a wonderful transition ??

The place is still great, theyre renovating and replacing appliances which is good. Management however needs to work on better communication and services.

I have now lived at Oak Forest for 3 1/2 years. The selling features for me were the covered parking, in-unit washer/dryer and location of the complex. I appreciate the fact that my third floor apartment is quiet. Oak Forest is constantly upgrading and maintaining the property. The Maintenance Team is always prompt and thorough when repairing items. I am glad to be living at Oak Forest!

I have lived here for almost a year, and the community is great. The people at the office are always so nice and helpful, and the rent is very reasonable!! I would recommend it. ??

The apartment complex is very nice, the people that work there are very professional and the inside of the apartment are great, like the fact that they come with washer and dryer

I moved in last year. My experience. My experience is that the maintenance guys are wonderful.The ladies at the front office is amazing and I'm just loving my new apartment.This would make my second year here

There are many roaches in the apartment especially in kitchen and bathroom even if areas are clean. I use roach spray and bait and they are still here

My move in was smooth and painless! Leasing office made sure that I was heard and taken care of in every aspect. They were able to answer my questions easiely and kept up with communication.

So far so good . I like oak forest. It has a gym. It has pools. Friendly neighbors. The complex is clean and well maintained. I can always get in touch with people in the office

Office staff can be hard to reach, b he are generally helpful/kind. apartment is generally in good condition, but several aspects were poorly planned. Otherwise, small maintenance items like loose faucets, missing door stops were the only items that are cause for concern. Overall for price, very good area and peaceful so far.

The walk way are filthy from the tenants leaving their garbage out, the walkway is so stained, I was told you can't leave your garbage bin or garbage outside your door, it don't look good at all??

We got in here smooth, and the lady that helped was super sweet I love the events also. Great sized bedrooms and great prices. I couldn’t ask for a better home

My time has been okay here, there’s a few things that can be worked on but I have already addressed that with the leasing office. I would consider renewing though, all bad things to the side. Very safe & comfortable environment

I’ve been here 4 years and in that time frame I truly adored how maintenance would out immediately assess the situation resolve the problems but now it may take up to a week for them to come out and then another week to resolve the problem. Management is not as transparent as it used to be

Have lived here a number of years. No issues with staff, maintenance is the best at addressing any issues that I have submitted. Easy access to major highways, eating places. Nice property with lots of trees.

Only three years here and this have been a good experience so far. The neighbors are nice and no disrespect from anyone. I enjoy the gym and pool area

Nice place to live , with good amenities and affordable rent. Near to grocery, gas stations. Pet friendly community, with gym and pool access. The great part is the movie nights and dj party near the pool

It seems like a fairly quiet complex to me, the attention in the office is excellent. Especially Miss Génesis who was our advisor. I recommend them 100%

Honestly, from the staff to the greenery on the property this community looks great. I am moving into a newly renovated unit and cant wait.

I regrettably signed a 15 month lease here. The pest issues made living here a nightmare. There were roaches everywhere. As soon as we moved in, we noticed them. Management didn’t seem to care. Pest control services came out multiple times and advised what they were doing wouldn’t fix the issue. That they would just have to come out weekly. The treatments did not help. Just an overall gross experience. Neighbors are always loud. The bass from neighbors music shakes the apartment at all hours of the day. The apartments are over priced. Cheap appliances and overall poor quality. I would never live here again and I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Where to begin. We moved in 2 years ago and all thing went downhill from there. I’m not one to complain but if I can help keep someone from making the mistake of living here, then I’ve accomplished my goal. Here’s a snapshot of what to expect when living here. Trash EVERYWHERE. The ONE compactor on campus that services over 30 buildings is always overflowing or out of order. The valet trash service that you you are required to pay for monthly shows up when they feel like it and never at the scheduled time. Sometimes earlier and sometime not till 6 am the next morning. The campus is FILTHY AND COVERD IN LITTER. This causes a heavy saturation of stray cats and roaches. There is also a huge problem with the gate system. It’s always broken and is a large safety hazard for tenets coming in and out. The mail service is also awful as they leave the mailboxes open or over stuff your box and mark packages as undeliverable. During the winter storm both power and water were off for about a week. When you contact the front office about any of your problems they are met with a very lax attitude and little to no feedback on a resolution to your problems. Please don’t live here.

I think oak forest it’s beautiful, love the architecture, and the trees I got an awesome view. Also all the stuff is very nice at administration and maintenance, they always show me that they care, even they work with me on setting a day to do maintenance because I have two cats and I need to be home when they do something. Also after this bad storm that we had my unit got damage so the move me to a different unit, it was an easy process. They had been always supporting me on what ever thing shows up. I’m very happy to live here, my cats are too.

Do NOT live here. I'm currently going back and forth with management who will not and has yet to provide proof for charges applied to me after moving out. I had to request a breakdown and "proof". The images sent to me do not show any damage done, I have my own images as well. I contacted corporate and was looped back around to the property office who cannot provide me any pictures showing that my carpets were damaged beyond normal wear and tear. This place just wants me to foot the bill to clean the carpets before they hand over the apartment to the next tenant.
