Is Garbage all around the property. The 2 pools are always closed plus the water is filthy. The bedroom and bathroom have Mold (don’t bother put a work order is not going to work). The roaches are everywhere and I haven’t see an exterminator since I moved. The security are the worse; the gate is always open. The rent went up with less than a month notice.

This is the best place to live and I should recommend this apartments and they have good service and I highly recommend this place , they pick up my garbage on time they are there when you need them when you call the office they will respond in time I really like these apartments 10/10

I’ve stayed in oak grove for 2years and I don’t plan on moving anywhere !!! This was my very first apartment I haven’t found anything better then oak grove !!! The staff is excellent their very reliable and understanding their there when ever you call jene inside the rent office is the best he’s very polite and he’s also there when ever you need him I won’t trade oak grove from any other apartment I Plan to stay for many more years .. since I been here I haven’t had any issues with any break ins or car incidents also security is there when ever you need them…. Since I stayed here my two years I haven’t had any issue with any thing inside my apartment everything works. Please if your looking for an apartment jene is the man too see

Don’t believe what you read, see for yourself the conditions current residents/residents live in. The stairwells are rusted out, so much all was that’ll that was done was through cheap paint on them to cover it up REPORT. The Elevators seriously need to be CHANGED they are consistently broken down, the larger ones meant for moving in/out are never working. Someone is always getting stuck in them and pray someone can get them out a (REPORT) as well. NO ONE AND NOTHING IS OR HAS BEEN DONE. It’s constantly filthy with other people leaving there trash by Elevators and stairwells and everywhere else but in the dumpster. APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Me and my husband moved here in 2017. I will have to say that the place did improve but just a little. New paint but still comes off. Roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean. They had pest control come in every month but now they don't have them come in anymore! I hate the fact how tenants here just leave trash in the hallways and downstairs. They can't even throw their trash in the big dumpsters! The place has cameras installed but I don't even think they work or check them to see who keeps leaving trash or management does not do anything to tell tenants if they do leave trash out like that they will be fined. Nothing! Me and my husband want to like this place for this place is budget friendly for us. But please, We want the staff to be more nice! We want overall management to be on point with this place, be attentive with tenants complains and requests. Just please, do better, be better!

Management don't care about their tenants they have disrespectful people that works in the office dirty hallway and trash be every where, the cleanup people don't do anything I stayed here 5 years And over those five years I had over 7 property managers smh... People move in and move out..

Thank god im moving because my apartment has been took over by roaches and they don’t care when I ask for pest control or even when I told them my dish washer is home of the roaches I need it removed and my kitchen is torn apart.

There is no dishwashers, it is true about the light fixtures, there are none in the living room or bedrooms. It is over run with garbage left by the tenants. Regardless of the valet service. The days that they don't come, trash is stashed in stairwells and in front of tenants doors. With bugs waiting to get in your apartment, there are rats running from unit to unit regardless of how clean you may be.

The management was a big problem and short staff but some improvements were done. Nevertheless, the leasing office needs to evaluate these repairs to make sure the tenants apartments are actually being repaired. The work tickets are being closed out and tenants getting the run around. Light fixtures need to be installed by a electrical company for bedrooms, living room area very dark. That is a code violation and had to purchase a lamp to see in bedroom, living room where light fixtures need to be installed. These apartments and buildings need to be exterminated weekly to control unwanted guest in the apartments. The bathroom vanity's, and kitchen cabinets are 30 years old and infested. Vacant apartments are being upgraded and old tenants apartments are being overlooked. an electrical company needs to hired to install light fixtures in bedrooms, living room area period!! Rusty old sewer pipes are exposed above the cracked ice in the bathroom from upper level apartments.

Don't believe what u have seen in their ads. There is no 24 hrs emergency maintenance. Most of the old people or handicap resident cannot a special attention. The current management don't care about the residents.. they care about money. Regardless with the properties condition.. or a pending maintenance, they will still increase ur rent. And be aware of their online/computer system.. they can change the status to completed or delete it and tenants waiting for nothing unless u will go to the office again and ask what happened to ur request. Until u decided to move and leave this horrible place. But wait u will be shocked if they will charge u for these maintenance that they never completed during ur tenancy. They will charge u for the renovation of that apartment.. that is how they work..UNFAIR.. UNHUMANE.

This is the worst place to live! The Management do not care about there tenants and give bad customer service. My kitchen light has not been working for over 4 weeks now and no one has even attempted to fix it. I called the manager and she tells me that the work order has been completed which was a lie! they have no idea what they are doing. She keeps telling me lies that someone is coming today and no one shows up. Its really hard to cook in the dark. They change the dead line on when you can pay the bill, first it was until the 5th and now its until the 3rd. I paid my rent on the 4th and ask if they can waive the late fee, mind you that I always pay on time. The Manager was like NOOO! I said well my kitchen light is still not working and I was always pay on time but I was confused about dates. She did not want to hear it! NO COURTESY!!!!!! The garbage is always overflowing! Elevator always stuck! Gate key does not work anymore. I am ready to move! I pray every day that God helps me to leave this place. I did not even want to give them 1 star, they deserve 0 stars!!!!
